If you're going to go against my rules and bid when it's a fixed price house, at least have the decency to offer a good price.

I do not need any advice on selling properties, refrain from posting on this listing anymore unless it is a pertinent question with regards to the listing.

I will not be selling this property for less than 700k, as stated above this is my final price and I am more than happy to keep this property indefinitely until the right offer comes along. Please refrain from bidding bellow the asking price as per listing rules, this is the second time I've had to warn you.
