  1. New Leasing Scheme - The Wedding Assured Property Management has always been one of the backbone branches to the company, having been the second division established in the branch back in 2019. Over the last 3 years, many properties have come and gone through the company ranging from Residential Mansions selling for £13.5 million to a Small Coffee shop down in Vespucci. In this last year, Assured has furthered it's investment into commercial properties having now acquired both Pacific Bluffs Country Club and as of recent Bluff Tower Office Complex. Now construction has been finalized on both properties we're happy to launch our new leasing schemes which allow members of the public the option to rent these exclusive facilities in an affordable Price Range. Pacific Bluffs People are no stranger to the amount of opportunity Pacific Bluffs brings, having hosted the states largest car shows, Beach Parties and Nightclub evenings. Equipped: 70+ Vehicle Parking Lot 3 Bars & Kitchen Facilities Large dance floor & DJ Booth 3 Private Lounges and Private Booths Beach Access & Large Pool area Exterior Bar And Much More... Pacific Bluffs can truly cater to all occasions. Due to the talents of C.O.O. James Hawkes who was able to produce another excellent poster, we were quickly able to drum up some attention to this new scheme. Shortly after advertising the venue, an old friend of Paulo's reached out to him inquiring about the venue. Ed Johnston initially met Paulo back in 2020 when he purchased a new home in the Vespucci Canals, and since then they've worked alongside each other in their law enforcement careers. After breaking the exciting news about his and Peter Stanford engagement he expressed an interest in utilizing the outside of Pacific Bluffs for the wedding reception and of course we were thrilled by the news and agreed to facilitate the event. Although Paulo was unable to attend the event due to some personal business other employees were able to show up to the wedding. As the sun set on the horizon the beautiful ceremony commenced on Chumash pier, with nothing but sea breeze and gentle crashing of the waves the wedding was perfect. After vows has been exchanged and the wedding officiated all the attendees made their way over to the country club for the after party. We wish both Peter and Ed all the best and it was a pleasure to host an event! Best wishes, Assured Services!
  2. An evening with the Diablos When businesses establish relationships with other organisations, they're usually held together through contracts, however we at Assured believe that in order for an effective relationship to be forged it takes more then a piece of paper. After a discussion with Diablos MC chairman Charlie Rellet, Paulo and Marco were invited down to the clubhouse to participate in one of their weekly rides around Los Santos. Marco & Paulo made their way down to HeavyFlow where they removed the dusty covers off two old motorcycles. After a short ride they both joined the Crew inside their clubhouse and shared a beverage with the their friends. Unfortunately Paulo's attire was not up to scratch so he was kindly offered a jacket.... After getting acquainted with the new members of the club, they headed outside where Paulo and Marco were able to showcase their newly acquired rides. It's safe to say that the two bikes were met with a warm reception given their... unique, appearances. Club members were keen to give them a little test around the block before they departed. As the rain passed by the convoy hit the streets of Los Santos. Passing through Legion Square, Interstate 1, BayView and Bluff Tower they made their way around the state showcasing their roaring motorbikes and captivating the interest of the Public. The ride lasted roughly 45 minutes with several pitstops to allow for the Diablos to chat to members of the public about their rides and to consume refreshments. After retiring back to the club house it's safe to say that Marco and Paulo have had a very exciting day having strayed away from a typical day at the office. While riding in formation with all the members it's safe to say that we've never felt so cool, we look forward to our next collaboration with Los Santos' best biker crew.
  3. Yeah, this issue has occurred in all the properties we've owned. It happened in our old HQ, our current one as seen above and Pacific Bluffs. It really limits us when it comes to making complex builds and large property interiors. Consider Pacific Bluffs cost $5,000,000 to initially purchase, it's frustrating that we can't even utilize have half the space we've purchased, it makes large room properties redundant.
