Nothing has changed. Players have always been able to appeal and have a chance, but that does not guarantee you will be unbanned.

This will not be happening. Players are still encouraged to submit ban appeals and their case will be reviewed on an individual basis. Those who have not broken severe rules always have a chance of returning providing they can prove their ability to learn from previous mistakes.

I have not experienced any performance issues relating to performance. Posters are generally placed at locations with MLOs and high player counts to maximise visibility so there's multiple reasons why performance drops may occur. If definitive proof can be provided that posters are the sole reason for performance issues we may choose to find ways of limiting this in certain locations. Aside from that, Weazel (my faction) has a set of guidelines for posters which can be found here: https://biz.eclipse-rp.net/viewtopic.php?t=767 How we choose to utilise posters is our decision and what we believe is the best way forward for the server, and our faction. We have also created a pricing model that accurately reflects the power of posters, meaning a higher quantity, and larger size will cost more. Whilst these are subject to change in future, we are happy with the current situation and we believe the pricing is fair. We will not be making any changes to our placement of posters at this time.

We will not be making any changes to our policy regarding cheating.

The appeals section is in place for a reason and that is for us to review cases and come to a conclusion which is always handled case by case. You clearly understand your wrongdoings in ban evading and therefore you ban is justified. We do not and will not reverse ban evading bans because your previous account was "wrongfully banned" which in your case it was not. In pretty much all ban evading cases, the player evades as they know they have little to no chance of appealing in the short term on their banned account, not because they were wrongfully banned. You were guilty of a severe rulebreak on your original account, and the same applies to your ban evading account. You may continue to appeal in future but there is no discussion to be had here, our stance is simple on this matter.
