It is directly on the beach (house is literally a few steps to the ocean) The interior is quite large, 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and separate living room. (it is NOT the dildo interior, or the small 1 bedroom with the stairs at the door) I start the price for this house at $30K because of the beach and safe location. Reduced by $2000 for each additional ((week)). So for 3 ((weeks)) it would be $24,000per ((week)).

Great interior ((its the one at the top of stairs as you enter, with new hardwood floors and a few furniture upgrades)), safe parking and entrance, and convenient to HE, the Bank, and the inner city. Starts at 25k per ((week)), will be less for committed Renters!!
