Issue Being Reported: I am a new player and have no played any ragemp servers before. When connecting to eclipse server, the game loads into GTA V, and seems to get stuck on the connection screen with the bald man. Hopefully this image attachment works to show where the issue hangs:

Disable antivirus
Disable steam overlay
Disable discord overlay
Connect using direct connect
restarting pc
Whitelisting all exe in antivirus
Waiting 5+ mins in load screen
