  1. I cannot find the post for the life of me, but someone complained about this exact scenario. The main complaint was banks are done the SAME way EVERY single time and cops were bored of it. It was either full clean with friends or Have a fall guy. I hate doing this shit but, IRL if cops just gunned down the car those people are now just dead forever, but obviously in this game you can get absolutely riddled with bullets and have to still RP as your alive even though you have 36x gunshot wounds to the body. IMO cops abuse that to just stop the threat and now get MD to somehow magically RP treat that and transfer to DOC. Just please cops stop shooting people AS SOON as the hostage is cleared, I honestly do not care if you did not listen to my demands and kept the spike strips and began chasing instantly, just please chase and maybe like 5-10mins /megaphone pull over or lethal force will be used, then shoot my tires or something and get me to stall. Just stop ending the RP in a blink of an eye as soon as the hostage is cleared.

  3. Koda made his way to Bridge Street only to be stopped in his tracks as he saw they had blocked the entire road off and the police presence was heavy. He quickly pulled out his phone and began making phone calls. Chris - Nothing, Jay - Nothing, Harry - Nothing, Bruce - Nothing. Panicking, Koda could not understand what was happening, so he just headed back to his apartment to gather himself and think about things. He sat in his apartment for hours, trying to figure out what he could do to get answers to all his questions. No one was answering their phones and Koda was lost. He then figured out how he could gain the answers to his questions. With the help of a group deep in the city that goes by the name “The Underground,” he could get all the answers he needed. So he headed down to the depths of the city in search of this group so he could get the info he was after. He asked around if anyone had info on how to find or contact “The Underground,” to no avail. Turns out this group was superb at lying low and bringing no attention to themselves. Koda, after days of trying, decided to just cut his losses and move on as he would never find Underground. He headed back to his apartment, and as he exited the elevator and arrived at his door, he found it unlocked and slightly open. He entered with caution and.50 in hand. As he scanned the apartment, he found a female in a rat mask on his couch watching TV. With his gun pointed at this unknown female he asks “Who are you and how did you get in here” to which she responds with “Koda I heard you have been looking for'' “The Underground “''Yes” Koda responds with. “Well, I think I may help you with that. My name is Melody, the co-leader of “Underground”. She extends her hand and Koda holsters his gun in order to shake her hand. They sat down and had a long conversation with Koda, asking a ton of questions. Essentially, Melody clarified she could get Koda the answers he needs, but he would need to help her and her group with various assignments in the meantime while she gained this info. Before Koda knew it, he was being shown HQ, what to wear, and how to act as an “Underground” member. Suddenly, he was a part of this group of criminal masterminds, determined to cripple the city from underneath. Now his first task was to go to jail on purpose to gain some information from an informant on the inside. Koda grabbed the keys to his hellfire and headed out to get put into DOC, and that was just what happened. He headed down Senora Freeway going 210 and caught the attention of a deputy running a speed trap on the east side. After evading for a short time to make sure It put him in DOC and not Mission Row, Koda pulled over and was arrested with no hesitation, guns drawn and cops screaming. He would spend about 2 years inside of DOC, but would leave with the information Melody needed. Once released, they gave him his next task, and that was to be a part of a bank robbery that they had been planning while they incarcerated him. He most definitely agreed, and Melody got everyone together and gave the rundown. After all that, they headed to the bank with their bikes and set up for this heist. Everything went according to plan and Underground got out with the money and started heading to the drop off point. The only issue was one member caught the attention of a local officer and was being chased with all hope most likely lost. Melody made the call to set up at ‘Vago's Den” and take the cops out. Everyone set up in the area and attempted to take out all the officers in questions, but to no avail. The police presence was just too heavy, and UG was outnumbered and outgunned. UG was injured and morale was low during the transition from Central to DOC, but not all was gone as some members made it out with a decent chunk, but not all. While spending a good chunk of time in DOC, Koda and Melody talked a little about BSB as she had got some answers, but not a lot. Apparently PD has constructed a RICO case against BSB and it got the green light to be acted upon, and they raided Bridge Street. That is all Koda was given for now until she had more information to share. Koda still had so many questions left unanswered and he would FIGHT to get the answers as to what happened to his Family and where they all went. Once released, Koda, Melody and the rest of UG got a ride back to Spanish and began talking about plans to cripple this city and show the true face of Los Santos.
