I think increasing the spaces in the meantime would be easier but yea that sounds good as well.

With the influx of new players and our server population increasing, it would be helpful to add some more spots to high end car dealership. I don't see any downsides and in terms of realism there are a ton of open parking spots there.

I was playing poker theday after the server came back online and all the sudden everyone stopped moving. I went on discord to check if the server was down but in reality I just missed the afk math check. When there a full table and people waiting messages can get spammed and someone could be tabbing in and out because it takes everyone else so long when the table is full

The news are government employees as they are paid by the government and the government sets our rules.

You’re not giving them a license and you’re not giving them a gun. It’s simply an agreement that if a cop talks to you while your on duty and he sees you have a gun, he gives you a pass. According to the game rules, you can not commit crimes while on duty as it breaks server rules so I don’t see any negatives of this other than government employees being able to protect them self’s while on duty. Either that or there should be a responsible time period where the cops won’t give you a license for something you did 6 months ago.

No just that if you do get into a situation with the police while on duty, I would ask that they RP you having a gun without a license be okay if you're on duty. Of course this is just basic pistols and with no illegal attachments.

+1 used to play on a gmod rp server. You would have to take a screenshot and provide proof of reason for the raid. Reasons for raiding a home would be catching someone selling drugs at the drug dealer or seeing drugs growing from outside the house or having a reason to dm that person. This would be a cool addition to the server but idk how useful it’d be since the map is so big and you can’t grow inside houses.

Dude no one does that and if you, you’ll get permabanned. If you go afk for more then 2 miniutes at poker the other players will call an admin. Let alone afking for hours lol.

It’s an issue when someone that committed a crime back in October currently can’t get a license 6 months later. Do you not see that as an issue?

It's a problem when said employee can't get a license. To quote a discussion in Weazel news discord... So yea I think there's a problem here. I literally can not get a gun license to defend myself because of a crime i committed back in October... wow Yep. Also if you got reckless driving and they don't like ya face you won't get it.

The point of this thread isint arguing about how easy or hard it is to obtain the new gun license.

With the new gun laws, it's extremely hard to obtain a gun license. Government employees should be aloud to carry a basic pistol as part of their uniforms. Being on the job prevents you from committing crimes anyways so it'd be used for only protection and most people that were able to get a government job in the first place are more than likely great citizens and RP'ers. If you do happen to get stopped on the job by police while carrying, police should just RP with you and view it as part of your uniform if you can prove to them you are currently working. When I say government jobs I'm referring to all the faction jobs you have to apply to here on the forums. Thoughts?

I don't think price fixing the houses is a good solution.

I think a better solution would be high rise apartments or just a building with like 200 1g apartments at a fixed price. This would allow new players to obtain a house and 1g while keeping the value of 2-4G houses the same. But essentially that is kind of what you're suggesting.

Anything is for sale at the right price. There’s plenty of houses if you can afford them.

As more people join the server and play, houses will continue to rise in value. It's this thing called scarcity and supply and demand. The economy is not fucked, it's working perfectly.
