I do have to say that this is a lovely property but it is a shame the interior does not have the joys of natural lighting due to the drawn curtains and the pool is out of service which will require significant time and money to renovate. I know you are looking for significantly more but at this present time I will begin with an offer of 2M, subject to change with further discussion. 1

I don't think this property is worth more then 2 at the current market. Sorry you bought at the top but good luck on the sale.