  4. oh for sure, I did not take it as a "dig" or anything of the sort. The mentality right now is dog water in being why "RP" when you can just 25 friends and clean it in seconds and make EZ profit every time and get that turf up or get your connections stronger by bringing packed cash to an ally daily. Money>RP and that mentality is just bad overall, as bad as it may be sometimes, COPS deserve RP too just like everyone else and IDK how it happened maybe due to some bad apples but people just DO not like RPing with police like AT ALL. I swear one bad interaction and people just hate ALL cops. As for what people could tweak or change. the biggest issue is people do not wanna spend that time in jail or get them fine stacks, so a quick band aid solution would be to just reduce times and fines specifically for hostage bank robberies to encourage people to do them more over the other method that way people are more inclined to do it this way with the chance of it being successful and even if failed its not THAT severe. If you get caught doing a bank with a "full clean and dip" strategy face the normal times and fines.

I would like to be "VeX" if possible, please and thank you If not available "XeV"
  6. The main thing is repeated behavior being the issue. I have done MANY banks both hostage and full clears, used to ONLY do hostage banks back in Royals and it was fine most of the time, but it went from good to bad SO FAST. It became a 50/50 if cops would not just shoot you as soon as you left the bank and the hostage was somewhat cleared, sometimes cops get fed up with waiting and the demands shifting they just zerg rush in. Banks in my opinion are HEAVILY reliant on the police and of course Crims have to realize you get a choice. You cannot demand everything under the moon for an easy getaway and expect it to be fulfilled, Pick reasonable demands such as maybe 'No Spike Strips and a 3 second head start" You know you still have Air 1 above, but you still get that chance. But the main thing is what cops show up, After so many banks I can tell how it is gonna go based on who shows up due to repeated behavior with other banks. BUT I can confirm if you make THE MOST effort possible in the RP you have a WAY higher chance of getting what you want and it going fair for both sides. As for "People want the money and the chase more than the RP" I'm guilty of it, I personally just enjoy the adrenaline rush and skill test from the chase and being rewarded for it. To make hostage banks more enjoyable I guess I would ask for LEO's to be more lenient and realize SOME are here to have fun regardless who "Wins" or "Loses", Walking out the bank and getting in a car to just get made into swiss cheese right away is meh. I would like it to be a test of ability and communication rather then just he's dead RP over. EDIT - Also before with how getting a hostage worked it was practically IMPOSSIBLE to get a good hostage, but with the new rules expect to see more hostage banks in the future. As I am planning to do some in the near future just for the RP and a story line I am building.
  7. Solid group of people, nothing but good vibes meeting ya'll and interacting IC, hope you all go far and continue to make good RP on this server
  8. I use the Opera gaming browser and its built in Night Mode to combat it.
  9. No one is throwing anyone under the bus. Trust me EVERYONE is aware of this report you made and does not need to be shown it to know about it. You reported a mass majority of the community. To be honest what did you expect to happen this is the internet sadly and we all hide behind computer monitors. You WILL receive hate both icly and oocly for your actions and its absolute shit that it happens, but nothing we can do about it now. the report has already been made. All I can say is mentally prepare for the outcome of it. And I wish you the best.
  10. Not cop baiting, just not obeying the speed limit and flying around the city, did not care if i got arrested or not. And you are right cop RP is not just chasing people, but its the most fun.