  4. A Productive Week At the start of the week, The Assured Events Team hosted it's annual Pacific Bluffs Car Show which yielded crowds of hundreds attendees wishing to showcase their new vehicles, participate in various actives, party hard to Asbo's tunes or simply to meet some new faces. As always these well planned events were extremely successful having generated copious amounts of additional funds for future events and most importantly very positive feedback from all of those in attendance. The event which lasted two hours had it's first eager participants show up 30 minutes before the event had started and people stay up to 45 minutes after. As always these events would not have been made possible without the support of our friend and sponsors who offered not only capital but also their attending support and some well needed muscle to handle the massive crowds. A big thank you to Diablos MC, Burnout Nation & HeavyFlow for their support. In addition to exciting events, Assured Services saw an internal change too. Following the months of hard graft and recent contributions made to the company by Marco Davis, C.E.O Paulo Witherfork & C.O.O James Hawkes met up to discuss Marco's performance. Thanks to his well renowned name, Charming Personality and Innovative traits it was decided that Marco was a perfect candidate to take the position of Chief Liaison Officer. With another strong person on the board, Assured's C-Suite is going strong with Marco already in talks with various large-scale organisations around the state. As was set out in Paulo's new year 4-Point Plan to kick-start 2022, Assured Services will be heavily investing both time and Capital into getting it's events team back up and running. Following the car-show at the start of the week, Paulo was on the lookout for a new events coordinator to continue bringing these enjoyful events to the state. While scrolling through Life Invader the CV of DOC's Ex-Warden Solomon Cobb caught Paulo's attention. Given his previous managerial experience, fun-personality and large-scale following he seemed perfect for the role. After Assembling his executives in the board room, he invited Solomon down to propose the new role to him. The excitement expressed by Paulo, Marco & James was mutually shared with Solomon who seemed keen to accept the position. We have no doubts about Solomon's performance and we greatly look forward to seeing what creative events he conjures up. While Solomon was present, Paulo inquired about his Wife's new business which she was in the process of paying off. Yuki Nakamura has now been with Assured Services for several months now where she's been working on completing a large-scale building project. Throughout the project, the quality of her work has remained exceptional having gone back and corrected errors of previous contractors out of her own pocket. Out of recognition for her continuous efforts and en-keeping with the Core Values of the company Paulo felt obligated to make a small donation towards her own personal business venture. After calling Yuki up to the boardroom where everyone awaited she was met with a slip of paper on the boardroom table. As a token of the company's immense appreciation for all of Yuki's work, Assured Services will be paying $200,000 towards her business lease. As always we will continue to maintain our efforts. In the following month we hope to see the opening of Bluff Tower which will entail exciting new opportunities for the company & also our next event hit the streets of Los Santos where we hope to find the best driver in the state!
  5. Moving Forward Nestles around the boardroom table of Maze Bank West, Paulo gathered with his colleagues to discuss their route forward. Brimming with ideas Paulo and his associates spent the next couple of hours compiling a four-point plan and setting about with their immediate plans. Firstly, we've set about deciding our next event! With a provisional date of the 22nd set our events team plans on bringing back one of our most successful events... The Pacific Bluffs Car Meet. After reaching out to his friends over at Burnout Nation and Diablos MC, Paulo was able to immediately establish some sponsorship money alongside some vehicle's provided by HeavyFlow. During his meeting, Paulo showed one Mr Don Mozzarella around the new Headquarters. During his tour, Don was particular enthusiastic about sampling the wide range of facilities the building had to offer and also shared the mutual excitement with the rest of the team about what's still to come, such as the Galaxy Bar!
