Meinikoff, a leading figure from Russian Mafia, approached Chief Enforcer Curt Maddox and requested to talk.
Curt felt this was sketchy as encounters with the Russians always ended in bloodshed. However, it was time to hear him out and arrange a meeting.
Overseen by Kingpin Bobby Escobar to ensure no disrespect was thrown at the Bloods, Meinikoff and Curt sat down and began discussions.
After severe hostility, neutrality was agreed between both gangs and a business plan was discussed which was come to fruition in the future.

Ian Shaw was approached by the Bloods and asked to prove himself. When Ian saw the abandoned money truck in the distance, he saw his opportunity to carry out Armed Robbery, an operation associated with the Bloods, so he slipped on his gloves and got to work.

As a newcomer to the crime, Ian tried to open the van's back lock with a bobby-pin but because of the lack of experience, the pin broke. He had to resort to what he does best and instead whipped out his pistol and shot out the lock. The higher ups were impressed with the accuracy of his shots.

After cracking the lock open, a bag was found in the vehicle containing a duffel bag full of cash and a pistol in the glove box. He handed this over to the higher ups to show his allegiance to the gang. Full of adrenaline, Ian Shaw successfully managed to prove himself and was permitted to roll with the Bloods.