  11. yah this was one of MANY factors that brought to me making this post, I have been involved in these "Riots" before. The rule is cut and dry, but I never understood this report based on the Guideline specifically saying - Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit. What is the loss in this report? and what was abused for benefit? I have noticed a lot of cops or just people in general will start going the route of reporting behavior when a RP scenario is not to THEIR liking or going a way THEY want. As for the riot I mean there was SO MUCH FUCKING DESYNC i had to leave as my game was just refusing to load textures at the amount of people there. This type of RP even though it borders the line of breaking the major NCZ rule to me was awesome and I enjoy every second of it. Obviously though I can see the other side as well, but everyone wants to pick and choose between IRL and the Video Game depending on the scenario. I personally just feel this report is petty and deters people from ever wanting to do or participate in something like this again and to me that's just sad as this "Out Of the norm" RP is what I strive for this server to have. The fact that this many people of opposing gangs, factions, can come together ICly to fight a single cause is heartwarming. Cause despite the indifferences people had in game they all came together and threw their differences aside to fight one cause and that RP is fucking amazing. Obviously No hate towards anyone OOC I just want to stop being afraid to engage in certain RP scenarios with Certain people or factions because of repeated behavior of report first and not teach.
  12. I am not a fan of the whole PD has a "Win" Mentality but I understand the claim. some cops 100% have that mentality and there is no denying it, but not all I have had MANY good rp with cops sadly all the cops in my opinion that strived for the good rp for both sides are no longer on PD or are MIA from the server as a whole. Some even held HIGH positions inside for PD and i felt had a massive trickle down effect for officers below them. These high up command cops were giving amazing solid rp and thus the underlings followed, but now with a lot of them MIA I am seeing less and less decent RP coming from newer officers. People learn from their elders and if the elders are just not providing good rp they will follow and not strive to set an example for others. The only time i see a 'Win" mentality and i lose all energy to continue is when 5 minutes into a chase i get /megaphone Stop the vehicle now or lethal force will be used and my tires are shot 2 minutes later. When all i did was evade from a basic traffic stop when i realized my license was suspended. Going into certain scenarios I am ready for the consequences I just wish they were not as heavy and I was not stacked. It to me seems like cops just enjoy boring basic traffic stops and not the adrenaline enducing drive test chases. At most if both sides are civil at the end just be nice and secure impound my car, its already a hassle for the jail time.
  13. From my example of me just starting a chase to give cops some good rp, (I wanted to get caught just was bored and wanted to give PD and DOC some RP) https://streamable.com/4je7jo https://streamable.com/q69fmq
  14. I make this as I want feedback from all angles so I understand the situation as whole from all perspectives and how to combat it. Please stay on topic and give people respect if their opinion is not the same as yours.

  16. So my biggest thing with this is providing good RP to Cops and DOC, Now with providing that goodrp you get punished for doing so. Give cops a good chase in your car that continued on foot get caught and have some good /me's and /do's back and forth. Cops deserve some decent rp the only issue is by doing so you are "Punished for giving goodrp" as now with that cool 30 minute exchange you had with PD where say you both enjoyed it you now have 2-3 hours in jail. Example - I got bored one day and decided lets just give cops a chase and some good rp. So i started a chase and eventually stalled on a taxi cab and got caught I enjoyed every second of the rp even doing the /me's and /do's of the patdown for keys and getting cuffed and searched, and even received some Pm's from officers that it was a good chase and they had fun. Now after we all had our fun and stuff I was then put in jail for 2 hours for a 25 minute chase. Why is that fair? Now I am not saying to be let out scot free, but what is this punished for giving decent RP to cops. What is this 2-4 hours in jail plus my 16k impound fee punishment for giving a faction who is starving of decent RP from civilians some decent rp rather then shooting them like everyone else does and then driving off. As for DOC its the same thing, people complain about RP in prison because there is no RP in prison. Any actual prison RP had is met with lockdown or extended sentences before it even starts. Example - Anakin Bridge last night held a DOC guard hostage and had some what looked like to me some fun RP and nothing toxic or rule breaking was done in my opinion. after said scenario he was met with a total of 12 hours in jail (Stacked the living fuck out of him) (Normal time + the solitary stacked). Now why in the world would anyone wanna give DOC guards RP if it is met with extended sentences or being locked in a cell for the rest of your sentence. It is the reason why people have such Hostility towards COPS and DOC guards because the IC Punishments you dish out are OOC punishments. The server needs more RP given to Cops and Guards and inside DOC rather then just leading to shooting or beating them and moving on, but you leave people no choice as its either 2-4 hours in jail or maybe kill the cop and get away scot free. And Do not interact inside DOC with anyone at all in anyway hostile or it could lead to lockdown or solitary extended sentences. I have 0 idea how this could be solved, as prison time has already been kind of shortened, but as it is the only options I see are Evade from cops always and hope you get away for no prison time, and do not interact with anyone hostile inside DOC to avoid lockdown sitting in a cell for your sentence or having your sentence extended cause solitary. Giving Good RP should have some sort of reward rather then giving GoodRP always being a punishment if given to DOC or Cops.
