  1. I find the font to be very difficult to read. If you have this as regular text, I'd love to check it out.
  2. Reserved for multipart story.
  3. I completely agree. I still feel this change is unneeded.
  4. Doesn’t seem realistic. I can’t have a friend IRL just take the car to any actual mechanic company and request, pay and drive off with my car not being a registered owner of it. I think it would lessen immersion if permitted in the game.
  5. -1. I would not want mechanics to be okay with doing anything to my car for someone who doesn’t own it.
  6. Sure. That makes sense.
  7. Every place is a place to encourage RP opportunities. It’s ECRP.
  8. -1 It makes you think twice about doing something where you would be inconvenienced to have your car impounded for which is pretty immersive and makes sense. Additionally, there is RP to be had in interacting with LEOs during the process. How are people's days going, any local gossip, discussing the cars, etc. We should be encouraging opportunities to RP and not prioritizing things behind scripts that can be done by a player solo in a situation already reduced in reality for gameplay reasons.
  9. Temporarily double the price that fish sells for as a special island event and see if it helps kickstart things. Balance based off intended result which should be: a scripted freelance job used again and social environment conducive to RP.
  10. 1. -1 it doesn’t make any sense for LEO players to have to pay for their own equipment. Legal factions already have budgets and accounting. I don’t see your reasoning for this. You’ve suggested how it can work in your opinion but not why it should be. 2. -1 pagers are very rarely used and are necessary for appropriate legal response. When used, dozens of LEOs don’t show up, it’s specific divisions. I haven’t seen any reason why this should be changed. 3. -1 I don’t see the reason for this, Kevlar is worn by LEOs in a realistic manner. The amplified and exaggerated violent crime with heavies, armor etc that are faced in the city require it. Handbooks require players to RP replacing the armor from storage and are penalized for not doing so realistically. 4. -1 I believe the weapon is balanced and appropriate the way it is. 5. -1 DOC time has already been changed. It does seem like you said more RP ops are being explored for the hours necessary as a result of criminal charges. Overall, I think I just don’t understand the motive behind your suggested changed other than to ‘balance’ which I think it already is. I believe the intention is that LEOs are supposed to be stronger, more equipped, and with better communication. As an RP server it’s not meant to be balanced 50/50 LEO/Criminal. I disagree fundamentally that LEOs are overpowered and have “to [sic] much power to make the game fun!” I'm having a blast. 3600 hours since 02/21 and I’ve never felt LEOs are overpowered. They have more power as intended.
  11. +1 but keep it simple, increase the value of oil, see how it effects people using the freelance job again, keep adjusting for balance
