When something happens ICly which isn't for PD/SD (arresting) players can compline here and roleplay on forum and get solve their problems through court. For example: If a neighbour makes constant noises PD/SD can't arrest neighbours but they can try to calm them down. If they don't calm down you can record it with your phone and suit him on court of law.