  17. If a report is deemed to be a report to punish rather then teach the person reported should get some kind of forum report warning. To many people are out here just reporting left and right and shrinking the community. I have actually been brought to my limit on how reports are going about in recent time. It is not even a learning curve type thing anymore it is "oh person broke the rule get them punished I am angry grrrrr type shit". Back I do not know when there was a time where I rarely saw as many reports as I do now because constantly people where explaining what rules where broken and teaching people about what they did wrong in /b or Pms. My suggestion is before a report is even brought to the forums this is the chain of command to follow. 1. Person Breaks Rules 2. Inform them that hey I think you broke this rule and here is why I think you broke it, could you save pov and let me take a look at your pov. Pm or /b ANYTHING. Somehow any possible way try to resolve OOC, /Pm /b, discord messaging 3. Not getting anywhere OOC? now /report 3 or 4 and get an admin or mod 4. No admin or mod? No Choice but to inform the other person "Hey sadly there is no admin or mod online to get a 3rd opinion I am gonna take it to the forums to just a heads up get what you need ready and stuff" It has been a constant issue where NO ONE is helping people learn or even trying to resolve OOC anymore it is just "/pm 187 hey save pov as i will be reporting for vdm". As for how this should be implemented? I think every single report made should have evidence that it was at least ATTEMPTED to be solved OOC, but either the reported party was not being cooperative in pm's or logged off so there was no way to try to solve OOC. and if that is the case of not being online if it does go to forums. now they can solve it OOCly and no punishment should be given if both sides realize hey this was an accident and could have been easily avoided. I am just sick of this straight to forums back and forth war mentality going on in this community. TLDR - New Report Guideline - Evidence that it was attempted to be solved OOCly before bringing brought to forums. Put more effort into the learning and not the punishing TAKEN STRAIGHT FROM THE GUIDELINES - Please do not take reporting another player lightly and reserve player reports for situations that have caused severe loss or were abused for benefit. Consider if you could possibly teach this player or if you've tried to come to a resolution on your own. Reporting another player should be reserved for your final options when a rule breach has occurred. Always try to teach other players in the community, especially with newer players, as well as help them truly understand your point of view prior to simply reporting them if something doesn't go your way.
