Respect few, Fear none!

Why have we come here?

The mongols have laid claim to the entire state of San Andreas, and it is long past due that the Los Santos chapter is formed.

Who are we?

We are a 1% outlaw biker club. We live free, bow to none and do as we please. Mongols Motorcycle Club was founded in Montebello, California on December 5, 1969, largely because the HA would not take hispanics. The club's name of the “Mongols” was inspired by Genghis Khan's Mongol Empire.

How did we get here?

After leaving another outlaw club, Marc "Scottish' Smith and Todd "Walker" Marsh got in touch with some old contacts in the Mongols. It was with their blessing they started the Los Santos chapter, and so they did; bringing another from the old club, known only as 'Wolfy' These three together are the founders of the chapter.

The work

After a few weeks we have squirreled away enough scratch to buy the clubhouse. A beaten down old place in the bad part of Sandy, and with the renovations done it will make a good starting compound. Plenty of room to park the bikes, and whatever else, and the cops shouldn't bother us out there.

Prospects keep coming, although most of them aint worth nothin, and don't make it. Still some do. The first to make it through was Ricardo, who has quickly proven his worth, and now has sponsored a prospect of his own.

mongols-prospects.thumb.jpg.dd9a7362ab37e37e8f2832b97b956155.jpg

Our goals for the short term.

Grow our numbers to 15 Mongols.

Establish ourselves in the drug trade

Create a local above board 'front' operation -purchased 2 Mules and started a mining operation.

Make more contacts and connections within the city.

Our Goals for the long term

Establish a gun running operation

Become a major player in the drug trade

Not a single person within the city does not know and respect the Mongols, whether from fear, hatred, or admiration

Grow to 30 mongols

Purchase a Club.

Our colors

Mongols rep the black and white. Black vests, black and white bandanas, black and white bikes.

Ranks

The head honcho. The boss. The commander. He makes the decisions regarding the chapter, the crew and the men involved. He decides anything that happens in the club, and anything important is ran by the President prior to being done. He is in charge of all the members, keeping them in line and making sure each decision is the best for the club.

                 Vice-President

Second in command. He is in charge when the president isn't around or is on vacation. He has almost the same say as the president, but the president can over-rule his sayings. He's in charge of looking after the lower-ranking members.

       Secretary

The Secretary is responsible for making and keeping all club chapter records. Membership List, Chapter Bylaws, Rules of Order, Standing Rules, Records of all committee appointments, all written reports, copies of all correspondence between the club and any outside person or organization, Meeting Minutes. He is responsible for calling roll at the meetings. The Secretary must notify Active Members of special or emergency meetings, and must notify all the members of any appointments or elections in their absence. He shall also maintain the club patches and be in charge of having them made.

           Treasurer

Responsible for the finances of the club. Collecting cuts and fees. Everything financial. He may disburse funds to pay expenses as prescribed in the Standing Rules. The Treasurer must keep an accurate record of all income and expenses. He is required to report the fiscal status of the club at each regular meeting for the information of the members. He must submit a written annual report to the Executive Committee at the Annual Meeting.

                      Road Captain

The Road Captain is responsible for all club runs. He shall research, plan, and organize all runs. During actual time on the road or at intermediate stops during a run, he shall act as the ranking club officer, deferring only to the President or Vice-President if either of them are present, and only then for matters involving persons outside the club. He shall supply the Secretary with any information required to notify outside agencies of impending club runs in a timely manner.

                            Sergeant-at-Arms

The Sergeant-at-Arms is responsible for ensuring that the Bylaws and Standing Rules of the club are not violated. He is responsible to insure that the orders of the Executive Committee are carried out in an expeditious manner. He is responsible for policing and keeping order at all club events, except as noted under the Duties of the President. He may conscript members to aid in keeping order on their own authority. He has the responsibility to the club to report any unseemly behavior of incident to the Executive Committee. He is responsible for securing any patches or colors from any member who retires, resigns, or is expelled. The SAA is responsible for the safety and security of the club, as well as the protection and defense of its members and prospects. He shall keep and maintain a record of all data pertinent to the safety and security of the club and it’s members and prospects. Upon becoming aware of any real or perceived threat to the club, its Members, Prospects, or events, he shall immediately notify the Executive Committee of that information.

