  1. Player(s) being reported: ID 2 (Tommy Lucciano) & ID 45 (Unknown Player Name) Date of interaction reported: 08/JUL/2026 Unix time stamp from HUD: 1783481789 / 1783482003 / 1783482055 / 1783482159 / 1783482309 Your character name: Clint Springer Other player(s) involved: Anthony Mercer, Chase Douglas, Ike Vanburen, Inori Komatsu (While not directly involved in the situation from the logging out and me getting shot at, they was involved in the arrest and response from the ATM, so I don't know if they would be able to provide much information but I thought I would include everyone who was involved as a whole just incase) Specific rule(s) broken: 9. Metagaming (MG) Metagaming is the act of relaying In-Character (IC) information through any method not considered IC which has the potential to change the current or future roleplay scenarios, or for the potential for the information to be used. Disconnecting/Crashing from Active Roleplay Scenarios - Combat Logging When a game crash or disconnect occurs, players must make an effort to contact the involved players or staff. Most commonly, this is done on Eclipse RP’s official Discord server, in the #crash-reports channel. If players do not have access to Discord, they should try to contact staff through the forums, or contact the players involved if they know them. Players who crash during a police situation, such as a chase, will be charged and placed in prison by admin staff. When a player returns from a game crash or disconnect, all players involved must be given the same opportunities they had prior. Players should not instigate situations they do not have time to play through. If a player is being chased, they must wait 15 minutes before logging out of the game. This does not apply if the player being chased is aware of the location of the chaser; therefore, it may be in the player’s best interest to submit an in-game report to receive staff confirmation on whether they can log out. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) I was with a suspect and was transporting them to DOC, while on my way ID 2 disconnected from the server next to the casino on the highway, it appeared as a "logged off from server" on the chat. During waiting I made a report after 2 minutes and posted in c0 channel on discord as they did not post themselves. During this time I also had a bike come past me heading north, that upon review when writing a PD report of the situation I realised it was the same ID from a Kamacho I saw from earlier regarding ATM calls which returned to the scene of the suspect as he was being chased/arrested. Upon the person returning they said in OOC that is was down to their wifi, and we continued. When I then arrived at DOC shots were fired in my directions which I assume in an attempt to cause me to crash and save their friend. When I was looking back at my footage, it looked like the same person again who was on the bike and the Kamacho but was hard to see the shooter fully. This could be all wrong and could have been a coincidence and the original player did not know and they didn't log out. But I feel I have reason to suspect due to the message on screen saying he logged out, and that the same ID from the original Kamacho was seen coming past while waiting for their return and potentially being the same person from DOC, there was a combat log to give time for this to happen, and potentially some OOC conversations happening to also orchestrate this. I do want to point out I did not reach out to these people in game to save any POV as by the time I realised it was likely they was not online anymore, I did try to PM Tommy but he was not online at the time of writing this report. I have multiple different POV from the situation so if it is needed I can provide POV of a whole. It will contain staff chat so let me know if you would like me to send it over. Or if there is anything else I can provide I will be more than happy to. I appreciate the time if someone is able to look into this. Evidence of rule breach
  2. I can agree/disagree with this. On one hand it would avoid any chance of any PG by /collectprints ID but, would this fail the collect prints if you do /collectprints NAME, and you now would now they have the wrong name and therefore making it known that the player is not who they say they are, leading us back to the same issue. Or would this assign the prints to whatever name is put in regardless if it’s correct or not? - This would then only cause the same issue when placing charges as you would not be able to. Where this would then force PD/SD to follow the correct procedure this would just pro long this happening as they inevitably find out the name is not correct again. On the other hand this has only become a more recent issue since the removal of the use of /licence when players are not on the system and do not have a phone but there is already an implemented procedure that had been put in place following potential PG by doing /collectprints ID without RPly finding out who they are, which are to be followed if there is no way to identify an individual via ID or checking if prints already being in the system. I feel like if the system is changed you will still come full circle or run into the same/similar issues and that having the rules in place to avoid and making sure players know when a PG rule break is being made on them regarding something like this, and also ensuring PD/SD correctly train on these matters to ensure there isn’t an abuse in the script. The only way I can imagine this working to a degree is following the same suggestion of /Collectprints NAME, but once the prints are collected for the first time, that’s when you are registered into the MDC therefore overhauling the whole MDC system. Making every new player or player without prints within the police system removed and once prints are taken, that name is linked to there character within the MDC meaning anytime they are arrested, regardless of the name given, when prints are checked or attempted to be taken they will return to the first /collectprints that was taken with charges getting placed in that name. This could be something that adds an extra layer to giving false details / the use of fake IDs which could later lead to police finding your true identity via a real licence or other means, or finding a different name on you a second time and needing to contact GOV for help on confirming true identity, and adjusting your name on the MDC and then facing further legal issues due to do providing false data. — In terms of a legal character, you could potentially make it so they would need to get confirmation through GOV of official documentation of identity to avoid any issues with fake names when applying for legal jobs which they would need to provide upon application or wanting to get things like a firearms licence.
  3. I believe if anything, maybe safes need more slots or a new type of safe with more slots as opposed to vehicles being adjusted. Having a 200vol safe with 10 slots where you can’t store items makes you very limited to only putting a certain amount of items inside especially as most items are very light in weight
  4. +1 or even a way to have favourites that would be either set to the top of uniforms, or be able to set favourites that appear on a new section above the uniforms - I’m forever searching the long list
  5. I agree with this suggestion to an extent, I understand both sides but I believe if the argument is giving demands and not pushing, there should be demands given again after X amount of time again. If it’s just the case of a gang waiting outside while you are inside without much interaction, this is just the case of talking ICly and having more interaction, if you have 1 group inside and 1 group outside, have some RP, try to negotiate, figure out a way out of the situation/or to speed it up if inside. This can come from both sides, the people pushing can explain what they came for, drugs, guns etc. The people inside can have try to work something out to come out alive. It doesn’t always need to end in a gun fight. If a pushing gang wants guns and the people inside don’t care to lose them, they can agree to leave their weapons and leave with the drugs or vice versa. Rid of “whos this” and stop the conversation at a point of confirmation of who’s inside/outside.
