+1 I think this would be a very good addition, I think a good limit would be anywhere from 1-3 months of not playing on the character before you can delete it. Cant think of any real downsides to it. -
There’s been some very good points brought up by bakmeel and other members of the community throughout this thread, The tier system itself is a great way to kick start offical faster. As Bakmeel clarified that the punishments would have leeway I think there is less concern in that regard. I think the bigger concern is factions freaking out about not being able to break rules, Of course everyone will catch a punishment from time to time playing crim but that’s just how it is. I think this will then in turn stop gangs from recruiting monkeys with a gun and instead think slightly more about who they recruit.

The new tier system itself isn't bad, before it took around 6 months to become official and now it will take 1-2 months. With the gun tiers however I do believe .50s should be in the first few tiers, then different types of heavy's and AP unlocked throughout the progression, as that is how FM has set it up. However the key issue is the punishments causing demotion, If it was even worded differently as to "if a factions members consistently break rules" it would be fine. However with the 2-4 Punishments to drop a tier, There is no world in the current ECRP community where this wont cause increased reports against factions. If Gang A doesn't like Gang B they will simply report everything they can and likely drop even the high standard factions multiple tiers. The second large issue from this will be the recruitment of newer players to the server, With this now greatly increased risk with tier demotion I feel gangs will be EXTREMLY hesitant to bring in unexperienced players, causing the crim scene to be even more gate kept and harder to reach for new players. TLDR: FS 2.0 Tiers are good, .50s Should be early tiers, Punishments shouldn't be limited to 2-4 and instead if a faction shows consistent rule breaks.

Overall the idea is good and is a +1. However with current bank interactions I doubt it would happen without a rule change. The majority of hostage banks I have been a part of typically end in two ways, 1 the bank being voided due to the hostage being incorrectly obtained (rules state you can’t kidnap someone for the purpose of being a hostage in a bank) or 2 getting shot inside or as soon as you leave the bank. If rules were to change however to adjust to this it would be a lot more enjoyable on both sides in my opinion.

At the current point of ECRP, almost every official gang (I assume the same for unofficial) is frequently at the 30 cap of faction members and end up having waitlists etc. Generally curious of factions input on if the current 30 cap is good, or if returning to 40 would revive crim more. Back during the 40 cap it allowed gangs to have day/night members and there was overall more presence, now there's only a select few gangs at each time. I know one of the original reasons for this was for more gangs to be made, however in my opinion member cap doesn’t affect much in ways of gang creation. The creation of gangs more or less just comes down to people willing to run them. Any input on this would be great!

I believe irish mob from a couple years ago did this as an alt rp which was quite cool to see, Would overall be a fun new robbery if devs chose to implement it.

Big +1 gives benefits to both sides of the server with crims having more vehicles they can use on a daily basis for typical criminal activity's such as getting drops, evading and visiting various labs such as island. Also benefits the LEO side of the server with crims likely driving less "meta" vehicles.

Massive +1 make weazel adds either an app or give players the ability's to toggle them via a command. My friend @Diddern cant take playing the color guessing game every 30 seconds much longer

As it currently stands there are 4 labs in rotation, with there being 15 labs in total and it being random chance there is certain labs that do not appear for weeks at a time (such as LSD which i think has been open once or twice since the update). With the current 4 active labs I believe one large/major lab should be active at all times (Garbage, LSD, Island, Cave) with 3 of the smaller labs in rotation. If the large active lab is raided, the same cooldown as other labs would be in effect, however one of those 4 labs would then open in its place. This in my opinion would keep the criminal drug economy flowing more smoothly as drug making is a large part of turfs and the smaller labs make it a double or even triple the effort task. Additionally these labs bring a lot more interaction between gangs.

+1 the wheels a scam right now so a daily login spin would be good, Also will likely cause players to spend even more time in the casino so I doubt it would have a major effect on the economy.

Big +1, been loving the directions the servers been going but the new lab system is negatively affecting crim rp and crim economy and i think a rework would be good.
