"SIRENS OF LOS SANTOS"
OVERVIEW
We've all heard the stories. The tales. The legends and myths. But the reality is, we've never really believed in fantasy or fairytales. Well let me be very clear... This is not a fairytale. Rumors have surrounded this crew for decades. Descendants of gods and goddesses, immortal beings swimming up with the current, using their voice to draw in their prey. Assassins, fighters, demons and nightmares. But what we don't know is the truth. Theories have surrounded this group but not for the fantasy of it all. They've been scattered throughout time, across the world, every so often showing up in the most unlikely of places. The stories of them goes back deep into our history and even when it's said they've been wiped out, somehow, they always show up again. Different time, different city, learning and growing stronger each and every time. The last recorded sighting of this group was somewhere in Gotham City. Nobody knows why they were there, some say recruitment, some say to take out the Bat but this is only speculation. All we know is that they usually send a scout to seek out potential stomping grounds before they arrive. Their Leader, though nobody has ever seen her is said to be "different" but nobody really knows why or what that even really means except that anyone who has met her, talks of nightmares and demons but without any substantial proof, this is all just here say.
SIRENS ORIGIN
The story of the Sirens may be as old as time. But we do know that it's first recorded appearance .as a crew originated with the rising of Lilith. Though nobody can recall meeting her, or they are just tight lipped about it, as with all things involving the Sirens, we do know the stories. Abandoned by her parents, her friends and later is was confirmed that her children and partner would both be taken from her as she watched them be burned alive in front of her. Her rage became so intense that she decided to take revenge on not just those who made her suffer but all of those who would cause harm to anyone she deemed helpless. She would train them, teach them, turn them into those who did the protecting instead of those who needed it.
Now if we believe the stories, Sirens are descendants from mermaids, cast out for their chaos. Over time, they slowly became human, no longer being able to survive under water, their resources had to be collected in other ways. As they migrated from sea to land, they were able to establish themselves as powerful women, although subservient to Lilith, their dominance and chaos would grow, sometimes consuming cities and populations. While the stories pf Lilith circulate around fact or fiction, we know one thing is for sure, they do not take kindly to those who mean to confine them. Countless governing organizations have suffered major losses, even rival gangs have chosen to stay away in fear of Lilith. Some say they are somewhat peaceful, thought secretive and not very trusting, they aren't the type of organization to pick a fight unless threatened.
So whether we believe if they are descendants from mermaids or not, we do know that their goal, throughout the centuries, no matter what form they take, has been to protect those who have been hurt. However we also know that they tend to not stray away from taking what they want wherever they go except from those they are aligned with. Their loyalty is unmatched and under the rule of Lilith, the rumors of the Sirens now circulate Los Santos City.
SIRENS INFORMATION ARCHIVES
The Sirens are widely known for being protectors, working in various fields where their services are best utilized. Although there is some speculation about what those services actually are, those who have joined have considered it family. Ride or Die mentality. From what we know, their member are loyal, driven, and in an organization run by Lilith, their mentality is provide for her as well as support all the other members of the group. The dynamic between them is highly motivated by high protocols. These keep the entire crew safe from harm when possible. They have been known to dive into the drug industry, cars, heists of all levels but have yet to leave any concrete evidence behind.
We also were informed that they have a tendency to own and operate nightclubs as well as some unique events that aren't always for the faint of heart. Their affinity to set up legal business fronts have confused many for generations as they never seem to mix their criminal activities with their business. They like to stay under the radar but if their allies need them, they are the first to put their lives on the line. Respect, integrity, consent, loyalty all work hand in hand. But they also won't tolerate members or friends being harmed and will always stand up for them. They do not normally initiate conflict and most of the time will attempt to avoid it as much as possible. We do however know they are very territorial, do not involve authorities by any measure.
The Sirens can be seen around their home in various styles of Black, pink and purple colors. Whether this pertains to their clothing of choice, or vehicles. But they are always dressed well, from their high heels to their almost domineering look. But these outfits are more for the ruling class of the Sirens. Members are given a collar to wear and must never be taken off. The significance of this collar embraces the loyalty to their family and are expected to obey the ruling class. We do know that the ruling class still wear the collars but these are high ranking members who adhere to rule of Lilith and n outside source.
Another notable aspect of the sirens is their interest in cars and bikes. Though they drive various vehicles, their main focus is the ZR350 as they most commonly use tuners with a hot pink underglow. They do however like to use bikes and trucks in their heists, which make them that much more difficult to chase down and they love to run. And if they can get their hands on a boat, good luck because their home will always be closer to the water.
Other vehicles they are known to drive are anything from Kamacho, Jester, Bf400's, Karin Sultan. Other vehicles have been used but these are the only known vehicles we see more often than not.
