Aieos Posted January 22, 2020 Report Share Posted January 22, 2020 You shouldn't have been able to pick up the bag while on the phone. But if it did and bugged out, and you lost the items. You can take the evidence of the loss, and file a refund request. Here are the requirements, and the format for such a request. Best of luck.
