100 CORRECT and My claims are NEVER made without me personally having been apart of said or experienced situations. I have NEVER worked for SD or PD, but I worked for DOC for a good amount of time. I applied to SD and got accepted to an Interview but I realized my IRL obligations will never let me play both a legal and a crim and enjoy doing it. So sadly I will never experience first hand what a LEO does or has to do, but I am friends with MANY Leo's and even watch them stream sometimes on twitch when I am at work doing paperwork. I was always told to bring my concerns to Kris with PD related things so that is where I have guided everyone too, but I will inform them if possible to reach out to both YOU and Kris with concerns of a situation or anything related to a complaint towards the way PD acted or an officer acted to receive a proper response towards it. To me paying or funding for equipment is not about balance usage its about, being scared to lose said equipment that actually punishes you ICly a little bit instead of people filing fear rp reports against officers takeing a 2v30. be scared to die and lose things like we as crims are, cause in its current state the only things LEO's are losing when they die is inventory and time running back to HQ. No Mr Silky San I do not have multiple accounts as I have not used the GOV site in many months since I quit playing my "legal" character, but I wish I could provide you with all the IA's i helped my friends file that were met with No moving forward and all "hearsay" responses unless we as crims run a dashcam or bodycam 24/7 as we do our criminal activities to then maybe file IA's against police officers to a branch of said PD we are reporting. And come on if you wanna be hostile just admit it, we do not need to hide behind the staff persona of being a robot with no emotions to avoid getting a talking to about behavior on forums, if you feel personal about these rants being brought up about a department you personally have a connection with no one here is gonna hold that against you (if people do they cringe and need to grow up) we are all human with emotions that can be strong hence why reading some of my responses I can tell I wrote them with intent and anger in my heart. and I apologize if I too come off as rude or hostile, but I enjoy this server and playing it, just there is a lot of changes to be made to many different avenues. I have made multiple IA's against officers in the past and was met with no response or very little in terms of moving forward with the IA, so I stopped making IA's as its useless and in hindsight criminals that rob banks and shoot people making IA's is NONRP in itself so I resorted to taking it IC and kidnapping or murdering said officer I feel as though did me wrong, to then only be met with poor escalation conversations and baby rage so I know I just sit and complain on a forum thread and "take everything on the chin" And a lot of other peoples IA's are ones I help them make as I was there but I do not make IA's cause it does not suit my current character in any way with the shit I do on a daily basis. Weird to come off so hostile about your precious LSPD and come at me with a passive aggressive comment such as "I assume you have multiple gov accounts, look forward to your response" like I'm in a player report or something if you run the IA division please in the future take your IA reports more seriously and actually listen to people. No there just is not, I have made IC and OOC IA reports that fall on deaf ears and never receive a response or they receive a response a month later and I have already lost footage or cant even remember the situation. SD had a roleplay feedback from that has not been used cause Ima be real I have 0 complaints from SD if anything i would rather interact with SD every single time then PD If i can post POSITIVE roleplay feedback with that form let me know and Ill start using it as SD are doing it right lowkey

The thing is ALOT OF criminal rp's do not WANT to act this way, but are forced to due to how other bigger crim orgs are "running the city" and forcing these smaller groups to react to things, we are all not blind to the fact that we can see who is here to RP and who is here to shoot then logout its obvious. But as you said its impossible to RP with other orgs that just want "the smoke 24/7", Just recently we had a altercation with a group who "felt offended that we did not have a meeting with them" after we have been a thing for like 1 week, and are now being "hunted" and harassed on a daily basis because this group "felt offended". very true, It is just number 1 mad annoying to lose things I have worked weeks to obtain and grind for to a bullet sponge that spawned stuff in, but making it less annoying to obtain or easier to make money TO obtain is just not in the ballpark of things people would want to do, because then cops and other people get shot more, reports skyrocket cause as said earlier by the man dezzy, people weaponize the player reports.

Your issue isn't PD having carbines (not to mention they are rank restricted), your issue is not having accessible weapons as official factions that don't cost your left testicle to obtain, so complain about that. - the issue is PD having carbines (rank restricted or not) carbines are in a AWFUL state, carbine damage was increased by 20% when 95% of crims do not even wear kevlar or have access to it and if we did then what we just run kevlar 24/7 incase a carbine cop shows up?) PD can Call SD for backup and can bypass the 40 member faction limit set for illegal factions, we cannot call our ally gangs to assist us in fighting the Cops for a last stand operation if it came to it. We just try to take tires or take the 5v30 to get our boys out safe, Why? cause a lot of us play in a "ride or die" mindset. its a fucking video game and I will gladly "die" in it if it means my friends get away and get to continue having fun. As a quick point, none of my posts are meant malicious it is just me airing my grievences that I know me and alot of others have in a public setting and having a discussion about why something is the way it is and what can we do to change it possibly so everyone is on the same playing field to an extent In saying I appreciate all the actual responses from people some even being LEO that are willing to type an actual sentence to explain why It is not ok or Why it IS the way it is for the LEO's that just type troll answers on a discussion thread I hope one day you are able to tie your own shoes.