  6. Ho ho HeavyFlow When you think of Christmas you might think of presents, sharing, peace, amusement, as well as countless other emotions. Well those are exactly the emotions we embodied into our service. With rugged and warm coats, Marco and Paulo were protected from the pummeling blizzard that raged through Los Santos on a white Christmas morning. Despite it being the main day, local residents had got wind, or should I say snow, of HeavyFlows new range of brand new vehicles. Being Christmas, Marco trundled down to the dealership to be the first to import all the new vehicles for the eager customers. In addition to keeping the doors open on Christmas Day, Marco has decided to kick-start 2022 with a bang by reducing all the prices, and introducing TWO new discounts systems, one for repeat customer purchases and the other for customer references. For a time of year which is all about giving, we hope to have done our part! https://sites.google.com/view/heavyflow/
  7. 2021 Reflecting on the last year... It's safe to say that 2021 has been interesting and highly productive year for Assured having opened new subsidiaries to investing into community projects. This year marked the opening of two branches Pacific Bluffs and Heavy Flow. Since opening Pacific Bluffs has flourished, having hosted 7 profitable events and firmly securing it's place as Assured's most profitable branch. In total, our new Events team has licensed and assisted over 12 events from racing derby's to Summer Beach parties and has invested $685,000 into sponsorship money to assist other businesses and organisations. Through Pacific Bluffs we've expanded our brand awareness considerably following it's record braking events which have attracted crowds of a size not yet seen in Los Santos, notably our car show which exceeded our 85 vehicle capacity. In addition to the opening of new subsidiaries Assured Services Co-Founded the Chamber Of Commerce group with Shadow Corp to help improve transparency. The attendees ranged from curious citizens looking into business, maybe how to get started, or curious of answers to questions that could change the future, to entrepreneurs, government representatives, businesses and many more. Due to the amazing turnout of the first public inquiry, and the conversations that were brought up, it was decided that these meetings are important, not only to the business owners, but to the government as well, to open up better conversation and transparency of what's going on in the city, in hopes to make improvements for everyone. Later that year, Assured Services set up a second public session following a state wide business crisis with an even greater attendance. Community outreach and giving back is a core value which Assured Services holds dear. During 2021, Assured Services became the first commercial entity to invest into a community project. With well over three quarters of a million dollars invested, spearheaded by a personal investment by Tom. Handley himself, a quaint dwelling in Stab City was revitalized as a hub for all social activity within Stab City - a shining beacon of what can be achieved if you simply make your coffee at home. There is no better definition of Assured Services success than taking a run-down, poorly treated property in an impoverished area and transforming it into a bountiful garden, with numerous trees and a positive community outlook. This investment came following the record braking year for Maze Bank West under the management of Mr. Handley who assumed the position of Financial Director and saw the company provide $4,000,000 to citizens over the course of three weeks. Assured Services has always been, and remains to this day, committed to helping those less fortunate. A core asset for a business like Assured is growing a foundation network and strengthening ties with individuals and like-minded organisations in Los Santos. Burnout Nation has arguable been one of Assured's longest allies since the appointment of James Hawkes as C.O.O who was part of the group prior to his employment at Assured. Since then both groups have been by each others side and always willing to lend a hand, whether that be sponsorship money, offering up personnel or simply asking for advise, Burnout Nation will always have a place in Assured's Heart. From strengthening relationships to forging a new one, Assured notably became close companions with Diablos MC following their kind gesture to sponsor a Pacific Bluffs Event. Following this act, Assured assisted the group with hosting their first club event, offering up their list on contacts, licenses and advise. Since then both groups have remained close partners. Looking Forward As we slowly transition into 2022, Assured Looks forward to continuing its expansion and furthering it's outreach. To kick off the year, we hope to see the completion of our new Headquarters, Bluff Towers which is being constructed by Yuki Nakamura. This new complex will open new doors for the company and serve as our central hub for activity while providing corporate office space to member of the public. Following our break in December, all Subsidiaries should be ready to start operations in the new year where we hope to deliver more record breaking events, continue financial support for the public and expand our business portfolio. Goodbye 2021
  8. Another Bump, implementing this would be extremely beneficial in improving the Private Sector Economy and the amount of interactions between business and civilians. The predominant issues that script business face like Loan Companies and Vehicle Dealerships is the inability to be on the server 24/7. The addition of management to these businesses would make them more accessible for the rest of the server and add diversity to the number of civilian jobs your character can do. As it stands, making a legal income outside of an official salary faction is very difficult with the current jobs such as Farming, Bus Driver e.c.t being very monotonous.
