Larbear Posted May 31, 2018 Report Posted May 31, 2018 Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, dogs and cats of Los Santos and Blaine County. It’s the year 2018 and overpriced taxi services are still around. Now why don’t we have a company that picks up people for a much cheaper rate instead of spending $60+ just to go from MD to the airport or LSC to somewhere in the city? Well take a deep breath because i think Iv solved the solution, A new company Called Carry, one rate anywhere in the city for only $30. If you ever noticed that if you have a bad taxi driver from DCC they seem to raise the price to an amount that should be considered illegal, highway robbery, and just flat out crude to newer residents of San Andreas, but with Carry our drivers will only make you pay $30 even if they’re an asshole or not, taking a taxi ride should be scary or expensive, so to back, relax and hopefully pray that Carry comes San Andreas soon, or we’re all stuck with overpriced taxi rides. Thank you, CEO/Founder of Carry(maybe soon) - Alex Crail
XposeD Posted May 31, 2018 Report Posted May 31, 2018 (edited) Overpriced? I think its cheap with the amount of people that call us to try rob us. the amount of personal items we lose because of criminals. you earn $1000 for a delivery of fuel up north, 3500 every fishing trip you do. spend $1000 on a shirt. Fares are cheap. don't agree with this sorry Edited May 31, 2018 by ants1992 1 2
Shamz Posted May 31, 2018 Report Posted May 31, 2018 I'm split in between a +1 and a -1. I like the idea of having a competing travel service company but as I read recently about a similar upcoming company. The DCC is untouchable due to the fact that it is well established with fully functional commands that complement it and makes it stable for regular use. If you find a way to get the developer to implement commands for your company, then I'm all for it. Otherwise, it's going to be pointless because you cant compete against something already established. If you somehow get this up and running and fully functional, then I will use this service if need be.
Larbear Posted May 31, 2018 Author Report Posted May 31, 2018 @Shamz Every Company starts small, you just have to get it up and running and have a good following for it to grow bigger and bigger, it takes time and patience

Larbear Posted May 31, 2018 Author Report Posted May 31, 2018 @ShamzIf a lot of people are behind on this project and would like to help then I'm 100% into trying to contact the developers and maybe make this a legitimate company
Andor Posted June 1, 2018 Report Posted June 1, 2018 I wonder how you plan to compete with DCC. You say it will be cheaper with your company, but what is cheaper? The longer the ride the more money it costs, the more expensive the ride the more expensive. You want to drive people around in cheapo cars? Provide flat rates? Just wondering how you will pull it off
Larbear Posted June 1, 2018 Author Report Posted June 1, 2018 @AndorWell, to provide flat rates it would just come out of your bank account, just like a taxi but only $30, And it wouldn’t be cheapo cars, it would just be a standard black 4 door car, or maybe just a minivan, it’s not going to be a luxury all exclusive company.

How are you plan to finance they paychecks and vehicle upkeep. Not to mention the gas. It seems like you plan to make a front company because the financial numbers dont really add up
Larbear Posted June 1, 2018 Author Report Posted June 1, 2018 @Andor Honestly, it’s still an on going idea so nothing is 100% yet, still thinking of how this is actually going to work out
Andor Posted June 1, 2018 Report Posted June 1, 2018 How come you are advertising for a company when you clearly havent worked anything out. Are you looking for people to help you out or are you looking for ideas? Again seems fishy when you badmouthing DCC in a way when you have no concrete idea of your own
Ed Liebenburg Posted June 3, 2018 Report Posted June 3, 2018 (edited) $30 a ride? If you use more than 7% of your fuel tank driving to pick them up and take the person to their destination, then you've lost money. Even if your claims about "highway robbery" rates were true, DCC drivers make almost all of their money on salary. It seems less convenient for customers to use this service, and funny enough, at least they don't have to worry about their DCC driver literally robbing them. ((If you're doing this just for the RP, then +1, but if you're looking to use this as your career as well, I'd say go back to the drawing board)). I'm sure there's no shortage of creative services that LS could benefit from, but the "driving people places" market seems saturated, since even DCC drivers spend much of the day without enough calls to service. ((Edited, thank you @Andor, you the man)) Edited June 8, 2018 by Ed Liebenburg

SMILE_ Posted March 29, 2019 Report Posted March 29, 2019 For good driving experience you need good fuel and a good car. You probably look for the best fuel for your company, head to Highway Fuels north of high end. For business contact me at #3398256.

How are you going to pay your employees or make a profit when you'll easily spend 5x as much as your getting from your trips in fuel let alone paying someone for their time lol.
