Issue/bug that you're reporting: As said, some of the modifications of all cars, such as metallic paint with pearlscent, window tint, license plate, wheels etc, just aren't working properly. Although when I go to the mechanic shop and do /modview, the issue is fixed for only me. The other's cannot see the mods at all and that is quite disturbing. In the pictures you can see my car before (black paint) and after (blue pearlscent and change of wheels) I had done /modview. This issue is with all of the car models
