Allow Mechanics Access To Pull From Impound

Like the title states I suggest impound requests to go to mechanics as well. Later at night there isn't as many cops on and you can sit for hours waiting on something to be pulled out. Each time I get an impound I will submit the request and watch cops drive by or even come to swap vehicles not turning lights on and ignore it for whatever reason. I feel this would help cops stay in the action and allow other request types for mechanics to be able to take.

That would be fine but they would need to add a script that prevents the release of vehicles from impound if the owner has a suspended license or warrants because those are things cops check for and mechanics wouldn't.

Yes/no as a lot of people wouldn’t be trusted, should be a specific rank. As  it would abused. Still wouldn’t make sense as Benny/Bay need access to MDC which that’s would be abused me personally I don’t see a way. Without running into roadblocks. Let PD/SD keep it.

Impound has since been adjusted to allow you to release your vehicle yourself if law enforcement does not respond in a timely manner
