I was running down the highway back to my car and i seen a taxi driving towards me i shouted and asked for a lift back to my car the car was full but they told me i could get in the trunk of the car and they would take me to it. ID-92 then drove me in the opposite direction and i said to them you are going the wrong way then ID-111 replied "can you hear something" and the Driver ID-92 replied "No I dont think so". they then proceeded to take me in the wrong direction and eventually ended up taking the taxi off road and driving it into the ocean on purpose breaking the NON-ROLEPLAY RULE. when the taxi de-spawned ID-157 then pulled a knife out and tried killing me Breaking the DEATHMATCHING RULE. the whole time they only spoken in game to me and not really to each other but they was still very coordinated when ID-157 instantly tried to kill me after the car de-spawned this leads me to believe all ID-97, ID-111, ID-92 & ID-157 was all breaking the METAGAMING RULE. Evidence of rule breach: (ive only just noticed my audio is broken on my clipping software my microphone wasnt picked up in this clip but i put subtitles over what i was saying for context, i will fix this ASAP. i was also in a call in this clip with my girlfriend and her friend (Both do not play on this server) ive muted little bits of the clip that was personal to them. after around 3 mins i deafen as i began to realize i might have to save my POV for this)

Why should your appeal be accepted?: I would like to begin with saying thank you for giving me an opportunity to re-appeal as I am aware of the severity of the rule breaks committed. I would like to reiterate my remorse for my actions, they were unfair and unjust. I sincerely apologise and it will never happen again if I am given the opportunity to be a part of this community again. I wish I could rewrite my wrongs but I can only apologise for my engagement in metagaming which enabled me and my peers to gain an unfair advantage. As for RWT, I would like to return the money that was gained unfairly which amounts to 1.5m. I must admit I took for granted the work the Eclipse Roleplay team has put into building a great server which I very much enjoyed and want to be apart of again. Hello, so it all started at MRPD because I saw a cop car running and it was a perfect chance to take it and run. I drove around with (ID 61 for a while and we went through drug labs and stuff looking to cook our drugs, Justin then told me to go to sandy Station to steal a car, so I took him there and dropped him off. I then hid for a little bit and waiting for Justin to leave with a car. I guess a cop saw me in a stolen cruiser so he started chasing me and Justin followed me on the pursuit. I was in the pursuit for about 5 minutes ish and a cop pit me while I was going 150MPH+ and I think that is a bit unrealistic but I dont have a clip. Once I got pit, I hopped out and started running. the cops tased me and I kept getting back up because they where not trying to grab me or nothing. Once they pulled there guns out I didn't comply and once he tried to grab me I complied. After the cop got ran over there was no fear in my life because They didn't have any guns or anything on me. I then ran and they caught me running. Please explain your reasoning behind ignoring the effects of the taser after being stunned three times? In the rules Doesn't it say you do not need to RP tasers. Whenever they tased me they also didn't try to grab me they just kept doing it after I got up and ran for a second. I feel them pulling their guns out just so its easier for them is kind of not fair for us. All they say is "THIS IS A GUN" every time. I feel every time a cop pulls out a gun the rp is just over.

i think someone may have mentioned earlier on in the thread but what if plantations could be created in spots such as forests or just in the middle of nowhere on the map. this means gangs are still out and about and even solo criminals can be too. they can still set up smart places to hide the plants but they are still in more of a spot where its possible to be found