  18. Koda had awoken to find himself strapped to a chair in a location unfamiliar to him. When he opened his eyes, all he could see were three masked men in suits. “Who are you? Where am I”? No response from the men. Then a door opened to a man unmasked and talking on the phone, saying, “Yes, I got him at rendezvous point, Alpha”. He then hung up the phone and proceeded to grab a chair and sit across from the bound Koda. The man asks him “Who are you with?” to which Koda responds by spitting in the man's face. “So that is how it's gonna be huh” he then punches him in the face twice and Koda spits out the blood onto the floor, a small smile of satisfaction tugging at his lips. Koda endured relentless torture for what seemed like days, always asking the same questions. “Who are you with, who orchestrated the plan to steal the Mil-Spec”? Koda then asked “Who are you”? To which the man responded with “Your worst nightmare” He then gets up and walks out. Koda, with blood dripping from his face and head, catches a glimpse of what seems like a government-issued badge he has seen before. Koda assumes these guys are some sort of Law Enforcement and that Mil-Spec he stole was in fact a High Tech Military piece of equipment that someone high up is not too happy about. Koda needed to get out of here alive to relay this information, so he starts to think of a possible escape. He was bound incredibly tightly to the chair…but whoever tied him up did not bother to worry about the chair itself. It is so old it is breaking at the legs, so Koda began his plan of action. Koda begins trash-talking one of the armed guards enough for him to come over and punch him. Koda then pretends to be knocked out. The man unmasked comes back and tells them, “We are prepped and ready for transfer, get him on the helicopter”. When the guards grab his arms, he springs to action, headbutting the guy to his left, breaks the leg of the chair, and begins to fight them while still bound. He eventually knocks both of them out and gets unbound and grabs one of their carbines and a radio and makes his way to the door. Upon opening the door he begins a small fire fight with about 5 more men. He then sees the helicopter with the unmasked man inside and begins firing at the pilot. The glass was bulletproof and the pilot took off in a hurry and disappears into the skyline. Koda then took one of the guys' Bf400s, and begins heading down the mountain back to the city to relay this information to the boys in the Brotherhood. They may have some Government heat in places they did not expect thanks to Koda's antics at the dock. They might have to lay low for a bit and figure out a plan.
  19. 𝓚𝓸𝓭𝓪 𝓥𝓲𝓵𝓵𝓪𝓲𝓷 A couple of days had passed since the SS Bulker heist and Koda decided to lay low till things cooled down so he spent a couple days just cooped up in his apartment. After a couple days he realized he needed to head out and get caught up on what the boys in the Brotherhood had been doing in his absence and to get back to hanging with the crew. He threw on his fit and headed down the elevator and grabbed his Remus and started driving towards HQ. About four blocks he had realized an all black vehicle was tailing him at a distance so just to be sure he decided to take a couple odd turns and the black vehicle continued to follow. It was at this moment Koda knew he was for sure being followed. He decided to text Jay about it as he was being tailed. As he sent the text the black vehicle had smashed into his rear end causing him to spin out and barrel roll the car three times landing on its side against a pole. Disoriented and dazed he managed to climb out the broken windshield where he was met with the black vehicle coming to a screeching halt in front of him. Three all dark people in suits had jumped out holding carbine rifles and two of them had grabbed a dazed and disoriented Koda and threw him in the vehicle and began driving away from the scene. Koda had come to his senses a little later and headbutted one guy in an attempt to escape, but the other in the back seat had hit him over the head with the stock of the carbine knocking him unconscious. Who are these people? What do they want with Koda? And Where are they taking him? All we know is the events that took place after this changed Koda forever and he was never the same guy he used to be. To Be Continued.......
  20. Koda had awakened in the morning and began his daily routine, took a shower, brushed his teeth, grabbed a granola bar, sat down and turned on the tv. He flicked through a couple channels till he stumbled upon an interesting thing in the news. Los Santos was looking to receive a shipment of brand new never before seen vehicles. The vehicles ranged from military grade tech to basic muscle, but one vehicle that caught Koda's eye was the Patriot Mil-Spec a hummer variant with military grade tech such as bulletproof windows, massive off-road tires, a tow hook front bumper, and a huge ram bar on the front. Koda knew he HAD to have this beast of a machine, and so he set a plan in motion to reach out to his import friend and see if he could get first grabs on this monster. He reached out to his contact and arranged a meetup. When he arrived the contact had unfortunate news “Sorry Koda, but this shipment is a private one and Los Santos is not looking to get a public shipment for another couple months, but I can get you info to still get your hands on one if you're looking to get a