Date and time (provide timezone): UTC Game Edition (Legacy/Enhanced/both): Legacy Character name: Aiden Beta Does this issue appear again after a full game restart?: yes How many times did this issue appear for you?: over 10 Issue/bug you are reporting: forceful c0 whenever someone gets dragged into a cruiser while injured. Expected behavior: Just a simple drag without a c0. Evidence (MUST provide either UNEDITED photo or video) , notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: No video, but there is a known bug sometimes when a player is injured and a LEO decides to /drag them into a cruiser, the player gets a c0. This only happens sometimes but more often than not to be called a coincidence. Vehicle license plate number*:

Cap server FPS to 120 or add a 220 Speed cap
addybeta replied to Jay_Valentino's topic in Game Suggestions
Let me go 240 in my buffalo. -
ahhh yes let me attach an ATM to my supercar and drive 240 throughout the city while dragging it. I mean come on really? Im usually an advocate for crims, but this is ridiculous. You strive for realism from LEO, but this is what you have to offer? Supercars need a 20-30% reduction in speed when dragging an ATM, and Off-road vehicles can keep the same speed.

FearRP, Ruleplaying, NonRP, and Law enforcement.
addybeta replied to Demonmit1's topic in Rules Suggestions
I dont want to turn this into a pager debate, it was just used as an example of how rules are different. Im not going to dwelve deeper into wether or not LEO or crims should have pagers, just saying that there is no reason to not modify the Fear RP rule for LEO's. -

Point is that rules are different, so there is nothing stopping the Fear RP rule to be ammended for LEO's -

Well thats not entirely true now is it. Im also going to be playing devils advocate and say that server rules are not for LEO factions. An example of this is an OOC pager to call more units to a situation, which no other faction can do and is against server rules. I agree with the fact that if a criminal is running for a minor crime, and an officer pulls a gun on them, then they are ruleplaying the fear rp and forcing them. Why should a criminal comply when they ICly know that the cop does not have enough grounds to shoot them? If a cop does pull a gun and a criminal decides to run away, it should be on the officer to decide if it is worth shooting, and then work with the DM rule. -
Good suggestion, but sadly most crims are just gonna see this as a "Buff PD" post. Hopefully I get proven wrong.

Reduce All criminal charges sentence length by at least HALF.
addybeta replied to Demonmit1's topic in Criminal Suggestions
Im a cop that plays both sides (kinda), and I think it needs changing. 1 hour for trying to get away is mental. Cut that in half like we did with Class 1 firearm. It used to be a 60min charge, but is now 30 minutes. -
See I would agree with your point if it wasnt for the fact that people paid 5 million for the drag before it constantly sat at 240. The only reason the Drag does 240 now is thanks to HSW, from GTA Online. Same with the La carouse. The only vehicles that I find it ok to have HSW is the Niobe and every vehicle released in the credit store after it, since people bought them with the expectation to go 240. As for the suggestion itself, I am against it. Bringing the hard cap down to 200 will just shift the meta, not remove it. People will start driving Issi Sports and Shinobi's instead. Keep it how it is, but remove HSW!
-
The underlying issue is HSW... Find a way to remove it from the vehicles that have it and all problems are solved. The La Carouse was perfect before the HSW update. Now it is a god tier vehicle that is a 240 demon along with insane handling. Same with the Drag, no reason for it to be that overpowered.

Make things "bearable" or less "unbearable" for the mortal crims
addybeta replied to Harveyyy's topic in Discussions
Do you know how many PO3s have passed the high-speed test? 1 Regarding the heavy weapons, there are IC ways of reporting people with heavies on their backs. I try to do my best of telling people not to patrol with it on their backs if not needed. -
Justice for Larvey! Get him his spikes back!!!

Just make a u turn before you enter and evade. It’s not that deep.

Hello, I am just wondering about the possibility of adding the slipstream feature on the server, wether it is even possible, and if it is, the publics thoughts to the feature. I think it could provide some better racing and pursuit gameplay on the server.

How to make Law Enforcement Vehicles Fair and Balanced
addybeta replied to Demonmit1's topic in Implemented Suggestions
My opinion is that tyres should be included, given the way that the response to such an action would be, it would be balanced. If a crim is evading and decides to take tyres on the high speed, they know that they are going to be shot at by 20+ units. So it would be a last resort type of thing. -

We all know that if the highspeed’s tyres are taken the evading vehicle is getting shot, so no crim is instantly gonna take tyres everytime. -

No, SD RPly ONLY has 2 jugulars and 2 shinobis. Source: SD Command staff. -

I dont know what kind of crazy funding PD has, but SD RPly only has 2 shinobis and 2 jugulars. Which would technically make it powergaming to instantly fix the vehicle after going to the station if both are already out. This is why it is important for me as a LEO player, that we address this issue, since I strongly believe that it is overpowered to hot-swap vehicles during pursuits. -

I find it crazy that so many LEO players are turning a simple suggestion about having a cooldown for pulling out vehicles, to a full on LEO vs Crim debate. Lets go back to the main point of adding a cooldown for switching. Why are we saying its fine to instantly pull out another STX after recking one. If its because the precint RPly has multiple STXs then where is the limit? I honestly dont think its a big ask for there to be a 10 minute timer if you manage to get a red engine light on your cruiser, or get your tires popped. Most players usually park it well before that time anyway, around the yellow engine light. If someone takes out the highspeeds tires, why do we accept the fact that the officer can go to a nearby precinct, and instantly pull out a fresh jugular? Does it get fixed or do they grab a new one? If they grab a new one, then how many jugulars do they have, because from what I know there are RPly only 2. Same goes with helicopters. -

I think we need to take a step back and look at the original idea. I am all for LEO's not quickswapping vehicles all the time, since that is a little OP. The only problem I have is that an hour is way too long and it is going to end up with people just logging off because they cant use the car they need. I am happy with a wait of max 10 minutes if you park your cruiser with a red engine light, and or have popped tires. That could be a good place to start. -

As a LEO player I support this suggestion. Us LEO's need more constraints when it comes to vehicle swapping. I have seen too many instances of a highspeed getting spiked and losing its tires and then instantly swapping for a new highspeed and rejoining the pursuit line, giving crims almost no time to gain benefit from spiking the unit. Not to mention the fact that I have seen PD pull out 3 highspeeds even though there are RPly only 2. I believe if there was to be implemented a wait time it would have to be for damaged cruisers and blown out tires, but with a MAXIMUM wait of 10 minutes, if not less. -
Reducing the cap from 240 is just running away from the real problem. The real problem is the HSW mod cars, that should not even be in the game, which I made a post about earlier. If Devs can fix this issue, then things will return back to the way they were. The drag was fine as it was before the update, but now not even shinobi's can keep up with it, making it broken. This includes the La carouse which had insane handling from before and a decent top speed, but now the top speed is broken so its a meta car. Only the Niobe would stay the same, and I dont see the issue with that given how few people have it. If there is a way to remove this HSW mod then things will go back to normal. On a different note, I will accept a percentage of the earnings from the Niobe sale, since I promoted it!

I dont want to turn this into a crim vs LEO debate, I just want to know why are we tolerating the speaker bug, when it is a KNOWN bug and is being exploited? People should know better to not exploit the bug and play fairly.