As for weapons, the Sirens are most commonly seen with sniper rifles, though their smaller arms consist of pistols, micro smg's and baseball bats. Once they have become more established, they look to the weapons trade and drug trade for heavier weapons. Everything from combat shotguns, Bullpip rifles or snipers. These weapons have helped protect them for many years. Their sleekness in the shadows, their affinity for drawing people in can be deadly, especially those who have proceeded to come between them and their loved ones. They are not vigilantes and will run from any authority figure but if they are caught, you will never get a word out of them no matter what happens to them. They only take their orders from the top.
What's most curious is how calm they are when staring down the barrel. It's almost seductive and may not say a word but they will never stop staring at you. The calmness is almost frightening but from the rumors we hear of Lilith, being calm is more about being desensitized. They fear for their life but you'll be hard pressed to shake them.
Hierarchy
Queen - Lilith is the head of everything and this rank is unobtainable by anyone else. Her closest friend sits as her Confidant and leads the ruling class
Ruling Class - This consists of a chain of command. They only report to Lilith and her Confidant. Tittles in the Ruling Class are as fallows:
- Miss
- Sir
- High Command: Reports to Miss/Sir
- Elder: Reports to High Command
Sirens - These are fully inducted members and are sworn in through a secret ceremony. These ceremonies are only open to the inductee and the Ruling class. No other members will be preset during the ceremony. Secrecy and location is extremely secretive. Inductees will be taken to the event with a blindfold.
Subserviants - These are potentials who are currently working to become Sirens. They will perform all the menial tasks and work towards proving loyalty and secrecy. This usually takes some time as progression is slow but they are well taken care of.
GOALS
Short Term
The Sirens short term goals usually consist of building allies, creating some financial backing whether through establishing their cooking, smaller heists, becoming familiad with their territory, understanding the city and making sure they're aware of their surroundings. The more people they can align themselves with, the more structure they can move towards. Patient, cunning in development, their goals are always about becoming involved with others, though secret about these alliances, it can potentially help them grow and reach for limits that may be out of arms reach for the moment. So by pursing the ability to cook, concentrate on weapons trade, small heists and alliances, this will start to establish them among the ranks of Los Santos.
Long Term Goals
Make a plan, follow through on the plan, expect the plan to implode and improvise. Which is what makes the Sirens future plans possible. By creating legal businesses and getting their nightclub up and going, this will provide them with a much deeper form of financial backing. Between these and a steady ability to work with the Cartel, loyal members and a much firmer grasp on territories and stronger standings in the drug and weapons market, they'll have created a foundation to keep building and pursuing expansion. This way keeping strong alliances will be much more obtainable. This will also enable them to produce higher quality product and weapons for others as well as having access to imports.
Constant Goals
These are set for one reason alone... to create involvement. The Sirens are a group that want to maintain good relationships with as many as possible. Buy building these relationships, they can build a stronger foundation in the city while keeping their conduct. By supporting and protecting those who struggle or simply need help.
RECRUITMENT
The Sirens recruitment process is based on loyalty and obedience. Follow the rules and you have a chance to become a member. Recruiting into the Sirens is usually for those who need protection. They are guiding hands that nature grow someones potential. Whether you have just flew into the city or are looking to become part of a family. But it's not easy to become a member as they do not tolerate any calls to the authorities. Once someone has shown their loyalty, they will be deemed a "potential". Potentials will be looked after, provided assistance and be given chances to prove themselves. By completing certain tasks, and is capable of patience, the potential can become a subservient. Once established, they'll be required to prove loyalty and secrecy. This all takes time. They do no tolerate missteps and chances are few and far between. The Sirens aren't looking to become the biggest baddest group around but build strong alliances and work in secret.
RULES AND GUIDELINES
1. Will always maintain a good RP standard - there's no tolerance for breaking RP rules, including but not limited to "Forced or non-consensual ERP"
2. Bullying, hate speech, racism or bashing LGBTQ is not tolerated under any circumstance.
3. Failure to comply with absolute secrecy can be investigated and may result in immediate removal depending on the infraction.
4. No weapons will be brought into Legal businesses for any reason.
5. Colors must be worn during all crew activities.
6. Obedience is non negotiable towards high ranking crew members unless deemed inappropriate, in which case, you may bring it up in a meeting.
7. Meetings will be held at least once a week and are mandatory. Special exceptions may be made. A second may be held for special reasons and everyone will be informed.
8. All crew members are required to report in for activities at least twice a week. Failure to do so for consecutive weeks (4 weeks) may result in "inactivity removal"
9. When entering any crew location, keep your weapon in a bag.
10. When we hold an event, all online crew members are expected to be present.
11. Anyone who informs to the police will be removed. Whether about the Sirens or another crew.
12. Loyalty is the basis of the Sirens so if you can't make a commitment, don't make a request to join.
13. Crew activities can be game nights, movie nights, cooking, heists, races etc. and crew members are expected to follow the rules of the activity.
14. If arrested, you must comply with the official while keeping completely quiet about any and all things to do with Sirens.
15. The Sirens are a calm, well collected crew, we do not tolerate drama in the ranks. If you have an issue, take it up with higher ranks or e-mail.
