+1 You can tell that they're working on it based on the amount of admin markers outside a lot of these properties. I don't know how long it takes for them to actually get the interior linked to the doors, etc... So it could happen very soon, or maybe not, we'll see. But I agree once we get more businesses that get bought by CREATIVE RP'ers not just people who are going to sit around with them empty, it'd be a big boost to the city.

I know there's things called "hair tattoos" that are plugins at the barbershop that makes it so you're not completely bald, it makes some haircuts look SO much better.

+1 It's been suggested a lot and I totally feel the need for new/better hairstyles, the variety is lacking.
