The current state of cuffing is to keep running/evading till you're tazed then type out the relevant RP to cuff the person and the criminal responding with /do's This can show good RP however at the cost of bringing the adrenaline of a chase to a halt. What I suggest is to bring the quick time event that is already introduced in the game to cuffing, making the green part of the timer small and the blue portion of the timer to be quick so it's not too easy to break cuffs but not too difficult. To stop abuse from people with god reflexes I suggest that there be a number of times that you can break cuffs say 3. Also another important thing to stop powergaming on this before cuffing someone the person should be required to say going for cuffs and/or an audible sound (in good time) as a replacement from the /me cuffing messages waiting for the person to respond with /do's.

TARGET IN SIGHT As the days go on there's only one thing on Jack's mind revenge, however Jack knows he's got to be smart. Jack was searching the city hoping he would find Jay Bacon and wait for the perfect opportunity to strike, Jack's intention was not to kill Jay Bacon but to finally get some twisted form of closure to humiliate and get all his anger out of the PD and getting shot by Jay was the final straw. Jack realised that if they shot at him for a simple evade that it only meant one thing, that PD never cared about if a stray bullet would have hit Jack and ended his life. Jack just wanted to use the Deputy Chief Of Police as an example to any police officer, that in Jack's mind that shoots at people or at their vehicle has consequences and that their actions have consequences. Jack was starting to give up as he couldn't find Jay Bacon anywhere however one day Jack saw a public court hearing going on and saw the many police that were outside. Jack took his chances to take off his mask and put on a suit. When Jack walked in he instantly saw Jay Bacon and knew that when the court was over he would follow him. And so Jack waited out the hearing not really interested in what was going on in it but after 30 minutes or so the hearing was almost over. The judges had to have a break to make a decision about the case, however, Jay walked out a different door that Jack could not follow and tried to see where Jay was going however to no avail. Jack hasn't seen Jay Bacon since the court room and will be patient until another opportunity arrives.

Every time I go to jail which is at least once every two days I can attest that some of the charges stack a ridiculous time, for a simple felony evasion which gives the cops and crims a lot of fun me being locked up for 2 hours every time seems like cops only reap the benefits of fun RP without consequences. Now I know of course there are consequences to being a criminal and committing crime but I think the "if you cant do the time" quote isn't healthy for RP as if crims didn't do crime the cops and DOC are going to be bored out their brain as criminals help give fun RP to cops and punishing someone for giving that doesn't seem right. Ways to improve prison time would be to do jobs around the prison for reducing your sentence the only one right now is mining but it turns out it is not worth the seconds off than it is to walk out with the stamps and get more money as the time reduced is so bad. What I recommend is giving guards of a certain rank to reduce a persons sentence. lets say you spend 10 minutes helping fix one of the DOC vehicles you get 10 minutes off so instead of standing around for lets say an hour I could RP with guards for 30 minutes and get 30 minutes reduced therefore everyone benefits. this could open up more RP around the prison from making the medical bay tools sterile and disinfecting them and general cleaning to allowing inmates to cook inside the kitchen for time off to washing doc employees cars. in conclusion just having guards have the power to reduce time for inmates can encourage RP and reduced the number of AFK inmates not interacting with the people at all because they have to wait around doing nothing for 2 hours. I ask if I can do these jobs anyway as I like providing RP however I understand not all people like that and multiple times I've just had a cell full of people that don't want to talk because I'm interrupting their Netflix.

