I could create an entire character around a golf cart, an old senile old man (Evade police in it going 30mph), a retired security guard. Just having some minor vehicle could lead to an entire characters RP or even enhance it. I do not really care for the supers cause speed is capped anyway so your just paying for the 1 of 1 and the looks, but as I am a AVID SPEAKER FOR THE VAGRANT I would do anything to get me that fucking car.

You cannot picklock a door placed inside an RV or any property, but there is a tool used to open person placed doors (Find out IC obviously) and safes cannot be picked by anything, code has to be guessed

Chop Shops - 150k Import for the bench (Realistically you paying like 200k) and like 30-60k for the Hoist and Lift, Plus 300k+ For a house or property to essentially build a base around the chop for added protection, Also if seen picking a car people KNOW you have a chop and you are followed for the rest of the day. Cooking Drugs - 7k Per table (Import If you got a solid connection) , but your looking at like 10k per table realistically + 50k for vents + Removal of apt cooking which I think was to stop the (Login, cook for 18 hours, logout) , But all it did was cripple criminals + 500k + for a house, property or business to build said lab in, so about 600-700k estimated for even beginning to cook drugs. Stores/Atm's - Chump change and just not worth it (Fines Out weigh the Reward) Banks - Risk VS Reward not even close to worth it with the way PD can respond Banks (Hostage) - SUPER not worth it with the Prison Time and the possible outcome of just being blasted as soon as Hostage is clear. My main gripe is at one point I was a nobody new player, and was a solo crim for ALONG time before I got associated with groups. Before this Update to labs and chopping It was quite ok to be a solo criminal and work your way up the ladder to get a head start and begin going to meet people. It was also fun when someone got their car stolen and we had to go on a manhunt to like 12+ different chop shops looking for it. Now no one gets their car stolen and barely anyone chops cars as it is better to just sell them to people for 200k instead of building shit to chop a car in. I understand these updates want it to be more of a group thing instead of just doing stuff by yourself, but if someone comes into the server alone they are at a SEVERE disadvantage now then they would have been before. Physically cannot chop a car AT ALL unless you have the bench and the parts, you are forced to either freelance which is ONLY doing roadwork if you wanna enjoy what your doing, or risk it going north and making blunts or picking plants to sell to people in hopes of making a connection. I am all for the interaction with other players mindset, but I like to cater to all walks of life, and the little solo new players are at such a disadvantage. CRIM RP - Just groups finding a little reason to beef for no other reason then to just PVP, Never any real escalation or good reason to beef groups. People just get bored and decide lets beef over some dumb shit so we can shoot each other. It is just toxic af on a OOC level as the "clap tapes" roll through with the toxic edits masked behind the "No OOC hate intended" same as like starting a sentence like "I do not mean to be racist BUT, then saying something racist" Toxic IC because say you just having a day off and chilling with some other friends, god forbid you get seen and now you got to deal with toxic harassments for the next X amount of time till whoever is doing it gets bored just cause bored. Also Big groups already established 10 times out of 10 will push the smaller upcomeing groups INSTANTLY and not allow them to progress or even RP at all unless they deem it to be beneficial in the long run. TURN IT INTO A CRIM VS COP SHIT SHOW AND ILL JUST HAVE IT LOCKED.

Police should have to pay for their stuff to make it more immersive, and in return have a punishment/consequence for doing actions such as attempting to take a fight or head into a scenario that they get injured and die in, aka now have to go back and purchase more equipment cause they made a bad IC decision. BUT I am 100% on board with what @Ash mentioned about it being a budget and taken from treasury thing as that could lead to people looking into how the budget is spent and being used and if its being used correctly aka as he said, if X officer is regarding 5 times a day and pulling out a new cruiser 4 times a day. Something to look into and possible punish for as in he rides passenger for a couple days or adapts to make sure he is not doing this stuff daily. 2. Pagers are not used 'Rarely" then again I'm not LEO nor do i plan to be but in my experience it used for just sheer numbers game or outgunned, 3. 50 AP seems way more realistic then 100ap if we go into realistic manners. as realistically Kevlar is not protecting your arms and legs but ONLY your chest and back, I think gta mechanics make it so only your head doesn't take armor damage 4. You have just not been shot by one or used one and its obvious, as it was buffed by 20% for some reason and is a machine of a gun that downs in 4-5 shots it is an avoid at all costs weapon 5. DOC time has been changed and capped at 5 hours if you can afford the fines, A illegal gun charge is an hour of its self and quite insane for the average player as I am sure most of us are adults with full time jobs or even a family 1 hour is ALOT during the work week 6. Its a video game bro, there needs to be a balance or what is the point? if police cannot be fought against on any front it 100% becomes a "Cop State" and becoming a criminal makes 0 sense as Cops have every avenue of anything you can think of covered to the T and will "Win" every scenario you throw at them. Micah you play the server WAY different then most and thus have a way different experience then most of us, I take your post with a grain of salt cause one you've recently joined a LEO faction and two the way you go about Crim RP on your character is vastly "unique" to the majority.

