This means a member that's part of said criminal factions is able to bring their novak in, Have it chopped by the registered owner. This provides them with practically double the cash from what they'll have to pay at mors for a new car and it even gives their faction influence in the area. Expected behavior: You should not be able to chopshop your own vehicle for cash and gain faction influence from having your own car chopped, By you. Probably can be considered non-rp too. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Be part of an official faction that's able to gain/lose influence points for turfs, Go to a chopshop such as the one in cypress flats, Bring your own vehicle and have it chopped.