  9. Chamber Of Commerce - Second Public Inquiry Setting Up For the Event Following the gun store crisis, Paulo thought it necessary to reinstate the Chamber Of Commerce to help restore public trust in the government and business owners while increasing the level of transparency. Although this time he was alone in setting up the event, Paulo relished the challenge and set to work spending three weeks organizing a diverse Panel of representatives including, Commissioners, Housing and Property Bureau Director, Judges, Experiences Business Owners and Media executives. After enlisting the assistance of his COO to create a new event poster, we were all set! The Public Inquiry As the masses became to congregate at City Hall, it was apparent that this Meeting had greater public interest then the first inquiry. After kicking off the meeting with his opening statement the session was in full swing with City Hall delivering a press release on upcoming changes to licensing followed by the public's submitted questions. Each topic welcomed fruitful discussion between the panel and audience with the government being able to provide clarity on certain issues which were bought up. Unfortunately Paulo had to depart the event towards the end but was able to hand the mic over to Xoza Shadow to conclude the inquiry. Chamber Of Commerce Following the inquiry, Paulo set about scheduling a follow-up meeting between the Chamber Of Commerce representatives and the Government. This meeting should hopefully conclude all the topics brought forth in the inquiry and set about how the government intends on responding to the issues. Paulo now just awaits response from the government...
  10. A Productive Week New Subsidiary Signing At the start of the week Paulo reached out to Jim Bone, a new entrepreneur on block, regarding his recent acquisition of Total Bankers. Total Bankers holds close to Paulo's heart as it was his first business venture in Los Santos. After exchanging words over text Paulo invited Jim down to Bluff Tower where he gave Jim a tour of the premise before sitting down and proposing the prospect of signing up as a subsidiary. After presenting the offer, Jim clearly found the proposal appealing, so much so that he even asked "What's the Catch?". Fortunately there was none, and after shaking hands Total Bankers made its official reinstatement as a subsidiary of Assured! Christmas is Coming! With Christmas just around the Corner, Paulo felt it was time to spruce the building up a little bit. After a quick trip down to furniture store and a flash of the company credit card, Paulo had purchased himself $100,000 of Christmas decorations. After sprucing the place up a bit, Paulo was a little unsatisfied, he felt the new building deserved something a little more.... BOLD. After liaising with Paleto lumber Mill, he'd arranged something fitting to the scale of the building. Chamber Of Commerce And the top the week off, the next Chamber Of Commerce meeting enters the final stages of preparation. After City Hall confirmed to Paulo about the attendance of Licensing bureau and the Housing & Property Bureau we're able to commence the final preparation. Paulo will spend the next week, reaching out to business owners and representatives from all professions, and send them invitations to attend the next meeting.
  11. The Return of the Chamber Of Commerce? Back at the start of the year Assured Services Co-Founded the Chamber of Commerce with Shadow Corp to promote discussion and open a dialogue between Business Owners, State Officials and Citizens. The first meeting was highly successful with a large number of attendees actively participating in the discussions. During this meeting, we tackled pressing issues, resolved conflict and answered burning questions. During the time of the first meeting the state was going through a fuel crisis, now the state finds itself in a similar situation with tensions running high between the Government, Business Owners and civilians a civil discussion and open dialogue is needed to conclude these issues. Despite a government official expressing their disinterest towards a discussion Paulo has already drafted and sent off a letter of intent to the government proposing the idea. With the new auditorium complete, we just await a response...
