great idea +1 would definitely increase roleplaying tho your vehicles getting impounded is still pain when doing a crime with it theres already a risk of impound when you do a crime which is annoying that you cant use your vehicle for a while but its for roleplaying so why not add an impound warrant too

maybe instead of banning it why not add like a time limit to it you cant swim more than 2 minutes only for small rivers and not the ocean i agree the ocean to be banned entirely during chase but small rivers should be allow for certain amount of time

agree but rp reason can be found for this maybe they will say they got arrest and police are watching him so he cant hold a gun or do certain crime but still warning and ban is good enough

agree some people just cant hold themselves and go crazy a ban is good so they can learn not to do it again if they still have access to the game after doing something bad they gonna do it again trust me

i have seen echo been used before i saw someone in fivem get banned for cheating cuz of anti cheat they used echo to scan his pc and echo said that his cheating i was sure that he was not cheating cuz i was playing with him but echo still said that hes cheating tho he did tell me that he have cheat in csgo and minecraft so maybe that why he was flagged idk but great idea echo can be good also i do recommend suspicious players get pc checked as they have no reason do deny a pc check if they are clean esp is way too hard to be detected by anti cheat so echo can help here but there are ways to also bypass pc checks its using usb for cheats you can instantly unplug your usb when asked for pc check and clean every file that have the cheat idk if this works maybe there will be trace of the cheat still

i have no idea why i did this i shot at 10 cops alone from mount chiliad with a machine gun all alone for absolutely no reason hello dear friends my experience in eclipse rp has been full of chaos and crazy interactions which i honestly can't explain one of the craziest things i've ever done was shooting at cops with a machine gun just because they raided chiliad i was completely alone up there no plan no team just me and my mg it was the craziest moment of my time in eclipse i really wish i had a clip but sadly i don’t you might not believe this but out of 100 bullets none of them hit a single cop i escaped with a bike machine gun on my back and all i stopped at a store to buy something while also robbing an atm and when i stepped outside i saw 5 police cars surrounding my bike and a helicopter hovering above all of them aiming at me they yelled at me to drop the machine gun i said ok and went to do it as soon as i pulled it out to drop it god knows how many bullets hit me instantly i swear i was about to drop it but they didn’t let me lol what is the craziest thing that has happened to you in eclipse rp
