My favourite moment is when I sang my heart out at the top of observatory in the name of love for the enjoyment of my faction members while I was drunk. It was a hilarious night and I'm glad to have been able to have that moment with them all.

Remove home labs and make labs like they were back in 2019 and half of these problems would disappear.

I would like to say myself that the prison system on this server has to be one of the worst parts of it. How can being put in an AFK timer for 5 hours be considered good RP at all? It's not like we have good RP to do in prison, we're literally still waiting for the prices of the things in the store in DOC to be changed from when burgershot got added and ruined the prices. Now I understand that IC actions have IC consequences, but it feels more like an OOC punishment than anything. By letting us serve a hefty sentence while not being online is beneficial to the server's integrity in my opinion. Criminals will be less scared to commit crimes that would put them away for hours upon end. There'll arguably be more people in DOC in general if people are less scared to commit crimes. LEOs will have more RP opps. I do understand the downside of making it potentially killing DOC though, but this can easily be fixed by implementing a feature of letting your sentence time reduce quicker while you are logged in, but still allowing for your sentence time to go down while you are offline at a reduced rate.

+1 I understand that it is a quality > quantity situation on the server, but when the server is peaking at 180-200 players, as opposed to the 500-600 it used to be, there's clearly an issue here. The whole point of the last few recent updates is to increase the interaction between players, but when I'm driving in Paleto and seeing only 1 mechanic at Bayview and 1 SD on duty, how can I interact with anyone? Drug labs are fully empty, with no one even collecting the plants that grow there. Chop shops are completely abandoned. Previously populated areas like the pier are completely empty. On my PD alt, I'm sat driving about the city with absolutely no RP opportunities. When a 10-55 is called on someone speeding 10kmph over the limit, everyone on duty will respond to it. It goes to show how boring the server has gotten and any player will jump on any possible opportunity they have to roleplay because of how small the server population has gotten. I get that we don't want people who have provided nothing but bad to the server (DDOS attacks, exposing private information, DSO videos, hacking etc), I'm completely against those types of people coming back. But allowing those who made silly mistakes back should be taken into consideration. Even put them on a one strike and you're done basis, just anything to make the server population increase so there's more opportunities to interact with others. There's no RP without players. The LTU server saw a boom in the number of active players when the same thing being discussed here was implemented, so what's stopping us from doing it here too?

Nothing else much to add apart from the title. Radio messages can sometimes look messy and unprofessional and I feel like punctuating them like normal text chat does automatically would be a nice QoL addition.