          Veteran

The Veteran is a old and respected member of the club, whether they've been in the club for many years or they're getting to old to be in "The game" as much, they are listened to as well as look upon as role models. Usually they are previous presidents, former enforcers.
[11:20 AM] Marc "Scottish" Smith: Mongol - A patched member. They've worked their way up from being an outsider and are earning the respect of the gang. They are responsible for representing the gang, with their newly received top kicker. They have power over the prospects, the ability to boss them around. Patched members attend "Church", or the meetings that are held to make decisions on the gang and check in on everyone. They ride with the gang and are now a made man.

  Prospect

An outsider to the gang. They will work under the gang, helping them if needed. They will ride with the gang and drink with the gang. Their vest consists of the Mongols emblem, but no top kicker. They are not able to attend church any vote on any decisions relating to the gang. They are basically butlers for the crew. They will get the drinks, they will do the dirty work. Help defend turf and deal with rival gangs. Being a prospect is no walk in the park. It is a very hard and stressing position, and new members may be held in as prospects for a long time. So if you are a prospect, do NOT whine about becoming patched. It's a totally in-character thing. A prospect is the "trial" or examination period, where the other members of the club will decide if you are worthy enough to ride with the full triple-rocker patch on your back.

A few months after being accused of a murder he did not commit, Ricardo was finally out and breathing the smooth air around Sandy Shores.

There was a lot to do, and he wasn't fully aware of everything that had to be done after his actual first murder which took place behind bars, the moment he concluded all human beings still hold onto their primal behaviour.

Regardless of how the prison life approached him into seeking our ways of being ourselves, he knew his mind had to focus on the MC as soon as he would get past the Clubhouse's gates. And so he did.

REALITY CHECK

It was after receiving a quick summary of what had happened and what was about to happen from Road Captain Wolfy, Ricardo realized how fast the club was growing. Prospects were willing to do what it would take to establish in Sandy Shores with whom they would someday expect to call "Brothers". People around town were starting to recognize the motorcycles, the vests, it's colours, and especially: What they stand for.

Just in time of his arrival, church was about to take place. It was time to wear those patches back on and handle all the affairs.

After everyone had spoken, the votes had taken their places, it was time for action. Oh, let's not forget.. everyone deserves some action, therefore, the Prospects took the first turn!

After their warmup and their bodies temperature risen, it was time for the ride, and the perks that follow with it. Paleto was the destination, and the seek for power was the cause.

Having the tanks refilled and our bellies slightly more confortable (considering what an average 24/7 has to offer), we took ourselves a deep breath and stood to what had been arranged. Off we go.

wolfy.thumb.jpg.5fdb4f30e3c9cc71d35d922bbd33cc38.jpg

He's approaching. I'll do the talking in the first place, know this guy for a while. -Said Wolfy

Got it. Everyone, relax and don't do anything stupid. - Replied Walker, Pres.

-Introductions are done, few jokes exchanged, but it was a matter of business afterall.. and so it happened-

If anything works well for the first time, you can nearly guarantee there will be a second time. And a third. And eventually a fourth, and so on. It's all about the brotherhood and supporting our cause.

rKzDIix.jpg

--Pleasure doing business gentlemen. Test the hardware and come back if it did it's job. See you, locos.--

Just because they were hispanic, it doesn't mean they could be trusted. But since we had Wolfy's vouch, we went on with it and took our tests and conclusions by woods next to the beach.

They were functioning. Clear out the field, casings away, form up and get back to our good ol' town.