  12. A Business Crisis! Assured Services has always stood by it's core values of serving the people and helping entrepreneurship in Los Santos. Several months ago Assured Services co-founded and ran the states first Chamber of Commerce meeting which brought to light the collective concerns of the state and opened a dialogue with the government. One of the issues raised in this monumental meeting was the worries felt by business owners regarding excessive licensing fees and lack of government support. Several months on from the meeting the government had yet to act on any of the issues raised in the meeting and failed to schedule a meeting with a Chamber of Commerce official to discuss these issues as had been promised. Several months down the line, Long-term gun store owner Gordon Graves decided to coordinate a legal gun store strike to raise awareness of the issues local businesses have faced for too long which had the unanimous support of all gun store owners. This strike was in place with the sole purpose of getting the government to act and recognize the concerns of it's citizens and make firearms more accessible to law abiding citizens thus reducing illegal gun trade. A week later all gun stores had locked their doors! One chilling morning Paulo awoke to several alarm notifications coming from Assured's two gun stores, after quickly rushing down it had become apparent that the stored had been broken into in some form of a raid. Much to his amazement, after reviewing the CCTV footage the raid had been conducted by a Commissioner who ordered an illegal raid on business. After consulting several other gun store owners it was apparent that this had happened across the state. For a man who'd dedicated most of his professional career to Public Service in Law Enforcement and promoting Commerce in Los Santos, Paulo was in shock! After exensively reviewing the government website, Penal Code and consulting members of government and Law Enforcement officials, Paulo was unable to find any legal grounds for the store capture to have taken place. Later that day Paulo paid the licensing fee for the gun stores and was given the keys back, this was likely to be Paulo's only opportunity to confront the commissioner on his Tyrannical acts face-to-face. A cold dark evening set the tone of the meeting, with Paulo initially questioning the Commissioner about the grounds of the raid to which each excuse was countered as quickly as it was received, it soon became apparent that like the team that carried out the raids and the government officials he too had no suitable answer. Paulo was then threatened with charges of Racketeering before he quickly fled mid conversation. Although shaken, Paulo will not be intimidated or fazed! We still strongly believe in pushing forward our agenda of decreasing firearm prices to help improve commercial activity in the state and reduce the illegal gun trade which has flourished since the government has put in place this legislation and failed to acknowledge the issues the state faces. Paulo Returned to his study that evening to address the issues which he had faced that day.
  13. Construction underway! Several months after acquiring the premise, Bluff Tower is nearing the final stages of construction. After reaching out to Local Business Owner Yuki Nakamura, Assured Services entered a partnership with the interior decorating firm, Nakamura Dynasty whom has since resumed furnishing the building following the departure of previous builder Hayley Swan. With a Keen eye for detail Yuki's already started to demonstrate her building prowess with the completion of one very important room... the Conference Hall & Auditorium. En-keeping with the profession, corporate modern brief Yuki's equipped the room with state of the art facilities including Surround Sound Audio, Professional recording a broadcast media booth & luxurious spacious seating for attendees. This hall won't be exclusive to just Assured but also available for public use! This is just one piece of a much larger project. We look forward to seeing how Yuki's creative touch influences the rest of the building. More updates coming soon...
