Black Market System

                                                                                                MAIN SUGGESTION

With the addition of various websites to the phone such as the government websites and Life invader, I believe a black market system should be next. I remember a time ago the laptop was used to carry out the ordering of various weapons and items. I feel that it would be a good idea to re-introduce the laptops to criminalRP by adding a black market site that can only be accessed VIA the laptop. This would give criminals the opportunity to sell items and drugs to people who are interested. It could also be very difficult to gain access to the black market, for example you need a special code or  a special chip that you could purchase from official factions that you could input into your laptop/phone to gain access to this websites.

                                                                                           POTENTIAL RISKS

This would also bring potential RP for those who roleplay as detectives who could lurk on the black market posing as criminals in and attempt to catch and detain these people, It would be up to us criminals to detect the imposters with experience. Detectives could only do this with reasonable suspicion and a thorough investigation that suggests that this person is indeed selling such things on the black market. This will prevent cops from camping the black market and arresting people causing it to be un-usable.

                                                                                        ACCESS TO THE BLACK MARKET

Anyone would be able to gain access to the black market with a specific chip that you would need to insert into the laptop, official gangs could provide the public with these chips. This chip would be of only one time use and if you happen to loose the laptop in which the chip was used/ the laptop destroyed by the police you would need to purchase another chip. Detectives will have access to the black market by default but should only be allowed to pose as a criminal with reasonable investigation done on a whomever they wish to set up/arrest.

                                                                                                                        BENEFITS

This would not only bring a large variety of new RP to both criminals and PD, it would smooth things out. Rather than the now unrealistic method of whispering into peoples ears at pier.

How would you propose the actual sales would happen? Is your idea that the two parties meet up when a purchase is made to complete the transaction, or is it for example to intertwine this system with the Post OP script where a package is sent to the buyer's address?

No the two buyers would discuss a location and meet up to complete the transaction. I agree the POST method would be too OP and remove a lot of potential RP.
