[Bug] Shotgun won't load over 250 rounds

Issue/bug you are reporting: Shotgun won't load more than 250 rounds

Expected behavior:  Shotgun should load the amount selected

-Have a shotgun and ammo in a bag

-Equip the shotgun and load over 250 rounds

-It will only load up to 250 shells

I've had this same issue quite some time ago. I had about 380 bullets in a pumpshotgun and later on it only had 250 left inside.

@DetectiveStone hello, thank you for your bug report, this seems to be caused by a low shooting skill on your GTA profile which determines the maximum amount of ammunition your weapon can hold. I'll make sure that all players have an identical shooting skill. This issue will be resolved in the next server update.