I personally do not enjoy that they get to bypass the use of "coughdrops" by using it during "tactical situations" as I have to sit here and get fucked over by an OOC issue that is the voip system when my allies try to relay information but sadly need a "coughdrop" and do not know. And when I make a post about it like hey can we as crims use it for bank robberies and evasion I get hit with the fattest NO's

I have never seen a fix for this issue on any other server I have played on even on FiveM, ECRP is the only server I know that even has a /resync so big ups

Not gonna lie I COULD NOT have worded the crim RP any better then you just did, This is what is also driving crim rp to a standstile or a decline not just PD and SD and shit but this constant "beef" over the smallest shit just cause. The reason I even submitted an application to SD that got accepted, but I never attended the interview, was to put it bluntly I wanted to play creative mode ECRP, I was tired of getting steamrolled as a crim cause I am just not a shooter and I am bad at gta's way of shooting so I was dieing ALOT and loseing my vehicles to the old chops and guns to other groups and shit. oh for sure for sure, yah hopefully DOC gets that revamp cause I was working with Chunder and others around my perma prisoner character I made strictly to RP in prison, but SO MUCH goes into it and Chunder can only do so much interms of the ability and extent my character can go without some sort of outside help. So as osborn said maybe we will see a nice incline of things for DOC to be enjoyable to the point where people do not mind or even some WANT to go to prison for the new shit.

THIS WOULD be insane for RP, imagine you kidnap someone and burn them alive rply, and Police show up and instead of just seeing an easily identifiable body on the ground see the marker that says "you would see gasoline on the ground and a charred unrecognizable pile of bones" and go off of that for RP there are so many possibilities for RP if people can SEE it rather then somehow get the ID of someone and do a /ldo

Wish we could use a 3rd party program for tactical situations such as bank robberies, setups, or evading police, wish we also could have more members or get our ally gangs involved if we needed help against pd like they can call SD for assistance to fight on equal terms instead of being locked at 40 to PD and SD combined 200, glad PD and SD do not have to worry about "coughdrops" at terrible times

I firmly believe in letting people sit here and go for throats as at the end of the day I rather someone GO FOR MY THROAT and we sit here and wanna fight irl then someone just tip toe around not wanting to bring up their emotions and get to the point. I just CANNOT get behind Crims filing IA's, when we shoot people,cops, hit banks, evade, daily. I am much for the doing the rp of kidnapping said officer you have a problem with, but every time as I said earlier its met with a report and led to poor escalation or just not "good" enough to do said kidnapping. IA ing is just handing off RP to someone else, when I want to take the time to find said officer again, get a good position to take him hostage, do the RP, and hopefully make said officer scared to do something similar again

I get paid $8k an hour, after spending three years in the same faction. I get hit with the 35% tax so really, I get $5.2k an hour. I have to pay for my own food, drink and radio. I also have to pay any injury fees if you kill me. You then want me to pay for my fuel, my weapon to defend myself and other people as well as a vehicle to drive around in. - Sounds like something that should be brought up in its self, most if not ALL gov jobs get paid about the same amount per rank despite the difference in things they do for the community. so yah why not just work for DCC and get paid to go afk at the bank and wait for a taxi request, if you dislike your tax bracket that is a you issue you control how that goes up with vehicles, properties etc..... I easily avoid a higher tax bracket by investing in properties that the game values at 21k but I have to buy for 300k. Vending machines hold money up to about 60k I think. (Sadly Ill never leave the high tax bracket cause I credit too much shit) Its a never ending cycle, you enforce the penial code to the T crims come in force cause of it and get fed up with it, but its met with DM reports and punishments cause its not properly escalated in terms of "bro its just a ticket no need to kill a cop over it" So once again we want realism when it suits us and not when it doesn't, yah of course they do not buy their own weapons and vehicle, they also do not use a thin blue 3 piece of wood barricade to stop a car going 240 down a highway cause the barricade is a wall

I am not saying they are Bias, but obviously people love to scream it when the way you have to report said officer goes to a different branch of the same people your reporting. It is meh.
