Phone call / regular conversation shown to people not close?

Issue/bug you are reporting: I'm not sure how to explain this, but this has been the second time of this happening, the first time being with Mike Simms even though he wasn't anywhere near us. This time it happened with a person that I don't know and who wasn't near me, nor is it shown like it normally would if it was an IC message in text chat or if it was a phone call.

@NobodyLTU this is what I had reported to you earlier. The guy was in Paleto, talking to Dwayne Smith on the phone.

Everyone on the server saw this chat just like this.

Hmm, will have to figure out how to replicate it to fix, will look for any bugs in the code.

 

Edit: Trying a fix for this for next update, if it occurs again after update please post again!
