    Whyos

I do like factions based on real world factions. You picked an interesting one id say. I got a good laugh off this, apparently found in the pocket of one of the real life WHYOS back in the day Aside from committing many crimes, the Whyos also offered specific criminal services for a price. The following list was found on Piker Ryan when he was arrested by the NYPD in 1884. Punching $1 Both eyes blacked $3 Nose and jaw broke $7 Jacked out (knocked out with a Blackjack) $15 Ear chewed off $15 Leg or arm broke $19 Shot in the leg $20 Stab $22.00 "Doing the big job" (murder) $100 and up

    Whyos

The 1890s? Were you an old west gang?
  3. Respect few, Fear none! Why have we come here? The mongols have laid claim to the entire state of San Andreas, and it is long past due that the Los Santos chapter is formed. Who are we? We are a 1% outlaw biker club. We live free, bow to none and do as we please. Mongols Motorcycle Club was founded in Montebello, California on December 5, 1969, largely because the HA would not take hispanics. The club's name of the “Mongols” was inspired by Genghis Khan's Mongol Empire. How did we get here? After leaving another outlaw club, Marc "Scottish' Smith and Todd "Walker" Marsh got in touch with some old contacts in the Mongols. It was with their blessing they started the Los Santos chapter, and so they did; bringing another from the old club, known only as 'Wolfy' These three together are the founders of the chapter. The work After a few weeks we have squirreled away enough scratch to buy the clubhouse. A beaten down old place in the bad part of Sandy, and with the renovations done it will make a good starting compound. Plenty of room to park the bikes, and whatever else, and the cops shouldn't bother us out there. Prospects keep coming, although most of them aint worth nothin, and don't make it. Still some do. The first to make it through was Ricardo, who has quickly proven his worth, and now has sponsored a prospect of his own. Our goals for the short term. Grow our numbers to 15 Mongols. Establish ourselves in the drug trade Create a local above board 'front' operation -purchased 2 Mules and started a mining operation. Make more contacts and connections within the city. Our Goals for the long term Establish a gun running operation Become a major player in the drug trade Not a single person within the city does not know and respect the Mongols, whether from fear, hatred, or admiration Grow to 30 mongols Purchase a Club. Our colors Mongols rep the black and white. Black vests, black and white bandanas, black and white bikes. Ranks President The head honcho. The boss. The commander. He makes the decisions regarding the chapter, the crew and the men involved. He decides anything that happens in the club, and anything important is ran by the President prior to being done. He is in charge of all the members, keeping them in line and making sure each decision is the best for the club. Vice-President Second in command. He is in charge when the president isn't around or is on vacation. He has almost the same say as the president, but the president can over-rule his sayings. He's in charge of looking after the lower-ranking members. Secretary The Secretary is responsible for making and keeping all club chapter records. Membership List, Chapter Bylaws, Rules of Order, Standing Rules, Records of all committee appointments, all written reports, copies of all correspondence between the club and any outside person or organization, Meeting Minutes. He is responsible for calling roll at the meetings. The Secretary must notify Active Members of special or emergency meetings, and must notify all the members of any appointments or elections in their absence. He shall also maintain the club patches and be in charge of having them made. Treasurer Responsible for the finances of the club. Collecting cuts and fees. Everything financial. He may disburse funds to pay expenses as prescribed in the Standing Rules. The Treasurer must keep an accurate record of all income and expenses. He is required to report the fiscal status of the club at each regular meeting for the information of the members. He must submit a written annual report to the Executive Committee at the Annual Meeting. Road Captain The Road Captain is responsible for all club runs. He shall research, plan, and organize all runs. During actual time on the road or at intermediate stops during a run, he shall act as the ranking club officer, deferring only to the President or Vice-President if either of them are present, and only then for matters involving persons outside the club. He shall supply the Secretary with any information required to notify outside agencies of impending club runs in a timely manner. Sergeant-at-Arms The Sergeant-at-Arms is responsible for ensuring that the Bylaws and Standing Rules of the club are not violated. He is responsible to insure that the orders of the Executive Committee are carried out in an expeditious manner. He is responsible for policing and keeping order at all club events, except as noted under the Duties of the President. He may conscript members to aid in keeping order on their own authority. He has the responsibility to the club to report any unseemly behavior of incident to the Executive Committee. He is responsible for securing any patches or colors from any member who retires, resigns, or is expelled. The SAA is responsible for the safety and security of the club, as well as the protection and defense of its members and prospects. He shall keep and maintain a record of all data pertinent to the safety and security of the club and it’s members and prospects. Upon becoming aware of any real or perceived threat to the club, its Members, Prospects, or events, he shall immediately notify the Executive Committee of that information. Veteran The Veteran is a old and respected member of the club, whether they've been in the club for many years or they're getting to old to be in "The game" as much, they are listened to as well as look upon as role models. Usually they are previous presidents, former enforcers. [11:20 AM] Marc "Scottish" Smith: Mongol - A patched member. They've worked their way up from being an outsider and are earning the respect of the gang. They are responsible for representing the gang, with their newly received top kicker. They have power over the prospects, the ability to boss them around. Patched members attend "Church", or the meetings that are held to make decisions on the gang and check in on everyone. They ride with the gang and are now a made man. Prospect An outsider to the gang. They will work under the gang, helping them if needed. They will ride with the gang and drink with the gang. Their vest consists of the Mongols emblem, but no top kicker. They are not able to attend church any vote on any decisions relating to the gang. They are basically butlers for the crew. They will get the drinks, they will do the dirty work. Help defend turf and deal with rival gangs. Being a prospect is no walk in the park. It is a very hard and stressing position, and new members may be held in as prospects for a long time. So if you are a prospect, do NOT whine about becoming patched. It's a totally in-character thing. A prospect is the "trial" or examination period, where the other members of the club will decide if you are worthy enough to ride with the full triple-rocker patch on your back. The Rules If anyone breaks general rules, executive board will deal with them and/or voted by the court. 1. No explosives of any kind will be thrown into the fire where there is one or more Mongol in the area. FINE: Ass whipping and subject to the executive board. 2. Brother shall not fight each other with weapons; when any Mongol fights another Mongol, it is one on one, prospects same as members. FINE: $1000.00 for breaking above rule or possible loss of patch. 3. If you don't help out the Club in its activities and you use the Club solely for your benefit, you will be warned. No second chance. 4. Do as you say or walk the line. 5. Mongol losing privilege of wearing colors will also lose privilege of voting and ruling over prospects. 6. The treasurer shall keep a clear record of all money paid in and out during the week and will balance it before every meeting; the books will be gone over once a week. 7. All Mongol fines will be paid within 30 days. Fines will be paid to the treasurer. 8. Members with extra parts will loan them to members. They must be replaced or paid for. 9. If you get busted and or go to jail, notify an officer or member so he can arrange for your bail. 10. Where we go on our rides will be voted upon by the entire membership. 11. Each patch holder/prospect is required to maintain a valid motor vehicle license, which includes the authorization to operate motorcycle. 12. Everyone must have an American bike. Consideration will be give to any member who is in between bikes but he must sincerely intend to get another bike in the near future. You think you could be a Mongol? I guess we will see. Your first test is to find us. What happens after that is on you. OOC notes To join you must have a clean admin record, no exceptions Maintain roleplay at all times, to the best of your ability. While in this club you are expected to act the part. All members ride american motorcycles. No crotch rockets. You will not be considered if you do not own, or intend to immediately purchase such a bike. Stay active. If you want to participate, then participate. otherwise, get lost.
