  1. Hey, @Mac_Smoke , Sorry to hear about the problem you are having. But I have encountered this problem myself and I haven't gotten it solved in the last few months. I really do not have any clue what can the cause be and how can it be solved but I guess that's how it's going to go. It should be fixed soon, I believe so but still I myself have no clue. Feel free to ask any more questions about this problem if needed to do so! Sincerely, RedFox
  2. Hey, @Charlotte, Sorry to hear about the problems you are having! The login credentials should be same as the one you log in game! Does your IG login work, as of can you log into the game and play on the server? Have you checked the SPAM folder, they would usually make their way there sometimes... Sincerely, RedFox.
  3. Hey, @IneptVirus! Sorry to hear about the problems you are having currently. Are you maybe using a VPN? Have you tried to delete all the files from the server/assets and redownload them again? (C:\RAGEMP\client_resources and delete the 51.91.16.98_22005 folder). Make sure that you are running Rage in ADMINISTRATOR mode and maybe try running GTA 5 too in it? Please let me know if any of these work for future references. If you are still having problems please reply on this post! Sincerely, RedFox.
  4. Hey @ArrtaMyrdhyn , there is not much that we can do since the problem is up to Rage and it's servers. There is always going to be a delay between players especially when speakers are the problem. An example that I always come across is that when I play something trough the vehicle speaker the other individual that is in the vehicle has a delay of somewhere around 5 seconds. It's a overall problem with the whole server so yea, not much we can do.... Sincerely, RedFox.
  5. Supervisor Program As Benny Fox started working for then know Cerberus Security he knew that he had only one thing to focus on, and that is to make sure that everyone is under his control. He was one of the first operators to work for Cerberus Security, then for he was soon promoted to a Supervisor position. From then on he started to organize events, manage the crew and gather operatives around for the operation. He was the executive manager for the Club Corruption. Cerberus was one of the most known and well organized security in the city of Los Santos, they were having operations every weekend, guarding the most popular places, including The Casino, Eclipse Lounge, Club Corruption and more... The Meetup Since Alpha Enterprises managed to make a few contract with well known companies around the city, Operative Fox took it in his hands and made a special meeting to discuss everything that was happening and happened in the last few weeks. We met up at a special location, took our company vehicle and made our ways to the Alpha Enterprises Headquarters... Discussion As they arrived at the new Headquarters, the operatives made their way to the meeting room where Operative Fox and Chairman Papadakis were awaiting their arrival. They greeted each other and everyone took a seat as Operative Fox prepared the papers and the list for the discussion. It was a long awaited talk that was needed to be done, talking about the future of the company, the work that has to be done. And they all listened carefully.... The Wrap Up As they were finishing the meeting, few of the operatives had some recommendations which they took into their considerations. The meeting ended and everyone packed up, it could have not ended in a better way for Operative Fox, since he was the one responsible for the whole meeting. As they were leaving the meeting room, Chairman Papadakis whispered into his ear, saying "You did a great job my friend" and that made Operative Fox very proud. They left the headquarters and took their company vehicle back to the parking lot, everyone was touched by the accomplishment this company made! Alpha Enterprises Protecting your future.
  6. Hey @pauledwards ! Sorry to hear about you not receiving the E-mails. Have you checked you SPAM folder in the E-mail, or maybe sponsored. If they are not there, which format of E-mail are you using (Gmail, hotmail, outlook, live.co.uk (and others))? That can sometimes cause a problem, but as I know from it has been solved from our (ECRP) side. Make sure you entered the correct mail? If you could provide any more information regarding the problem that would be lovely! Sincerely, RedFox
  7. Hey,@livewithgeezer! Nice to hear the good news! Maybe try to request a new one, if you can? Sincerely, RedFox
  8. Hey, @Dwight_Sherman! Unfortunately, you can not link your existing profile to a new E-mail. If you want to Role Play on Eclipse again you are required to make a new account. Or try to get hold of any devs if they are able to change your e-mail! The only thing that can be changed is your password, you can only change the E-mail on the forums. (https://forum.eclipse-rp.net/settings/email/).
  9. Hey, @stebz! No it is not, if you were to change your E-mail you would need to make a new character and everything, pretty much starting from a 0 again. Just be patient a bit more and hopefully you will be with us, roleplay-ing on Eclipse! Sincerely, RedFox
  10. Howdy! @livewithgeezer , We have discussed the problem, if you are using hotmail, outlook, live.co.uk (and some other services) it's possible that we are unable to send activation/verification mail to you. We are on it, and it should be fixed soon! If that is not the problem I really do not see what can cause it? Sincerely, RedFox

  12. @stebz The panel and the server are connected together so pretty much if you can not log into the panel you can't log in game. I really do not know what is causing the problem, the only thing left is making a new account or anything else you can come up with because I really do not know what can cause this problem? Have you ever reset your password before this problem happened? If not then the e mail must not be correct, if not I really have no clue.... Sincerely, RedFox
  13. Hey, @Oper8or ! There is only one account you can play on and that is yours! The code is sent to the E-mail that you have linked the account with, it can take up to 15 minutes and more for it to come, be sure to check the SPAM folder. It can make his self down there too! Sincerely, RedFox
  14. Hey, @Benjaxp360! I have had that problem my self for the past I don't know how long. I have tried every possible account, name, email and password to log into and connect it with, but it seems that it does not want to work for me too! Tried connecting it with the In-Game account, and every single that is related to Eclipse, but it just does not want to work. I will try to figure out a way and see what's wrong with it, for now I can not help you. Maybe some higher ups have a solution for this? Sincerely, RedFox
  15. Hey, @livewithgeezer . Have you maybe tried to request it few more times? Sometimes it takes up to 15 minutes and more for it to get sent towards you. The IP should not make a problem. Have you tried to to reset your password? Are you sure you are looking at the E-Mail that is connected with your In-Game Account? If possible can you provide more details about this, I am not so sure what can be causing a problem. If the Authenticator is stopping you from logging in and asking you for a code, that means that you already have one and you need to find the phone you had the Google Authenticator on. Sincerely, RedFox
  16. Hey @stebz , sorry to hear about your problem. Have you maybe checked the SPAM folder in your E-mails? Sometimes it can take up to 15 and even more minutes for the e-mail to be sent. Make sure you are on the correct E-mail that is linked with your In-Game Account. Can you access the UCP/Panel, (https://panel.eclipse-rp.net/)? Sincerely, RedFox