little dirty?” Koda thought about it for a second and decided he was in as this vehicle would be a solid vehicle to own for himself and all of his brothers in Bridge Street Brotherhood. This vehicle is too rare to pass up and he needed it NOW. Koda then received a “dongle” from his contact with important info regarding the shipment like the name of the ship it was coming in on and where that ship would dock at and what time it would arrive. Koda waited for the ship to arrive at the dock and take some pictures for future purposes. After taking the pictures he needed he headed to the main office of the port. He snuck inside the main office and plugged the dongle into the computer and began to hack and transfer all needed info to his phone. After the data was transferred over Koda headed back to his apartment and began shuffling through the info and planning an idea. See Koda knew where the vehicle was being held and what container it was in, but he needed a set of keys that was located in the captains quarters of the SS Bulker. So after many hours of thinking there was only one thing he could do. Suit up and head face first and get the keys himself, and that is exactly what he planned to do. He arrived at the docks in the dark of night and made his approach to the ship quietly. Night vision equipped he made it onto the ship without being seen (the easy part). Now he had to maneuver this massive ship and make his way to the captain's quarters undetected. Sneaking past guard after guard equipped with heavy weaponry and bullet proof vests. He had finally made it to the captain's quarters and searched for the keys. He found them conveniently on a hook close to the door. He grabbed them and made his way down. While on his way back he was being cornered by two guards that had not noticed him yet, but were about to, so Koda climbed a ladder in the middle and had to use his Plan B. He equipped his scuba tank and mask and began climbing the crane, once he reached the top he turned the tank on and leaped into the water and began swimming for safety. Now that the hardest part of this whole operation was done he headed to the crates location with the vehicle in it. Once he arrived he stood for a second and smiled as he was excited to unveil this one of a kind vehicle. He then proceeded to bolt cut the door open and hop in the Patriot Mil-Spec, turn it on and drive it out. He took the backroads to a stash house he had in the hills and parked the vehicle in a garage to lay low for a little bit before he decided to take it out. With a job well done he cracks open a bottle of wine to celebrate and sits on the couch to watch the news.

    The Underground

https://imgur.com/ECkyVqy Was a normal day for Koda as he woke up in his apartment and got ready for the day ahead of him. He changed his clothes, grabbed a radio from the wardrobe, got on the frequency and headed out to go hunting as he does once at the beginning of every day. While out hunting he received a frantic call on radio from Melody to meet him at a certain chopshop because she had acquired a vehicle on his way to meet her; she had also given another call that she was being pulled over on the lower highway next to pillbox. The plan was made if need be would be her evading, and to meet at the “Vagos Den”. After a bit she made the call to evade and Koda headed to the Den to prepare for her. She gave the call that she was close and the plan was put into action. She pulled in, hopped the wall and they took off and were in the clear until a bf400 came down a side street and launched the vehicle into a tree stalling the engine. Melody took off on foot while Koda attempted to get the engine going again after multiple failed attempts the engine had finally sputtered to life and Koda pulled up and picked up melody again and booked it down the sideways. After a solid twenty seconds they were in the clear and heading up to Paleto to swap out clothes and vehicle. ((This is my last post for the Underground faction and all I can say is that I appreciate Melody and Naomi allowing me to be apart of the fun. From the random shenanigans to the banks to the stores all of it was top tier Roleplay and I will forever remember it as it played a huge part in my characters progression as a person so as a final farewell Thank you Naomi and Melody and all of Underground past or present <3))

  24. I saw that report, but I do not believe the staff that was involved with that torture RP played any part in said torture. I saw that report as a easy deny anyways given the reporting party consented at first, but then never tried to DE consent after. I have been a royal and done torture RP before and we always asked multiple times in PMs or /b if what we are about to do is something the receiving party is ok with it and if not we will not do it. The reporting party stated "yah I'm ok with that I do not like to limit RP" to be ok with it then when its all over be like "nah I did not like that" is really meh... If you did not wanna be tortured do not consent to the gross RP. I personally will NEVER consent to gross RP as its a weird thing for me to do in this game. I never tortured anybody, but I have been there when someone gets tortured and on multiple occasions it has been to much for me to handle so I leave. I firmly believe it was not deemed "Petty" because a staff member was involved but solely based on the fact the reporting party consented then decided nah I am reporting it.
