QOL improvements for release from DOC and general Bus improvement

+1 Maybe not a whole new bus route, but the current Paleto route drives right past DOC and the stop could be added. This route ends at Paleto parking where they can then be dropped off. This would also allow more interaction with the bus driver job as people may be more likely to catch the bus upon release at DOC. -
This is still sitting at the house listed above with no UI for removal. Admins have tried removing it but the UI is hidden.

This has been tested and is not replicable as I was able to successfully picklock a vehicle. If this is still an issue for you, please submit a new bug report with video footage of the bug.

My understanding is that they are treated much the same as rental trucks and Vetirs where rp is done to call the company or scrapyard to pick up the vehicle and then they are deleted via admin staff. Maybe it is a glitch that these are impoundable and shouldn't be?

Separate commands for showing each license

+1 I like the idea of splitting them up in some way but, like some of the others here, I feel there still needs to be a way to show all with one command.
