  3. Mitchell Higgins, 33, an ex-farmer from Liberty city. After the downfall of his family business, he became estranged from his wife and decided to sell the lands and start a new life in Los Santos. A well-meaning character, Mitchell opted to earn a living through civilian life, and was interested in the transport sector. Through working freelance with his friends Stef and Tek, he was able to save enough money to buy a truck, earning additional income in the mining sector. 4. And again; 7pm on a Saturday, 340 players online, five cars at LSC, 6 mechanics online (requested and accepted) yet nobody can repair their car here

My suggestion: If nobody is ACTIVELY working at one specific custom shop (do not count online, but off-shift, mechanics), allow the auto-repair option.

Player response from: Mitchell_Higgins Date of interaction reported: 19/9/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1600492493 Retort, reasoning: · A player still has the option to react if they are in a powered vehicle, if they already have a weapon drawn facing their attacker, or if their attacker's view is obstructed by an object. At the start of 1600492497, the vehicle was powered, before the gun was drawn and demand made mid 1600492498 (The vehicle was powered before the demand was made and weapon aimed). I chose the option that I had, to react by speeding away, as
