It will not down the player, it will full kill. (the footage linked below describes it best) I think this is a very important bug, that I hoped to get fixed as soon as possible. Expected behavior: When a knife is drawn you expect to stab the player a few times to down the individual. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Take out a knife in front of another player and go to stab them, they will instantly die and get sent to the hospital.