PROMOTION After being the Professor for some time Jack Betts has learned everything there is to planning and executing a robbery at all the stores and banks and was starting to hone in skills that would make the jobs as risk-free as possible. However, Jack had so much more potential in just the Professor role he had been placed in and started helping with all aspects of the gang and so Brody King called Jack down to Amarillo Vista and told Jack that if he would accept the promotion and Jack of course accepted. With the title of Underboss, it is now the responsibility to look after all aspects of the Aces dipping toes into all of the Captain roles and making sure all operations run smoothly, and assisting in any way of the many Roles. NOT ALL GOOD NEWS Jack was racing around the city when he noticed one of his friends was in trouble and was felony evading and so Jack followed him around for a good 30 minutes when a crash happened. Jack's friend crashed and before Jack could swoop in and pick him up he was already surrounded the PD started pitting Jack's Issi and so a pursuit occurred that lasted a good 40 minutes and Jack was toying with the PD and having Air-1 follow him and make no effort to evade Air-1. However, Jack would make a good distance on the ground units and then refuel to keep the chase going, this was when the unthinkable would happen the PD started shooting and Jack was lucky to keep going most of the bullets whizzing past Jack's face this is when it got serious Jack started seeing RED. A CHANGE IN MENTAL STATE Jack was low on fuel again and had to go to another fuel station and so Jack put all his focus on driving the best he could and was pulling away every corner against a bike that had better cornering than him but that didn't matter as the bike crashed trying to follow Jack's racing line. This was his chance and he fuelled up as much as he could that's when an officer got out of his car and started shooting at Jack evading which smashed the Issi's front windshield. Jack ducked down and snaked his car which showed his right side, both tires got shot and Jack surrendered straight away. Jack shouted at the two PD and SD officers and Jack saw Kian Dante not knowing who shot threatening Kian that he would regret shooting at him. However, the other officer said Kian didn't shoot as he was driving and so he knew it must have been him. After Jack got arrested Jack knew he had to learn the name of the officer as he had not met him yet, the officer started shouting at him and Jack used this opportunity to bait the officer to give his name. He was hesitant to give his name stating "I'm not giving you my name" but Jack kept calling him scared hiding behind a badge and that made him tell Jack his rank as well as his name, Deputy Chief Of Police Jay Bacon. Jack then smiled and sat back in the police cruiser as he would remember him. MIND GOING DARK PLACES As Jack would sit on the journey to DOC he was starting to think of all the ways he would make Jay Bacon pay and would want to make Jay remember him. Jack has gone through the IA reports before with higher-ups in the PD and SD and knew nothing happens as so Jack spent many years in prison which gave him a focus on how he would make the Deputy Chief Of Police pay. Jack now spends every day with his .50 pistol on him in case he has an opportunity to kidnap and teach Jay Bacon a lesson in the art forms of torture so he would keep him barely alive to be a warning to PD if they were to follow in his footsteps.

A New Direction Once Jack Quit LSC He decided that he would use his mechanic skills up north at a place called Bayview however, this didn't last long. It was going great at first he got the position of Senior Mechanic, the highest rank you can get without going one higher to management. Still pent up with rage with how much LSPD wasted Jack's time he wanted to humiliate them but he knew if he got anything like felony evading this legal life with the Amarillo Aces would be over. Jack just wanted to chill and went to the tuna shop to go fish and listen to music after all he needed it, shortly after Jack arrived Brody King showed up and they both started fishing together. Jack thought now was the time to tell Brody where he was at mentally and that how much he wanted to mess with the police by any means if that be Felony Evading or robbing stores to evade the PD and in the process humiliate them. Jack was shocked to find out that a couple of the Aces have had their own problems with the PD and certain individuals, some were just interested as they had friends that were rich from the criminal life and so they wanted to be rich too. The Meeting That Changed Jacks Life Forever It became clear to Jack that he couldn't pursue getting revenge on the PD and still remain in the Aces only if the club as a majority wanted to go the illegal route. Brody sat by a table on the street of Amarillo Vista and one by one he called each member to vote and when it came time for Jack to vote Brody stated "I don't even have to guess what way you're going to vote Jack", with that Jack nodded, smiled and turned around. All of the members voted to go the illegal route but not everything was all that it seemed. A Rat In The Group Over the next two weeks a couple of things happened, the Aces got their first drug lab set up and Jack asked around to see what ingredients he needed and got some help from finding a stranger on a weed farm, Jack noted down all the ingredients and where to find them. Everything was going great however, members resigned from the Aces as they didn't want to go the direction that the club was going and they parted ways but there was a bigger problem. One day Jack woke up to members that looking panicked. Jack asked what's wrong and turns out someone gave the location to PD about the drug house and it has been raided however, they got everything out before they raided. Jacks knew it had to be a member as no-one else knew about the place, this made Jack sick to the stomach as he said with disgust we have a RAT. Proving Loyalty The high command of the Aces shut everyone out and let in members back in one by one Jack was the second person to be let in on business and sensitive information this frustrated Jack not because of being shut out, he understood why High Command did that. The reason was of what the rat had done to the Aces and put that seed of doubt about Jack's and other members loyalty. This took weeks of rebuilding trust and Jack knew as long as he put in the work to contribute to the club and kept on growing with the family he met long ago that things would go back to normal and the Aces would prosper in their future endeavours. This didn't go un-noticed and over the next couple of months Jack proved that he was in the Aces so do what he said he would do and humiliate PD Jack did this by robbing stores waiting until the police showed up or his bags were full from cash and go on chases with some of the best police drivers and keep driving till he ran out of fuel and on multiple occasions he lost the ground units but would not lose Air 1 and so 3 times Jack robbed stores, evaded till he ran out of fuel just to belittle the officers. This gave Jack a Low Command Position in the Aces with the title 'The Professor' which is a role that specialises in robbery's and so over the next few weeks Jack has been working on perfecting his role. Out of the many robbery's Jack has set up and done he hasn't been caught since. Jack's motivation to turn to a criminal life was not out of the promises of riches or anything materialistic. Jack is only motivated by the family around him. For them to prosper in the Aces and revenge against LSPD. He often wonders what life would have been like if only he got accepted into law enforcement and could've made a change and would've been the most chill but fair officer around and do a better job than most but then he realises they don't let people like that in and laughs to himself.

