  1. Selling 2g, 500 storage, 1 block under LSB blip on the map- Price reduced to 400k 3246380
  2. Player(s) being reported: ID 390 Date of interaction reported: 11/06/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1591898665 Your characters name: Alan Hope Other player(s) involved: Name(s) Here Specific rule(s) broken: 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. rob them. • Mercy Killing - Asking to be killed by a friend (Killing a friend falls under deathmatching). • Unrealistic stunt jumping or the use of an expensive vehicle to ram into other vehicles. • Spawning a scripted work vehicle and using it for anything other than its intended purpose. • Submerging any vehicle in water or unrealistically beaching any watercraft. • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. Players who disconnect during roleplay must reconnect and inform other parties in order to resume roleplay. If you are unable to reconnect it may be excused after providing proof that would give you a valid reason not to return. Our official discord server has a channel dedicated to game crash notifications. In a situation where a player gets away from an incident where they're being chased/pursued, they must wait 15 minutes before they can logout. Players should not instigate roleplay situations if they do not have time to play it through. Players who ignore answering roleplay commands directed at them, e.g. /do. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was fishing at the Vinewood Dam when 390 drove up behind me and held me at gunpoint in a urban area at 6 am. Unfortunately my shadowplay had apparently crashed so I only have screenshots. Evidence of rule breach: https://imgur.com/a/yVwpyIY https://imgur.com/a/kZWXu1V https://imgur.com/a/P5ji3Ih
  3. Player(s) being reported: ID 171 Date of interaction reported: 24/05/2020 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1590322750 Your characters name: Alan Hope Other player(s) involved: Name(s) Here Specific rule(s) broken: 15. Player Theft, Prison Breakout, and Kidnapping Robberies are to be conducted in a realistic manner and require the robber to have a reasonable in character motive. High risk, but little reward robberies are deemed unrealistic and should not be performed. Robberies should be performed in secluded areas where there is a low chance to be seen by witnesses. Players cannot force their victims to withdraw money from an ATM, sell property, or sell vehicles. Players cannot force their victims to hand over assets that are not present in the area. Players cannot steal from players with “NEW PLAYER” above their head unless it is in retaliation. Players with the (( NEW PLAYER )) tag that deliberately insert themselves into or start active crime scenes lose their new player protection during those illegal activities. Players may not steal from their faction treasury as the F4 menu is OOC. Permission for prison break must be approved by a Moderator+ prior to the attempt. Players may participate in no more than 1 prison break attempt within 1 OOC week. Official Factions may attempt 2 additional breaks in the case the prisoner is the faction leader. Players are allowed to kidnap or to take other players hostage for these specific reasons: • You have to have a roleplay reason to kill the victim in accordance with the a, b, and c points under DM section. • If you attempt to commit robbery of a property, you are allowed to hold the players within that property until you have finished the robbery. An NPC is not a valid hostage. • If a hostage situation involves police in any way all of players involved in holding the hostage may not take another hostage for 1 OOC week. Players can give consent to other players to be kidnapped outside of the stipulations above if the roleplay makes sense, but they should in such cases avoid involving law enforcement in any way due to the consented roleplay. 10. Powergaming (PG) Forceful roleplay that does not give the other player a chance to roleplay their own response is considered powergaming. Other players must be given a chance to roleplay outcomes of actions. Roleplay of unrealistic actions like super strength is another form of powergaming. All statements in /DO must be factually true in the roleplay as it sets grounds for roleplay. Roleplay is required before forceful server commands which may be used without consent from the other party if they are unresponsive and not typing for 30 seconds or more. A player cannot use the faction management script to destroy a faction as it is OOC. Government funded faction members must not abuse the salary system and must go off-duty when they are not performing their faction duties. If you perform an action which will influence potential RP in the future, you must have OOC evidence of performing said RP. OOC evidence should consist of a recording or screenshot and it needs to be timestamped (/time). RP would only be valid for 48 hours or until your character dies and NLR is triggered. The time limit does not apply to rule 7 8. Non-Roleplay (NRP) Actions that are unrealistic or promote poor quality roleplay are considered as non-roleplay. Examples of actions that are considered as non-roleplay: • Swimming in water for an unrealistic amount of time or without a destination during a chase. In a situation where a player’s game crashes or the player is kicked from the server, they should be allowed to have the same advantages as they have had before their leave. Players should not deprive other players of roleplay, e.g. early on the interaction asking them not to speak unless it makes sense in the roleplay situation. • Baiting Government Services - Provoking a reaction from faction services without a realistic reason / or calling faction services to e.g. 9. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying IC information through any method not considered IC that has the potential to change current or future roleplay scenarios or using that information. Mixing IC and OOC information without any benefit is a minor MG offense. For example, a player uses IC chat to call someone by their player ID displayed above their head. How did the player break the rule(s)? I was fishing when player 171 came up in a works vehicle and held me up with intent to rob me in daylight. Several times he mixed IC/OOC. He also attempted to frisk me without RP only via VOIP stating "Accept the frisk man". Since he was holding a package and unable to use his weapon against me I downed him as I did not see it as a breach of fearrp. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/psrs2c
  4. Date and time (provide timezone): 17.30 23/04 Character name: Alan Hope Issue/bug you are reporting: Logging out outside of my apartment on Alta Street causes my character to become bugged and I cannot log back in to that character. When I try to login my game crashes in the clouds just before I would land at my character. Having an admin jail me for 1 min fixes the issue. Edit: Seems I cant use leave my apartment without my character becoming bugged. Apartment is 4 Alta Street. 16.30 26/04 Expected behavior: To be able to login. To be able to leave my apartment. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: This has happened twice in the same area, I have logged out in different places on the map and not had this issue.
