Bring back mushrooms and more drug effects

I remember when i first joined the server they had mushrooms i never figured out how to grow them but i was able to buy them, i found out recently that they were removed from the server at some point and you cant grow them anymore. But i heard they werent completely removed from the server and some players still have them just cant grow them. I think it would be cool to bring back the ability to grow them as it would add to the variety of drugs.  Also what would be cool to see is more effects from drugs like if you were to take some hard/psychoactive drug you would have either a physical disadvantage or advantage against a sober player depending on the drug used. Would defiantly add to the roleplay when it comes to dealing drugs and people actually wanting to buy them. Thank you for reading

MORE DRUGS +1 You can even add addiction. Your character will see blurry and shake if it's addicted to certain type of drugs.

Come on guys mod the shit out of it for the sake of SEX, DRUGS, ROCK N ROLL

I like the idea of adding effects to drugs so that there is a reason for more player to player interactions. The only thing would be that the effects arnt too op. Maybe cocaine can give you a small speed boost for a bit, meth makes you take slightly less damage. But as mentioned above there should be an addiction aspect to taking to many drugs and if you take them too often the positive effects have less of an impact or some other negative effect to couter balance the positives.

This was suggested before:

I still support effects being added for drugs, but if it happens then I'd hope the black markets would be removed entirely in order to promote actual role-play usage of drugs and player-to-player sales.

Having drugs provide positive and negative effects would give them some value; so long as they are balanced.
Positive effects such as reduced incoming damage, increased movement speed. Negative effects such as reduced visibility, shaky vision, visual and auditory hallucinations.

Implement addiction mechanics so that frequent and/or excessive use of drugs will cause minor negative effects to occur while the drug is not active.