  14. Community Investment The philanthropic tendencies of our Chief Executive Officer have trickled down into the employees of Assured Services; Usually responsible for all dealings regarding loans, Tom Handley has undertaken the monumental task of starting the states first Community Garden. Stab City x Assured Services. With well over three quarters of a million dollars invested, spearheaded by a personal investment by Mr. Handley himself, a quaint dwelling in Stab City has been revitalized as a hub for all social activity within Stab City - a shining beacon of what can be achieved if you simply make your coffee at home. There is no better definition of Assured Services success than taking a run-down, poorly treated property in an impoverished area and transforming it into a bountiful garden, with numerous trees and a positive community outlook. The reception from the locals has, thus far, been somewhat lukewarm, but we believe this could simply be down to their lack of understanding - and certainly does not speak to the garden and construction ability of our Assured Services team. The outstanding designing talents of CEO Paulo Witherfork, coupled with the efforts of Deputy turned gardener Mannfred Valentine, provide an oasis in the otherwise dry and bland Stab City. In a township in which the only colour usually exhibited is blood red, we have defied all odds and ushered in a wave of greenery the likes of which Stab City has never seen. One of our proudest achievements was encapsulating that charming Stab City architecture in our designs. The garden provides a step away from the brutally efficient architecture of Stab City; our luscious community Garden serves as a daily reminder for the residents of Stab City that life can not only be greener, but it can be better too. This ties well into what we feel is our moral obligation to do better for the residents of Stab City. We strongly feel, here at Assured Services, that the impoverished areas of the State need investment, concern and development. Assured Services has always been, and remains to this day, committed to helping those less fortunate - and there is no better place to start than Stab City. Above you will see a photograph of one of our more disguised developments to the property and garden. We have taken a van, cast away by some negligent citizen of the township, and transformed it into a hub for wildlife and greenery. It is projects such as this which we feel will bring growth to Stab City, transforming rubbish into artwork. The township is a gold mine for it! As a closing statement, I’d like to personally draw your attention to the trees we’ve planted around the property; these trees, simple as they may be, symbolise our continued efforts to bring joy to the people of this State. Like the tree, our efforts continue to grow, continue to thrive and bring happiness to those around them. Just as the tree is a symbol of life, so too is this Community Garden for the residents of Stab City. Assured Services has always, and will continue to be, dedicated to uplifting the areas that need it most. When we found Stab City it was a horrendous mess of illicit activity, now, we hope, with this new Community Garden the criminals of Stab City can turn their attention to something more peaceful - and, dare I say it, provide a service to their Community. Article Written by Mannfred Valentine - Public Relations Representative for Assured.
  15. Offering a helping Hand Assured Services is always furthering it's outreach in the community, partnering with new groups and like-minded organisations. Most recently, Assured became close associates with Diablos MC whom shared similar values and principles to those upheld in Assured. Their relationship started when Diablos offered to sponsor an evening at Pacific Bluffs Country club helping to fund the highly successful event. Following that gesture Paulo maintained frequent contact with senior members and founders of Diablos. During one of their meetings Paulo provided a tour of the Assured Services Headquarters where Diablos presented their idea for their State-Wide Bike convoy. Given the nature of the event their were certain factors which were unfamiliar to the group such as Event Licensing & Contacts. Following the generosity demonstrated by the group Paulo was more then happy to assist. Over the following weeks, Paulo worked on getting Charlie in contact with specific members of law enforcement and ensuring that the group had all the licenses required to allow the event to take place. As the day of the event dawned, the masses of Motor Bike enthusiasts and keen spectators gathered at the Diablos Club house down in Vespucci where the Los Santos Police Department were on hand to assist with traffic control and scene management. It's no secret how successful the event was, with them setting undoubtedly setting the standard for all future bike Rally's to come. With the assistance of several organisations and the hard work and dedication of the Diablos MC, their first event was certainly one to be remembered! Photos taken by Dyer Media.
  16. New Commercial Avenues One of the keys to a successful business is to have a diverse range of revenue streams. One of the biggest company investments was into Pacific Bluffs country club which came about due to the amount of possibilities the venue would bring to the organisation. To date we have hosted 5 highly successful events, partnered with over 15 businesses and like-minded organisations and produced revenue's of over $3,100,000 from this one subsidiary alone. For a while now, we've been looking into new avenues such as commercial leasing for the property which had it's first test run with PD's "End Of Summer BBQ" party. After running through all the details with Captain Hunter, Paulo popped down to the venue the night before to see where he could help out. Upon arrival Grace was busy getting the venue ready with the club staff. As the doors opened the venue the carpark once again filled up with attendees flocking to the venue to partake in the various activities offered by the event. With a meet & Greet, BBQ, Relay Racing, Swimming Pool, Bar and Live Music the event certainly wasn't short of entertainment. From Commissioners, Chiefs & Sheriff on the dance floor, to crowds spectating the beach relay race the event certainly was a success and something for the Police Department to have been proud of organizing! As the sun set upon the horizon and the event concluded everyone was starting to settle from the excitement of such a well coordinated a constructed event. This certainly proved this new business model's effectiveness and also highlighted areas for improvement in our services. We look forward to bettering our leasing services and hope that more groups will partner with Assured Services & Pacific Bluffs on future events!
