+1 I had this issue with a lot of people. One thing I done tho which maybe will help you if you go into your audio settings on GTA and turn down your SFX volume. I have mine set to about 30-40% that lets me hear the game just enough and hear the players perfectly . The SFX volume does not turn down the volume of other players it just turns down the actual game .

This was just an idea I thought of by seeing someone elses suggestion a bit similar to this. By this I mean since the hand over feature was brought into ECRP I think it would be a great idea to have an ID card and it would mention what licence(s) you have. This ID card would contain your full name and date of birthday and maybe even the car registration numbers of the cars you own. I know that PD and SD can see through their MDC if its your car or not but I think It would be a pretty cool addition. Or else for a car when you get in you get the required paper work in your inventory automatically put in. The ID card/Licence would be held in your clothing slot and could not be looted or lost. To gain such ID card/Licence you would need to attend city hall and pay a fee. For an officer to see the ID card/Licence you still need to Roleplay out the situation. Vehicle Paperwork would also be located in the clothing clot and once again can not be looted or lost. If the vehicle is sold, the paperwork automatically is transfered to the new owner and the registration comes off your ID Card/Licence.

+1 I think this would be a great addition. But with this said, you would need realistic clothing to hide a gun. And speaking of guns I think this should only be available with pistols because realistically you can not hide an AK on your person IRL.

+1 This would be a great addition I feel like. Just like with the butcher for example, different types of meat give you different money and I think that would be great with fishing too. I saw someone mention above that a company could rent out boats etc and I think that is an amazing idea ! This would make a great roleplay scene between players and people competing to catch the biggest fish. This could also turn into competitions in the future for example alot of people would attend the event and boats would already be there, and people would have to fish in a certain time and who ever caught the biggest fish would win a cash prize or something equivalent. Another part would be make some fish rarer than the other or can only be caught in certain locations, I have no idea about fish but something that would be hard to catch IRL should be hard to find in RP.

There is pro's and con's to this. See this is all about roleplay and I would hate to see Roleplay be taken out for a bot. Sometimes the gurads take for ever to come but its RP and yes it would be faster with an AI but I just prefer to have the Roleplay interactions. And if you think about it if your things are not there what is the AI going to do ? If that was to happen you can discuss it with a DOC member.

+1 I think this would be a great addition. Even when the Crim need to sends out frequency's, from experience I know how much trouble there goes into making sure you send it out to everyone. It would be way easier to send in a group chat. Also in the legal POV This would be greatt if you have friends you always go out to get drinks or something you could just talk about it in a group all together.

I like this but then again not really as its not realistic. Maybe if this was implemeted add a bigger tax such as maybe Emergency Tax if you really urgently needed money between 22.00-8.00. This tax would only be used during these hours if someone really needed to take out money. I saw someone mention above to rp borrowing money from someone and I think that is a way better idea.

I love this ^^^. But in all seriousness, I think this would be abused by some big criminal organisations. And also as mentioned above there is a parole system in place and you can apply for it if you are elegible.

+1 That would be pretty cool, I think it would be cool to see different types of meals etc like for example different types of meals and drinks.

+1 I think this would be a great addition. I think a good way to add this would be going into the comtacts and pressing on someones name, Then when the buttons show up for calling, messages etc.. There should be a button with maybe a gps logo named send location and it would last like 5-10 minutes from the location you sent it from. Like for example how it is done on imessages on iPhones. Would be pretty handy as when you are trying to explain where you are sometimes it can be pretty hard.

So I was thinking everytime I am in prision to see the time remaining by using the command /jtime I think it would be better if we could see our jail time in minutes as when you get a long sentence for example a 3 hour sentence it gives you thousands of seconds and its pretty hard to calculate on the spot.
