Can be added bounty hunter, because police can't handle all crimes.

You know that bounty hunters don’t enforce the law like the police do? They’re hired by bail bondsmen when people out on bail don’t show up at their court appointment.

@Kay133 its not just people who don't show up to court it can be failure to pay or a bond revocation for whatever reason such as bad behaviour

Yes but they don't act as an organization that actively fights crimes, or captures wanted fugitives such as the US. Marshalls or a PD/SD

I Actualy did bounty hunter work for PD. Ask them who is wanted and make citizens arrest. There have to be rules about this though. Being a bounty hunter does not give you the rights to KOS for example.