I have said this before and ill say it again, another server I played on had a good system for this, cops cars are spawned in for them and are GIVEN to them as personal vehicles that need to be maintained as you would your normal car in parking. As you said at the beginning I am just not a fan of the way the carbine is IC, as soon as cops get the rank to use it its ALL they use and it just shreds people instantly. it needs to be rebalanced or adjusted. I have personally reached out to faction services about the /fspawn and /delspawn being abused to just get a new cruiser cause damaged or low gas or no tires, I was told it was passed on to the right people, and can confirm its not AS bad as it was before so I do believe someone said something about it. But one point you forgot and there is a report up for its abuse is the ability to /fl (faction loadout) close to your vehicle. Which essentially means they have an infinite supply of anything they want that they have the rank to use weaponry and armor wise. I have personally seen an officer run out of micro rounds and just do /me throws micro in the back and reaches down and grabs another one. And just /fl a brand new micro to continue just spraying a vehicle. Like I understand officers come equipped with different things then others, but ALL cops have access to this infinite black hole armory candy store. Couple of us died one time cause a cop pulled out a marksman rifle from his bf400 and sniped us. Jail time is still way too long, Illegal gun charge is an hour in itself. (Before people respond with the typical "Its IC cause these things require IC protocols to be made to follow") But yah I am also tired of having 40 cops chasing 1 dude cause there is nothing else going on and its a slow night and cops are bored so they all respond to the backup cause why not. It is just poor RP and Poor policing as 9 times out of 10 people see that chase and go hit a bank for the easiest payout ever as all of LEO is chasing the faggio past pillbox. BUT no one likes to have these conversations cause god forbid the cops on creative mode have to actually value others that play on the server and then complain that crims are doing things such as 25+ bf400 banks for ez money and not providing RP. its a two way street you just mow us down and we lose 4-5 hours of work ontop of the Jail time. yes you use it as an alternative for in game radio but like 99% just key bind it to P and if you need to /vr 1 in game it does not matter as you will not need to /vr 1 in teamspeak you will just not be heard IC but only through teamspeak. Honestly as someone mentioned above its just VOIP, that is it, they need to fix voip cause it is REALLY annoying when people are not able to be heard and not realize they are not being heard because of an OOC issue. Too many instances people have missed important information because of /vr 1 my suggestion was just for these very specific circumstances a 3rd party software would be used for clear cut communication and to avoid someone having to /vr 1. It has just been a headache forever to miss out on a cop call out, or a back up call, or any information because someone needed to /vr 1 without realizing it over radio. For me personally it has actually lead to turning the tide for a situation as one scout we had while picking plants gave a callout that they were pushing from the hill and climbing the wall (chili). Sadly he needed a coughdrop so no one heard this call and it lead to just everyone being killed.

i have played on multiple diff rage server of many different variety's and ECRP is the only one with this VOIP issue. I've never had to reset voice chat on any other server

YOU HAVE NO IDEA how many times I have heard "I needed a coughdrop this entire time" during HEATED situations weather its a shootout, evading, lookouts for stores or bank robberies. PD/SD/DOC/GOV all get to be able to use TeamSpeak to bypass this issue entirely and NEVER have a problem communicating comms with the multiple different channels and keybinds. I want to have everyone be able to use TeamSpeak the same as others, ONLY for specific things, such as, Bank Robberies, Store Robberies, Shootout during or before, evading from police. to be able to bypass the /vr 1 issue that ALWAYS happens during the heat of these situations. /vr 1 has RUINED so many experiences just by existing and not being able to tell when you need to do it.

Just as the title states, too many times I have seen FearRp be abused to drive the outcome of a scenario into another persons favor INSTANTLY Don't like how the RP is going and have a gun, BOOM pull said gun and point and now you have complete control over the entire scenario otherwise the person or people are breaking the FRP rule. I do not have any suggestion in mind as to how to combat the obvious rule play that happens in these scenariosm, hence why I am making a post to start a conversation about it and get more points on the subject. All and all I have seen too many times people just go, point gun = I control the RP now until I say otherwise.
