Every 3 hours a bolo should be cleared since OOCly it is included that an RP situation can not stay active for more than 3 hours. So for instance if you saw your friend get shot by someone, and 3 hours have passed without you engaging you can't have your DM rights you had when you witnessed the situation. EVEN after engagement. So I dont see why bolos should last for over 3 hours.