  17. Forging New Relationships Sometimes in business relationships must come to an end. With differing work cultures and values Paulo found himself in a sticky situation which was affecting business operations. After consulting his managerial team and seeking a third party inquiry it was unanimously agreed to cut ties with the organisation. There is always a silver lining in every situation, with one relationship coming to an end a new one was forged! For some time Sokka and Emily Lazoo had been in talks with members of the Diablos MC, a newly founded motorbike club with legitimacy, comradely and loyalty at it's core, values which Assured Services Share. After an initial meet n greet between Paulo, Charlie and Ace, a date was set where the club would meet up with company executives for the day. During the excursion, Diablos were shown around various sites including the Company headquarters and Pacific Bluffs while engaging in conversation about upcoming events and opportunities for collaboration. A clear relationship has been established between the two organisations as we already see several interactions taking place. Diablos had kindly offered to sponsor an upcoming party at the country club which was a great success and Assured is helping Diablos set up their charity bike ride through sponsorship, licensing and access to their network of contacts. It's evident that this bond is strong following the mutual favors of each group in such a short space of time, we look forward to future ventures between Assured Services and the Diablos MC. 18. Assured Services & Burnout Nation Summer Showdown Carshow On one hot summers afternoon Paulo received a call from his good friend Don Mozzarella regarding an upcoming event and a possible sponsorship. Upon discussing the matter it became apparent that both Burnout Nation and Assured Services had two very similar themed events in the pipelines. Having successfully collaborated numerous times, it was decided that a merging our events together would be beneficial and another chance for our two groups to work hand-in-hand once more. Following their meeting both organisations set to work, Paulo reached out to Marco Davis the arrange one of the vehicles for the event raffle. HeavyFlow was able to quickly arrange the vehicle way ahead of the event free of charge. As the day approached the final preparations were made with the creation of spreadsheets and the addition of modifications to the vehicle. Paulo arrived 1 hour prior to the event kicking off and already a small group of people started congregating. Once the adverts and blip were up the masses started to flock the venue and fill up the spaces available. With Assured of Traffic Coordination and Burnout of Vehicle raffles, everything was running like a well-oiled machine. As the sun set of the horizon, the judging began. With a great array of Domestic & Foreign vehicles, it was certainly a difficult competition to judge. After eventually narrowing the line-up down to two final vehicles we found our 1st and 2nd place winners for both the foreign and domestic categories. To conclude the evening, the winners of the competition were announced and the new car owners for our raffle prizes were drawn. In the words of those who attending the event was in whole "a great success" and another occasion to "Bring the community together". Assured Events looks forward to working with Burnout in the near future and getting started on our next event.