Ah I see the reason maybe why the tunnels were blocked off if this problem persists I get it but if this bug can be fixed I would love if the tunnels to be opened again. Although there is only 3 exits out the tunnels it can give a chance for the evading party to lose Air 1 temporarily as I do struggle losing Air 1 I might just be bad at doing so but I do feel like its extremely hard, just want to know everyone's thoughts on this. I watch NoPixel all the time as its the biggest RP server going and there's a lot more tactics both sides that go into a chase and one of the strategies is for the evading party to survive long enough before Air 1 runs out of fuel and then so it becomes a race to then take more risky driving to lose the cops before Air 1 returns after refuelling like it creates more tension for both sides instead of the police not having to worry too much as if they lose the suspect they can just use Air 1 for the entire chase and don't have that pressure that if they lose the evading party when Air 1 needs to refuel they will lose the evading party so I think it can make chase scenarios better for everyone as a whole. when I look at things in the game I don't just side with one group I like to submit suggestions to improve everyone RP.

So I've noticed a trend every time I've got into a chase which is only 7 times with the law enforcement in this city and the most recent 3 chases made me want to suggest changes to Air 1 or open up the underground tunnels and not have them blocked off. As mentioned before in the last 3 chases I only got caught because I ran out of fuel I drive an Issi Sport and it is extremely good on all 3 chases with the car I have lost sight of the cops 10+ times but because of Air 1 they always seem to find me I've tried using bridges to lose sight of Air 1 but I can never seem to lose Air 1 and therefore I feel I shouldn't have to lose just because of a fuel tank, multiple times I had enough distance to refuel but as of the NRP rule I cant do that so its just a matter of time before I'm caught from running out of fuel. I was talking to an officer IC and he told me that an Air 1 fuel tank is better than every car in the city and so I know I cant just wait it out and so here are my suggested changes. please can the underground of the city be reopened as all the small tunnels in the city are too small and it is easy for Air1 to track where I will be in the tunnels or a change to the Fuel tank of Air 1 as out driving the police many times just isn't good enough as ill eventually run out of fuel I feel law enforcement can make unlimited mistakes while driving and I only have to make one and if the chase takes an hour till my tank runs empty and I haven't made a single mistake which is no easy task I shouldn't feel like it's just all heading one way anyway like all my good driving don't lead anywhere its not like my fuel tank can beat the law enforcement vehicles as they can break off individually to refuel and re-join the chase. thank you for taking the time to read this I love chases and racing in general but I would just like to see possible ways to escape and be rewarded for good driving

