Requires removal of whitespace. Expected behavior: There should be no whitespace either side of custom plates so the lookup is successful. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: To replicate, find a vehicle with a custom plate and scan it using the Mini-MDC then try to open it on the large MDC (numpad 5 when selected).
