Hey man, does this happen on every game or just GTA? If it is just GTA try it on single-player and let us know if it is the same. Also what is your cooling like? What temps does your GPU get up to when gaming? Also check if your power pins are plugged into your GPU fully.

After seeing all the comments, i have now changed my mind. -1 I would just be a way for people to stall and it would be unrealistic along with other things.
