GR_Seb Posted September 4, 2020 Report Posted September 4, 2020 It's a common roleplay from PD/SD to quickly identify if a weapon was recently discharged. Also, our server is slowly diverting to the roleplay mentality that if something can't happen by the script then you're not meant to roleplay. [example, weapons being visible on people]. My suggestion is a right-click on the weapon, one more option appears. Check Heat. You click that and it gives you the following results. Results: The weapon is very warm. [Explanation] (Has been discharged within the span of 10 minutes) The weapon is warm. [Explanation] (Has been discharged within the span of 20 minutes) The weapon is chilly. [Explanation] (Has not been discharged within the span of 30 minutes) There are being cases of people not being sure when was the last time they shot, and they made a mistake saying that the weapon was hot although it wasn't. This way we can let the script say the truth!

CaesarSeizure Posted September 4, 2020 Report Posted September 4, 2020 +1 Would be very nice with the upcoming updates as well.
Curtins Posted September 4, 2020 Report Posted September 4, 2020 +1 only if you can scriptly cool it also
Illmohim Posted September 13, 2020 Report Posted September 13, 2020 +/- I don't quite know how to feel about it but if you can manually cool it such as dipping It in ocean water or something. that would be a +1 but if not ill remain neutral
trainwreck Posted September 14, 2020 Report Posted September 14, 2020 +1 i also think cooling it somehow would be a nice feature.

I wouldn't throw a hot gun into the ocean. 1
