  1. Continuing to play on the server by purposefully bypassing an intended ban shows nothing but complete disregard to our rules and the appeal system. You're not innocent; you broke the rules multiple times to a point where you received a ban. Players don't get banned for no reason, and if you're willing to truly change your behavior and your mindset on how you approach roleplay and the rules, then you are more than welcome to appeal your ban. All players are given a second chance through the appeal system, but if you're not willing to take it, and forcing yourself back onto the server, then you simply brought this on yourself. At this point in time, there will be no changes to this policy. Locked and archived.
  2. Hello, proceed with submitting a refund request. Only a few players were affected by this, this is no longer an active bug.
  3. I agree with everything @Purely just said.
  4. Date and time (provide timezone): 27/Sep/2022 Character name: Harvey_Sutherland, Harvey_Keller Issue/bug you are reporting: Police vehicles spawn with missing performance mods; the vehicle would feel like its stock, or not fully maxed. Expected behavior: All police vehicles should spawn maxed by the script. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I drive a civilian Jugular and a Kamacho, both handle better and are way quicker than the police ones. This is simply not fair for PD/SD as they're supposed to have maxed vehicles. The issue is not with the vehicle itself; both Civ/LEO vehicles have the same handling files, but it's the way they spawn / how the script spawns them. The issue happens randomly, there is no specific way to replicate it. Vehicle license plate number*: N/A

  7. "Quickest vehicles"? The quickest one is the Crown Victoria, and it can do 215-220 on the freeway, slow acceleration tho and it doesn't turn. If you're talking about the Jugular, that thing doesn't go over 205 on the highway, it's been nerfed and it's slow AF. They call it "High Speed" but it's literally the opposite, it's useless. Yesterday, we were chasing a 10F that was doing 225+ constantly, and the Jugular was not catching up in the slightest, saying more restrictions without mentioning or stating anything further is basically you reaching the dead end of your argument, I'm afraid. I've been playing legal for 1.5 year, crim for 10 months, I evade from PD almost everyday, and I'll tell the secret of successfully evading, you simply need to be a better driver, arguing that they always deploy a Jugular doesn't really make a big difference, it depends on who's driving it. You can evade in literally any vehicle, even a faggio, you just have to be a better driver and outsmart them, use tactics to lose ground units and the heli, it's been done before and can be done at anytime. Lastly, only 8 people out of 88 in SD can passively deploy the Jugular, and it rarely happens. These 8 people were in SD since day 1, they earned it, but that's IC mate. Oh and high speed units exist IRL.

  10. The extra MLOs that comes with it are "extra" - they add more objects on the map, they don't remove them.
  11. The vanilla version of NVE comes with bushes, and they're even more dense. This is a modified version of NVE.. If you can't sort it out with the player, I suggest making a player report.

    200AP

Thank you @Ranger for providing a detailed explanation regarding this topic. You've basically covered everything. I was part of SED, we only used 200AP during active high threat situations, such as responding to gang shootouts. We are not allowed to patrol with that at all. It's IC protocol but also to make it fair for crims. I've personally seen partnered SED units rollin' with 100AP and if the unit was solo, they can use 150AP, however, for fairness, in most cases, they only use 100AP. For GOB, it's a mix between 50AP and 100AP, but they are limited to what guns they can use. @IAmTurtle you shouldn't be saying things like "stop with this PD/SD hate boner", this clearly doesn't contribute or add anything to the topic, if anything, its gonna flame a PDvsCrim convo. If you don't have anything positive to add, at least don't say anything, thanks!
  13. Some people say it's PD that is OP and needs to be nerfed, when in reality, there is nothing majorly wrong about it. Yes, a few things could be improved, but why not fixing the major L's that the criminals take on a daily basis? Like import prices, 50k for an AK that you'll lose after shooting 5 bullets is what causes the frustration, the jailtime that people have to spend out of their own gameplay time, which to me, sounds like IC consequences, however, I still don't understand why evading which happens 50 times a day has to be 60 minutes of jailtime, and if you get unlucky, you get felony public endangerment which is another hour. 2 hours just because you evaded for 5 minutes and hit a lamp post. Why evading can't be 15 minutes? The player would still face the IC consequences and go through the arresting RP, but I guess that's a different subject. Also, some of you may say "This would limit DOC's RP" but do you think it's fair to tie hundreds of players to one faction? I mean, clearly there is an issue with DOC, but holding people inside DOC for hours because of that excuse doesn't sound plausible to me. This is just a personal opinion, not trying to argue or flame a PDvsCrim convo, if you disagree, please ignore this comment and move on.
