Even tho i am banned i am happy this rule has been added. I have made multiple suggestion about jail time and finally it has been added, thanks to the Adminstration team. Yall can archive this thread.

My suggestion was never to make a cap, My suggestion was the decrease the amount of time you get. for example 60-50 45-35min...... Please remain to my suggestion.

Another day in Alberto’s life The day started off normal, Alberto did his standard routine. He jumped back in to bed and was thinking about a big underground meeting with every illegal organization in the city. He thought it was necessary as police was too much involved in our wicked world of criminals. Alberto called Miky which is one of his High Command and told him to invite every illegal organization in the city, cause shit needed to change and it needed to happen now! Family Meeting (Семейная встреча) Once Miky arranged everything, Alberto called the family together before we went to the location. After the family meeting, we all stacked up and went with dubsta’s towards the location. The Meeting (Встреча) We arrived 10 minutes prior the original time, we all took our heavy weaponry out and stand in a line like professionals, waiting for the other organization to pull up. Once some of the gangs pulled up, we got a notification by one of our scouts that PD/SD was near and knew about the meeting. Everybody left straight away and went in to safety. Once everything was cooled down, we called everybody and told them to go to old Russian HQ which is South Elysian. The moment of truth (Момент истины) Lucky this time all of the gangs that got invited arrived in safety, we were able to talk business for a good hour. Charlie Mchoe which is one of the leaders of Creed had a question, his question was ‘’Why is Cartel not here’’ which Miky responded with ‘’ Cartel has more important things to do then talk about Police and we don’t want to take the risk to let him get arrested.’’ Then out of the blue Seth, which is a member of the cartel, came out and showed himself and left, making the Russians believe he was agitated. Lewis and I didn’t feel right about the situation and felt that Charlie embarrassed the Russian Mob infront of the whole underground. Once Seth left, law enforcement arrived and everybody left the location. Could it be proving Alberto’s point about snitches in the underworld? The setup (Установка) Lewis and Alberto met up at their HQ and talked about Charlie. They then decided to set Charlie up. Lewis sent a message to Charlie and ask if he had excessive drugs, which Charlie responded with a strong ‘yes’. Once Charlie arrived at Russian HQ, he brought 6 other members with him, all with heavy guns. We told them to go inside the property and wait for Lewis to bring the money. Once we had people waiting outside, we told them to get on their knees. Once we had everybody on their knees Lewis told Charlie to never embarrass the Russian Mob ever again. It wasn’t about the money or the drugs, we wanted to show Creed who the Russians really are. (once a Russian always a Russian)

Just another day It was a normal day for Alberto, He woke up and did his standard routine. He gets changed into his Russian clothes. Alberto got a call from Dimitri ‘’Christopher made another group called, Bridge Steet Brotherhood, and we share multiple common enemies. Arrange a meeting with him.’’ When Alberto heard his name, he thought of the massacre that had happened between Russians and LNF. But that was the past and his ready to leave the past and focus on the future. Alberto looked in his phone for Christopher's number, unfortunately he did not find it. So, he went to Bridge Street and saw some of his Members, Alberto asked for Christopher’s number, they gave the number. Alberto Texted Christopher and asked for a meeting between Russians and BSB, Chris agreed and said ''Saturday 8PM'’. День встречи (Meeting Day) Alberto called all bratans to go to HQ and come with proper clothing. Everyone got together and went to the parking lot. 4 full 4 doors went to Bridge Street. We got out and Christopher said "park your cars in the back." Everyone got out. Time for business. Бизнес (Business) Everyone lined up behind the High Commands. Everyone took their mask off and started to introduced themselves and exchanged numbers. When we were done with introducing and greeting each other, there was a little silence between the two groups. Dimitri broke the silence with his hard Russian accent. ‘’Let’s start it, the city is a mess and we are the only gangs that can change this, lets stop fighting each other but let’s help each other. Everyone agreed with Dimitri. Nearing the meeting’s end everyone smiling, Dimitri invited BSB to come and hold a lab together and gathering some plants, which BSB agreed with. (once a Russian always a Russian)

This is a criminal suggestion not a job suggestion, if you think that it takes way to long to unload a trunk you can make a suggestion. I made this suggestion because i want to see a change. I think the charges just be lower then it already is. And the fact is doesn't stick with 2 hours it goes up to 4 hours if the cop doesn't like you. Everyone comes here to have fun not to sit in jail for hours that aint fun. DOC really tries to improve there RP but they only do such RP when High Command is on duty.

it comes to a point that it is not ic anymore, it comes to a point that you get punished oocly to roleplay as a crim. and what do you mean with “ if jail time is ic, then treated that way”.How do you want me to treated? You want me to make an IA report?

I made the suggestion about JAIL TIME, i didnt make this suggestion for PDvsCRIM. DOC rp has evolved in the last year. Please remain on the topic.

It is not about surrendering we roleplay as a criminal, we shouldn't surrender. But the fact is that I wanna see a change to lower the sentence, I didnt say to lower to a point that everyone do crimes and kill cops. I still want that hype energy every time I evade. The main thing is people dont want to go to jail for 10hours off a situation that last 10 minutes that is the main thing.

I came up with another idea. So if you got time in prison, but you have an alt account and you are roleplaying on that account, the time on your other account still goes down but then like 80-90% slower. So you still can rp outside DOC on an different alt.

I made this suggestion to lower the prison sentences to a minimum. And yes there should still be a risk you take if you do criminal activities. But 10hr sentences are way to much. If there is no criminal activities, it will be boring PD aswel.

First off all I want to thank you for reading this thread. As we already know jail time on ECRP is crazy. You can get 6 hours plus for a situation that only lasted 10 minutes. I already made a suggestion about Jail time but I still don't see any changes. Lower the time on the charges at least 40 percent less on the original charges, so instead of 60 minutes to 35 minutes on evading. I know a lot of people are going to say ''if you do criminal activities then you should expect to go to jail''. Yes, ofcourse every time I evade I always have that stress of ''if I get caught I go to jail for a long time'' but going to jail for 2 hours for a situation that only lasted 10 minutes is exaggerated. It is really not a long off a suggestion, I just want to see how you guys think about it. And maybe there is going to be a change. Greeting, Alberto
