Fix Vehicle Turn Signals!

Make it so that when someone steers longer than 0.5 seconds it automatically turns the vehicles turn signals on.

Why would they turn automatically? At least from what a I’ve seen, people have to do it manually and so do you have to do it here using left or right arrows on your keyboard. I see no need for such implementation, -1.

I've heard about turn signals turning off automatically, but turn signals automatically turning on would just be stupid. What about curvy roads?

It's not hard to press the arrow button to turn them on yourself.
