It's also considered metagaming to mix IC and Out-of-Character (OOC) information. How did the player break the rule(s)? (300 words maximum) On July 31 within the Benny's Discord, there was a large discussion regarding the interactions between LSPD and Benny's employees and the consistent harassment we receive from them not just IC but also OOC. Prior, Chris Malosh/Markus Knight and Rafael Mendoza/Myles Knight and I have had arguements OOCly within the Benny's discord over their treatment of people and how their actions within the server make people not want to clock on and be around them when they were managers at Benny's. Since this time, I have been consistently targeted by both. Randomly pulled over when I have cruise control on, being removed from my vehicle for nothing more than "a traffic stop", being detained for "an investigation", etc. During this latest discussion with Bennys employees and LFM within the Benny's discord, I explicitly labeled the four above as a large part of why I feel harassed by the LSPD and the retaliation we face as crims from them if we chose to report them. I have multiple screenshots of where I stated that I would be no longer participating in crime if it was within PD's normal jurisdiction and I would only be interacting with SD if possible. That I would be clocking on at Benny's or I would be fishing at the pier with Solomon Cobb. Solomon has been fishing at the pier for a little over a week now daily and has not had any interaction with PD up until this point. I spent the majority of the day fishing at the pier or clocked at Benny's during the morning. I had been fishing for about four or five hours at this point with him and others who had come through. At the unix time above, is the first interaction with Chris Malosh and David Loan who were specifically named within the discord by numerous crims as being issues for them within the server and the harassment we face when we do nothing wrong. I was asked to remove the face mask by Chris and I immediately did so and provided my ID with no atittude, no obstinance, nothing. He continued to use a demeaning tone knowing he has the upper hand as PD and that there is really nothing RPly that we can do about anything we face. That we basically are forced to comply with any demand or request or face DOC time and charge stacking. Chris decided to ticket me and then continue to harass me so I told him to Fuck off. Which then he proceeded to threaten to give me further tickets. Eventually he did as he gave me another ticket of "Disorderly Conduct". Of which there was none. David Loan also tickets Fredrico at this point and they leave. Within minutes, Chris Malosh's IRL twin brother, Rafael Mendoza drives down the pier as well casing to see if we are doing anything else. I had put my mask back on as I had already identified, been ticketed, and complied with the last issue. He leaves back down the pier and then returns with the afore mentioned four officers in total now. I chose to not interact or speak and that they can follow the "After 30 seconds of no response, they are allowed to Force RP" rule. At which they hand cuff me and begin discussion of how they should throw me off the pier, what charges they can place (basically for maximum effect), and continued to be toxic in a demeaning manor while I simply stood there and did not interact. At which point, a report was submitted and Moderator Aeios took the report and proceeded to see what was going on. I had no issues with being arrested, but its the consistent targeting by them and being hunted down where they knew I would be because I had stated it on discord the night before just to harass me and continue to hound me and fine me with petty charges and petty ticketing. I have actively attempted to avoid these officers because of such bad interactions in the past and knowing they do not like me OOCly and it has bled over numerous times into IC interactions. They chose to use the discord statements I made and their OOC disdain of me to ICly harass me, hound me, and make my game play borderline unplayable if I am only going to be getting arrested for petty things. The only rulebreak, in my opnion, was from yourself by refusing to engage in roleplay and actively stating you were unwilling to roleplay due to OOC reasons. Just to echo the above, Aieos did handle this in-game and requested that you continued with roleplay. Edited 2 hours ago by BillyB

You claim I target you in both of my characters which I just don’t true I rarely interact with you on both characters you just link me in because I’m living in your head rent free about how bennys was being ran a couple of months ago but I will move on you were arrested because of your ic actions not your ooc ones. Your constant need to chat shit about PD in the bennys discord is quite frankly embarrassing. If you had just kept your mask off you wouldn’t have been arrested. And I will echo alistair the only rulebreak here is you not responding and failing to RP which you claim to not be bothered by the arrest but if it forces you to pretend to go AFK you must have some sort of problem. To claim harassment from a teenage boy over an argument you started is upsetting to see. You have never been targeted in game and if you do feel targeted then that’s unfortunately completely IC! Unfortunately you committing a crime and then being punished for it does not mean you can commit it again with no consequence! I’m not sure how us being brothers is relevant in this situation. And once more I unfortunately do not care about you IC or OOC and it’s not good to have made up beef with a teenage boy over a video game. You were arrested for the crimes you committed