Back in Sandy Shores, we got a couple of beers running, and we got to enjoy Sandy Shores with such a stunning sunset by the lake without any interference. I'd only wish civilians knew how much an Outlaw desires peace to reside in it's heart aswell as in everyone else around him.

THINK TWICE OR SLICE

0TSNbRn.png

Walker: Sandy's a good spot, ain't it?

Ricardo: It's quiet and peaceful, and I'd like it to be that way.

Walker: That's why you're taking over. Me and Scottish were called to fill the San Francisco charter. Ain't got no choice.

Ricardo: *deep breath*

Gt2FDHU.png

Scottish: This ain't a club vote decision, but a call from the mother charter. I'm pretty sure you know what to do, Sarge. And never forget: Brains before bullets.

Having moved charters, Sarge had risen the ranks and now had the full responsability to take the club in the way he'd see fit. It's was all up to him and a minority of prossies who were still committed on staying until the end.

BRAINS BEFORE BULLETS IT IS

GYHRIXl.png

Butcher: Three more to go!

Cage: This is a good one, Sarge.

Indeed it was a good one. It was all about laying low, doing the right thing, and keeping the Mongol name alive not through power, but respect. Afterall, everyone is a tough guy until you actually meet one, isn't that so?

Our operations began at nightfall, and it led us to adapt to the new schedule. No big deal, everything went smooth, and from night to dawn, we were three simple civilians riding across country. We're a bunch of guys who like to ride together, afterall.

Jkx24tI.png

From night

6QSG0mz.png

To dawn. To a new dawn. To a new f***** dawn.

The goals were set. Besides needing manpower, we didn't stop, never ever. This lead Sarge to hold future plans in his mind, whilst having an old time friend, known as the Butcher, to arrange the rest.

HELL OF AN UPGRADE

zHIOKc7.png

One night, whilst riding on his own, Sarge kept thinking on what he could do to spread the Mongol name the way he wanted it to be spread.

He stopped by the desert, and gave Butcher a quick call.

0lG1MhG.png

I'm with you, brother. It's all about the club. Worth the investment. Besides, I'm tired of all em' junkies sneaking up to our spot, thinking they' privileged.

From here, we stepped over a local bar, took a beer or two, went for a game of poker, and during the morning we were about to negotiate a month or two of hard work in order to improve the club..

COME ON MAN, GIVE ME A "BRICK"

yFyw4Ol.png

Sarge: What did they say, prospect?

Prossie: Thirty five grand. If we do have an agreement, they're able to start next week and it'll be around a month and a half if the weather doesn't delay em'.

Sarge: Call Butcher for the funds and tell him to bring out forty five G's. They should start immediately.

No matter where you stand in live, if you get the opportunity for cash, you go for it. Period. Knowing how the human race got used to the paper currency, Sarge made sure the money was well spent. Two months later, the place took a hell of a change, and we now had the opportunity to wake up, go outside and glance at Mt. Chiliad and Sandy Shore's lake right after stretching ourselves:

zh8rmgv.png

Sarge: Ey' Butcher, let me open these gates for you. Give Bobby a call, get the fellas in here. And if you don't mind, take my phone here and get me a picture of my pretty face and the our new natural fuckin' habitat.

BTGvZlp.png

Butcher: Honestly, you look like a freakin' b***. All proud n' shit.

After all the glamour, Bobby and his fellas stepped in, and a chill-night happened, followed by all the laughs, aswell as the stories being spread around town. Sarge and Butcher couldn't wait to see the place with people gathering around, relaxed and having the best time of their lives in a pretty nice location.. for a bunch of bikers.

odnkyXY.png

Sarge: Let's hope for the best now, shall we, brothas'?

Bobby: Aye mate, there's potential in here, I sense it.

Thread can be closed. I was the active President since the former Pres and VP have switched communities.

After realizing this is a light-RP server (or no RP at all sometimes), me aswell as the remaining members have decided to do the same.

Looking forward for the community to improve tho, the staff team deserves it.

GL to the future Motorcycle Clubs and to LSMC!
