It was an unnecessary addition and watching cops just drive around with DMRs is ridiculously OP. The carbine, micro SMG, SMG, shotgun, sniper rifle and pistols are already enough. If we insist on keeping them for PD then also add them to laptop so criminals can use them, same price as an AK. 2 1 1

Fuz Posted August 3, 2020 Report Posted August 3, 2020 (edited) Yes, cops on this server are taking snipers as their main weapon instead of SMG's/Carbines (due to the new gun inventory update) when going into close quarter fights which makes zero sense at all, this is not modern warfare and running around quick scoping people is just stupid, use the snipers properly or don't use them at all. Also remove the micro SMG as it makes no sense PD/SD using them, they are more a of street type of weapon and law enforcement in the real word certainly do not hang it out of their window and shoot it at the person evading. If we are pushing for more realism on this server which is clearly apparent, let's do it for PD as well. Edited August 3, 2020 by Fuz 4

Submit an IA report so it can be dealt with. 7 people in the entire department are certified to use it. Tell me which one it was and your problem will be solved.

Osborn Posted August 3, 2020 Report Posted August 3, 2020 Hello, if you spot someone abusing the privilege of being able to access a sniper of any kind you should report it to PD or SD leadership, as they are strict on the misuse of these firearms (especially when the usage is unrealistic). You are also free to report players for Non-RP if you feel that their actions promotes poor roleplay, then it can be reviewed by a member of staff. We do not feel that it's necessary to remove the marksman rifle over a single or few incidents, as the actions of one or two officers/deputies don't speak for the entire faction.