  5. Date and time (provide timezone): GMT+1 17.00 22/04/2014 Character name: Alan Hope Issue/bug you are reporting: Game is constantly crashing whilst trying to load into my character. It happens after I press play on my character so I am already connected to the server. Expected behavior: Load character Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: I have deleted and redownloaded the server files multiple times.
  6. Would you be so fast to engage into a 50/50 fight for your life had this been IRL? Shooting should be a last resort, you acted as the aggressor.
  7. You had 3 opportunities to engage in RP with me prior to shooting, on approach you was in VOIP range before I turned around and unintentionally aimed at you, you clearly have as mic as you radioed you friend before drawing your weapon. Upon exiting your vehicle you could clearly see my weapon was holstered and I was approachable and finally when guns were drawn at each other I made no attempt to fire until fired at, had you not been so quick to open fire we could have slowly walked towards each other with guns drawn in a standoff situation and reentered into VOIP range. You alone made the decision to shoot without providing me with any context as to why I was entering into a life and death situation.
  8. Already covered this, this is my first time reporting a player and it wasn't until after logging that I found out pming first was required. Once again I had just shot a pig as you silently rolled up behind me, you had ample time to realize I was not the player you had been chasing as you rolled by yet you still decided to exit out of VOIP range and exit your vehicle. Before pulling your weapon you could clearly see my pistol was holstered and yet you still decided to draw on me at distance. You made no attempt to communicate with me in any way. You clearly had knowledge regarding aiming and firing in FPV prior to the situation and should have had reasonable doubt as to whether my weapon being aimed at you was intentional or not. As it stands I feel as report is legitimate I would now rather wait for an admin response regarding what happened.
  9. Why would you not record what happened after engaging into a gunfight without any RP prior? In regards to your images I have made a short video showing the firearm aiming interaction after firing a round, I believe despite what is shown on my video you would have not seen my character aiming at you nor would have anyone else had there been anyone else. (Maybe a mod can clarify on this) As I understand it this is a FPV interaction. https://streamable.com/g84da Even if my character was in fact aiming at you I believe this would be entirely justifiable considering how you approached me and how close to me you got. Also if I was the person in white you had been chasing (I wasn't) then why would I holster my pistol a couple of seconds after you appeared.
  10. Are you able to provide video footage or a screenshot from your POV that shows me aiming my pistol at you when i spin around?
  11. I should have Pm'd you in game, unfortunately I wasn't aware of that at the time , I've never felt the need to report somebody before. The moment I killed the pig I released RMB and my character should no longer have his weapon raised from your prospective. Also you have just quietly rolled up within a couple meters of me whilst I am aiming a pistol, It seems reasonable that the weapon would be in my hand when I turned around. From my POV all I see is somebody looking for a shootout.
  12. Player(s) being reported: 66 Date of interaction reported: 01/08/2019 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1564655776 Your characters name: Alan Hope Other player(s) involved: None Specific rule(s) broken: Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player or their property without a proper roleplay reason. Examples of valid reasons to attack another player: • If they attempt to arrest or hurt you, an ally, or damage your property. • If they report you to the police for a serious crime. • If they are not in compliance with demands, attempt to escape, or call other players for help in a situation where they are required to display fear under fear roleplay rules. A player cannot kill their victim if the victim is in compliance with the demands. A player must allow their victim enough time to comply with the demands. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand(s). Vehicles cannot be used to attack another player more than once including a failed attempt. Attacking another player with no engagement in roleplay is not allowed. Killing a player that has obeyed all orders and demands during a roleplay situation is allowed, with roleplay, only within 3 hours of: Severe hostile or criminal action is taken against you, e.g. someone is robbing you at gunpoint. (Excluding police aiming a gun at you.) Someone is attempting to take your life. Someone is attempting to take the life of your close friend or ally, or if you have witnessed it happen. You must explain your reason to kill to the player IC and have OOC evidence proving your reason. How did the player break the rule(s)? Whilst hunting I was approached by a car occupied by played 66, having just shot a pig I turned around to the sound of the vehicles engine and holstered my pistol. Despite having just seen that I had a loaded .50 pistol he decided to move a distance away from me, out of VOIP range and exit his vehicle then drawing his pistol. Seeing him drawing his pistol I also drew mine and we ended up aiming at each other and he decided to open fire, this resulted in a shootout. Player 66 made no attempt to engage in any RP prior to shooting. Evidence of rule breach: https://streamable.com/ujp2s?fbclid=IwAR32IqBi5QGGcvTJADAzI7wiqHbY_Sox49ehbIWgpNwU5uL-f2dqluQ9ghI
