Poor handling of my case

So i order'd a taxi when the taxi arrived he crashed and i took he's Cab later on i order'd a new taxi and he tricked me and brought me to the police station

When i was at the police station i denied the alligation that i stole the cab ( as everyone should do xD) and the driver who got me to the pd offerd to show some kind of magical evidence of me stealing that cab off a driver who "Fall asleep" i agreed becuse there shouldnt be any.

The driver come back with "Evidence" he rp'ed some kind of dash cam that was Allegedly inside the cab.

Now if we're talking to an rp point of view i would have taken that dash camera memory card i wouldnt have left it becuse if it's a dash cam it's really hard to miss it :)

+ The taxi's driver "Fall asleep" if he would have he's license should have been taken.

I agreed to that Low level of rp and the officer arrested me she said that im getting 105m in jail to which i did not agree and she didnt care and wanted to arrest me anyways

but she couldnt becuse she had no one to jail me online so she wanted me to Sign Rp'ly a form that says when the pd calls me i gotta come to the pd and give myself up and get my sentenced to which i refused and i told her either you arrest me now or im gonna walk away which is what i did i started running and the Taxi driver just ran me over and killed me in the procces which to the police officer responded positively and thanked him.

first of all no civilian can interfere with police issue's and problems

it's there job and he shouldnt be allowed to do such things.

second of all i wanted to file a police report on the cab driver becuse he just ran me over and left me to die but the police lady refused to listen to me she called a paramedic he "revived me" they took me to the hospital and took me to jail from there.

Now few things

the taxi driver got me to the police at ((Real time)) 12:18, i got arrested at 1:37 thats a whole hour +19m which they wasted i think that next time the police should consider such things and remove some of the jail time.

The law that i broke was Fail rp i broke a Server law i didnt break any ic laws i dont understand why the police had to interfere.

the admin Eriksen was there he  didnt do sht he just watched and let the police procced in this failure that got me arrested for 2h

and a20days license suspension to which i think is to much

 

I demand to get my license back and remove any police files that i may have rp'ly on my charachter.

When it comes to the punishmeant im finishing my 2h jail time that i got by the police and i think that should do it

 

What happend in this story is a big fail that was approved by Eriksen and he's bad decision making.

You seriously bring this up here? You were the one delaying procedure IC'ly and OOC'ly. You jumped to OOC chat, made remarks about the officer's age and insulted us then OOC'ly. You were the one not complying and making OOC remarks, which were highly inappropriate. You're just salty man.

and what i said there in the ooc wasent meant to hurt or really anything it was more like " ow im not cuffed or anything so why do i act like a bitch imma fuck you both" which i procceded with "suck my dick" and fist fight you both :)

Edit: the only ooc remark i said about the officer was that she sounded like a 15year old.

Even if he sounds like that, why bring it up? I don't see what your problem is. Saying something IC'ly like "Suck my dick" isn't something I care too much about. Saying "Fuck you" OOC'ly is something completely different. You learnt your lesson. Also, try to be less toxic OOC'ly the next time you RP with somebody.

Woah dude dont try to bring me out as this Toxic guy who cursed you all the way i was laughing all this time and pretty entertainted by the fail rp

i listen to your instractions all to way to the jail up untill the finger scanning part thats where i fought you Ic'ly and your guys won ofc.

thats the only curse word i said in ooc and it wasent even directed to you guys it was just like i said a way to expresse my new knowledge that im Ic'ly not cuffed.

Yes i did i breake an OOc law and for some reason i got judged Ic which makes no sense.

I can see that the admins of this communite ignore this post so thats just shows how much they give a fuck.

I have learned from my mistake and i do not trust the admins anymore in this server from now on i will film every tiny fucking event thats happening so i wouldnt have to go throw this whole thing agan.

Even ICly, you stole a taxi, you committed Grand Theft Auto. The officer arresting you was a Cadet and was still following the majority of PD protocol. Thanking someone for hitting you with a car was pretty out of line, but that is an IC issue, not FailRP.

It's not about whether or not the admins decided to do anything, because honestly, if the taxi driver had just stated that you stole the taxi from someone who crashed, you would've been the one punished either way.

The role i broke was ooc and if the taxi driver had any proof of it i would have been banned/jailed by admins.

Other wise he had no case against me what i could do is just denie everything but i didnt.

Again, let me repeat. You stole a taxi. That is Grand Theft Auto, a law in which you broke.

First thing you cant steal a taxi if the person crashed as thats fail rp and you broke the rule. If someone crashes you need to wait so I suggest giving this guy some extra punishment for that! I will support my drivers always! What would you do if we steal your car while you crash? Taxis have dashcam and its approved by PD and show us a proof of you removing the memory card then we will accept it!