  19. Redwood Derby Race Having since resumed his career in the LSSD, Paulo's become more aware of the illegal street racing that takes place around the county so when the opportunity presented itself to assist in the running of a legitimate racing event, Paulo jumped at the opportunity. After meeting with the creators of the event LS Drift, Paulo started work legitimizing the event while running all the marking for the event. Prior to the event, Paulo arrived at the venue when it was being set up. Paulo reached out to Weazel news where he arranged some bulk adverts and set up a blip for the event location. In addition to the adverts, Assured Services offered a max hakuchou drag for a raffle prize to help draw in the masses. A short while after the adverts went out the crowds started to flock the venue and signing up. After the first batch of sign-ups went through the event was in full swing. In addition to be a fun participating activity, it was a great spectators event. With cars bouncing off each other, getting air and rolling around the mud, it was certainly a fun, unique event for all who attended. As night fell, heat after heat ran around the track tearing through the tyres and fuel. Eventually everyone had a chance to whip around the track and challenge their mates, to conclude the event we extended our thanks to LS Drift for organizing the moderated event and drew the winner for the Maxed Hakuchou Raffle. 20. -1 I personally feel that cruisers are well balanced in this game when compared with the criminal population. Yes, they've probably got better performance then their IRL equivalents but as previously mentioned the accessibility of high performance vehicles for criminals is far greater then IRL accessibility. I would say that 9 times out of 10, we're in pursuit of a high performance vehicle such as an Issy Sport, Elergy Retro, Rapid GT e.c.t which has more then enough capability of outrunning a cruiser. The primary reason why we successfully pursue a vehicle more often then lose is due to tactics and numbers. One individual in an Issy Sport could easily evade a police cruiser in under one minute, however when you take into consideration the resources that police departments are able to dispatch, it gives them the edge. Looking at previous comments, it seems that some believe all cruisers are capable of reach speeding in excess of 200kmh, however that's just not the case on a select few can.
  21. The Accidental Order - Ocelot Jugular It was a routine day at the Dealership for Marco as he rummaged through various orders and stock levels. As per usual he contacted the various vehicle manufacturers to ensure that HeavyFlow had all the stock it needed for the day. One particular brand that's always in high demand is the British Car Manufacturer - Ocelot who are known for producing luxury coupes, sports cars and even some supers. The following day Paulo was called down to the docks... After arriving at the docks Paulo was greeted by the dock-master Draco Mavis who informed him of some logistical complications. After being guided across the site, Paulo was shown to a singular shipping container which accommodated his mistaken order. After cracking open the container Paulo was surprised to see the Ocelot Jugular inside. He was informed by the Dock-Master that our order had been mixed up with a vehicle dealership in Vice who had received HeavyFlow's shipment. This however wasn't a total disaster, as form of Apology and Tender Compensation Ocelot allowed for the dealership to maintain ownership of the vehicle due to the inconvenience of delayed shipment. Following the good news Paulo took the vehicle to Los Santos Customs where he made some performance improvements and some visual altercations. Now equipped with a new Turbo Charged Engine and a Blue paint job to match the company's logo, the Jugular is ready to rival any competitive performance vehicle in Los Santos. Keen to see the vehicle, Paulo met us with his close friends and associates at Burnout Nation who kindly offered their time and knowledge to benchmark the vehicle against their D10 and other high performance vehicles at LSIA before heading back to "The Lot". During this bench-marking the Jugular was able to earn it's status as a high-performance vehicle. The following day Paulo took the Jugular down to Sandy Airfield where he tested in around the circuit. After racing a plethora of vehicle's Paulo was more then satisfied having seen it beaten the likes of a Vacca, T20, Neon and VSTRs around the circuit. Now under Assured Paulo has big plans for the Jugular and hopes to incorporate the vehicle into various activities across the company.
  22. The Negotiator - HeavyFlow Dealership While on duty at the Sheriffs department, Paulo received a surprise phone call from his friend and Colleague, Marco Davis informing him of some talks that were going on at HeavyFlow. Paulo immediately rushed down with Assured Services Loan Director, Mickey King where they joined the conversation. After their extensive negotiations, Paulo was able to write up a contract and both Parties Agreed. This will make for another successful Subsidiary under Assured Services, and with Marco at the helm we have no doubt over the success of the company. With a new business comes new opportunity. Discussions have already started with employees and associates as to how we could collaborate with other branches. Mickey King has already proposed the idea of establishing a vehicle financing system whereby we can help people buy new vehicles at discounted rates. This also allows for more giveaways & Raffles from each branch! We look forward to seeing what the future holds for HeavyFlow.