7 of Spades - Jack Betts A New Chapter Major changes have happened to Jack's life, for starters Jacks job at LSC is no longer and there's a lot of drama that has changed how Jack sees people and the law enforcement of the city of Los Santos, it all started when all Jack wanted to do is be in LSPD and he made it his goal to make it far in the police force however, there was certain people that Jack began to dislike and the first person would be a police officer and LSC Manager John Styll he was just tagging along in Jacks first PD interview and everything was going great and Jacks confidence grew as the interview went on however when it came to the physical assessment even though Jack read that he had to talk through what he was doing and his thought process to tackle the obstacle course to show the interviewer that you could think about what you were doing while on the job Jack just didn't say anything as the nerves were high for him and once Jack got back from the interview he was told to wait at least a day to get back the results and Jack was disappointed to say the least as the reason he failed was because he forgot to talk through what he was doing and placed 99% blame on himself but did feel like at the time a friend could of helped him either give him a nudge to remind Jack that he's forgetting something but it seemed like he didn't even bother to try and at least whisper and so he moved on and just waited till another month till Jack could reapply again. The month wait was a long time for Jack as he already had to wait 2 months previous to the interview after it being denied in the application process so to wait another month was just making Jack more impatient and so he signed up for SD instead and made it to the interview stage but they felt he needed more time to develop himself which was confusing for Jack as he felt the interview went well and saw in no way he could fail it but he gritted his teeth and said to himself "who wants to join SD anyway" this made Jack begin to not like law enforcement but he still believed that he could make a change. While waiting for the next interview Jack had a couple of run-ins with the PD for speeding as Jacks speed limit broke and could not turn it on or off and so had to manually keep it below 80 as that's where most of the tickets came from as with the fast sports cars Jack only had to press down the pedal for half a second to go from 80 to 100 and so in the past month Jack collected 3 tickets which for a month of being in the city every day wasn't that bad however when the month came to the end in interview got changed to another application so Jack thought to himself "it's a minor step back but it will be over soon and he submitted the application a very long week later the application got denied for 'excessive speeding' and to apply back in another month. Boiling Point "ANOTHER MONTH" Jack yelled this was when the hate started to seep in for law enforcement and for the time being Jack kept a smile on his face and every time Jack saw a police officer his blood boiled. Jack had enough and decided to test the police in many ways for speeding on purpose and getting caught just so when the officer pulled Jack over he would make the job for the officer harder by asking questions that would halt the process of finding out his license and the ticket that comes along with speeding and would make fun of them and tease them about why did you become an officer do you like being hated. The dislike for cops was apparent and when the officer looked like they had enough Jack would speed off and over the month no officer would be able to keep up with jack. Jack knew if they didn't see the face of Jack and didn't get shown a license then they couldn't prove it was Jack driving the vehicle so whenever Jack drove away he knew he was getting away with it and the cops couldn't keep up as being in a car club Jack was a good driver. After a month of teasing the police, it was time to apply one more time and with a few corrections that had to be made to the application again Jack was losing hope, however, a confirmed date for an interview was set. When it came to the day the interview was cancelled and would have to apply in another month this made Jack see red he hopped in his car and drove through the city going as fast as the car would push still raging while driving he took his pistol out of his holster and set it aside from him Jack was no longer thinking straight and he knew it so he headed to the docks to go fishing and that's when something awful happened. While Jack was fishing a man was watching him from afar and Jack noticed him and that's when the strange man started running towards him Jack stopped fishing to see what the man wanted and when the man got close enough he started putting his hands behind his back reaching for something, Jack had a split second to react and grabbed his pistol and aim it at the man and Jack was right to do so as it was also a pistol the man took out and so with all Jacks focus he shot twice both times landing in the man's head and suddenly the man dropped to the ground. Jack felt an adrenaline rush and felt this anger made him focus as jack has never drawn his pistol to shoot anyone ever and when the anger dissipated Jack realized what just happened and decided what he had just done he knew he just defended himself but still felt like he made the wrong decision. After Jack hid the body in the ocean not wanting to leave it up to the chance of the decision of the government to decide if it was justified as all trust and love for the government services i.e. PD and SD had been destroyed, Jack went back to his house and changed his clothes and washed off the blood. After a couple of hours, Jack was still not thinking straight and wanted to know who denied this interview for after 6 months of constantly trying Jack needed to know. Losing All Respect For Certain People And Organisations Jack made his way to Mission Row PD to get answers and asked for an officer at the front desk "Hello, do you know who is taking interviews today for PD" and the officer replied, "oh yes John Styll was taking one but that got cancelled were you supposed to be an applicant?" "Yes I was but why did it get cancelled" the officer did not know and so with that new information Jack got in his car and drove to LSC to confront John but he was nowhere to be seen. Jack couldn't believe it that after 6 months John Styll would just cancel an interview like that, he has seen Jack work great as a mechanic and when Jack does his job he does it very well and explains what he is doing as well as everyone else so the fact he didn't even give Jack the time of day made Jack despise seeing John. after just a week it got to a point that he could not work while being around John until one day Jack heard the news that would change Jacks life permanently. Meet The Members Of The Aces Jack Betts is 23 and was born in Los Santos. He is very Identifiable with his white beanie that he wears almost every day (don't worry its washed.) He used to live at Del Perro Heights by himself but shortly after buying the apartment he joined the Aces, he already knew pretty much all of the members as most of them work at LSC and his love for cars is what interested him in joining. Soon after joining on the same day he was asked if he would help at an event and he was more than happy to. the first event was the Exceptionalist Showdown Drag Event of which he helped with the raffle and seeing the whole city come down and race against each other and socialising in between races was a lot of fun for Jack and he knew if any events come up he would try his best to clear his calendar. The cars he drives seem to change every 2 weeks so you might think he's rich and owns 50 cars but no he just keeps going back and forth between them. His job at LSC is in the Roadside Division so when he's working you'll mostly see him out in the city helping fix broken down vehicles, he has met loads of people while doing so and seeing them around the city at various events and knowing more of the community around Los Santos is what is most rewarding about his job. The Aces gave him a home at Amarillo and so he sold his apartment to move and occupy the street and that's where he mostly chills out with the boys and finds out what is happening in the city.
